Dr. Josie is wonderful. However the other vets need to learn to treat people as well as they do the animals. Dr. Blake has a tendency to to talk to people like they are stupid....We bring are furbabbies because we are ignorant in what's wrong with them. That doesn't mean I have to be talked to like I'm stupid.

This place is a vet that cares not only about caring for the animals but it will also help you save some money. It's worth traveling to if your from the russellville area. The deal they can help u with on flea n ticks meds alone the frontline will save u lots of money especially if u have multiple pets that need treated. Definately will b bringing all my animals to them even though there are other vets closer to home the drive isnt that bad nd I saved way more then I used gas. Thank goodness I heard about this place when I did as I was able to get five kittens fixed for less then the price of one as compared to vets in my area.

Dr. Blake is amazing with my baby Bruce! All of the workers are so friendly and helpful! At the end of October in 2016 my baby CJ passed away and the workers at TriCounty stayed after closing time to wait for me to bring him down to be cremated. They did not have to stay there but they did and I am so thankful for them always! Talk about affordable care for our furbabies! ❤️ I couldn't ask for more

Building was nice and clean, check in was quick and the lady was very polite. We got in to be seen only a few minutes after the scheduled time, so they were right on point there. The doctor was very nice and educational and gave me tips for care of my new dog. Prices are very very reasonable, I already scheduled my next visit for here. I definitely recommend this place.

I My family has used this place for over 20 years. The doctors and staff are the best! Everyone there is very caring and compassionate. They also don't waste your money on unnecessary tests like most of the other vets do I just had to have my baby, long-haired Chihuahua, euthanized a few weeks ago. I had her for 19years. They took such good care of her and me and I was so grateful to them for being so compassionate. They even sent her to be cremated for me and I picked her up following week and she was in a beautiful box with a plaque on the front of it. I highly recommend this place to everyone!
