Dr. Winter and his team are great people. I rest assured that my sweet girl is being properly taken care of when she is under their care. My dog was shot in the head with a .22LR by a bad person. Dr. Winter and his team were able to provide me the support that I needed to rehab her. I am forever grateful to them for this. If you're shopping around for quality, you've found it. I only ever want the best care for my sweet girl.

Lauren is the most unprofessional, rude woman I've ever met in my entire life. I was refered here by a friend. I didn't even manage to finish the paperwork, I've never been treated so poorly by an employee. You lost two customers until you can hire professional staff. Unacceptable!!!!

We have used Dr. Winter (and Dr. Roberson) for the past 10 years and LOVE this place. They take such great care of our dog and always call him by name when we enter. We have used them for board services too.

We called and asked the cost for a Rabies vaccine. We were told is was $53.70 which sounded reasonable so we made the appt. and also asked if we could also take in our pup to get her and the adult dog their proheart. We were taken in on our scheduled time and our dogs were given their vaccines(one rabies and 2 proheart) and we met with the vet for approximately 7 to 8 minutes. Shots were given and we were on our way out. We were then given a bill of $388.80. We were never told this vet charges $70.00 per pet for a "get to know you" fee. We are fairly new to Arkansas and are shocked at the audacity of this charge. If you are an old customer your lucky, if not, they are not worth the fee, they are not honest and they are not the kind of people I want taking care of my pets needs.
