Staff have been rude multiple times. When asking questions they look at you like you're dumb. I've asked to speak with vet on several occasions and she's always "busy" or the response is I'll ask her and call you back. I would not recommend this place for your fur baby.

Called to see if they could get my puppy in quickly to get treated for Parvo, and the lady answering the phone was very rude and told me that she would have to see if they had time and space to deal with that. My dog is a part of my family and I want him treated as such, especially with such a critical disease. I want nothing but the best for him. If you want people to use your services then you should have someone who makes you feel welcomed or if y’all dont have the space or capability could help recommend a place for your fur baby. Disgusted in the quality of service this vet clinic upholds.

Best vet I know. Remembers our pets, remembers their and our histories, gives consistent advice and will even seek outside referrals when your pet (our cat) happens to show a very rare genetic skin disorder and he can't explain what's happening. He has always been there for our animals and has done much to keep our furry family in our lives for as long as possible.

This is the second time I have taken two of my dogs in for an emergency, one was bleeding Profusely The other ate a fle collar and could not walk. Both times they sent us away immediately, wouldn’t even check either of the animals and were completely rude about the whole situation. Both needed medical attention ASAP. We live too far in the country and that is the closest vet clinic to us. I get they’re not an emergency clinic and we’re not regular Patients of theirs but the neglect they showed towards us was unexceptionable, I would NEVER recommend taking your animal here. They do not care about your animal unless your a repetitive customer. NEVER TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE THEY ARE HORRIBLE. Why would I want to be a customer of theirs when they turn an animal away in dyer need.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bridges. He has cared for my babies for more than 9 years. He has not only guided us in ensuring a healthy life for our pups, but he has befriended them as well. He regularly sits in the floor with them loving on them and playing with them because that's who he is an individual and a vet. I drive 30 miles one way to ensure he continues caring for my babies. If you want a vet who will take fabulous care of your babies and love them, Dr. Bridges is that vet. For many years before Dr. Bridges, Dr. Caga took care of my babies. She also provided excellent care and love like Dr. Bridges. I share this to say, Dr. Caga would not bring another vet to Town and Country Animal Hospital that she didn't personal believe would carry on her philosophy of caring for and loving animals.

I would 150% NOT recommend Dr. Bridges. I have personally witnessed him punch and choke (to the point I thought it had passed out) terrified dogs, seriously manhandle cats, and physically assault employees. If you go there, I'd advise never letting your furbaby out of your sight.

The nearest vet to us, and a good one. We referred a friend to them when his nearer vet in Sheridan gave him an unreasonably expensive biopsy price for a fatty tumor that wasn't likely malign. Recommended.

I have brought my dogs to Town and Country for years, previously to Drs. Caga and Ormsbee and now to Dr. Bridges. Dr Bridges is wonderful, as is his staff, and we have always received excellent care for our 4 legged family members.
