As you know, we do not usually bother to set scores when they are correct and we usually do it only if we've had a problem or issue...
This Veterinarian is included in the category of Veterinarian.
They're pretty upscale. Pamper the puppers. Seem knowledgeable and understand when someone has to keep care within a certain budget. Nice ladies. Very cute establishment.
Excellent facility. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Doctor Sara was fantastic with our pup and answered all our questions. Love this place!
Dr. Sara and staff are friendly and good to animals BUT the prices are VERY high, double my new Vet.
My story ends in sadness. After moving to Mountain Home from Nevada a year ago. I started with two Veterinarians in the Mountain Home Area. My Bonnie was on a liquid narcotic pain medicine from her diagnosis in Nevada of a collapsed Trachea. This medication kept her from coughing. It was not for pain. I had both Vets so in case one vet couldn't get Bonnie's Medicine the other vet could. This last late spring I had called The Vet Clinic for a refill of Bonnie's medicine and because I called early they told me Dr Sara Cotter was uncomfortable with and would not write the prescription. They acted like I had done something wrong. I just wanted the medicine early so I wouldn't run out for awhile. It was purely innocent, but they made me feel like I was using my babies medicine for nefarious purposes. Nothing could be farther from the truth. It was demoralizing. I was very insulted and just kept my other Vet All Creatures. I had decided to have my fur baby checked out by the Veterinary University in Columbia Missouri. This was to see if they could do anything surgically for Bonnie. All they wanted was an x-ray of Bonnie's Trachea. I took Bonnie to see Dr Cranfill of All Creatures. After they X-rayed her, Dr Cranfill to my surprise said she saw no evidence of a Collapsed Trachea. She said Bonnie had serious heart issues! Months earlier Dr Sara said her heart was fine ( I have the paperwork) Dr Cranfill gave my baby some heavy duty injections for her heart ( that same day) this last July 2, 2018. She also send me home with a week's supply of liquid heart medicines one of the medicines- pre- filled syringes. That was the beginning of the end for the love of my life. Starting that first night she got the injections she was almost catatonic. The injections she gave my Bonnie were too strong. They shut her Kidneys down and she died. I buried her in a Pet Cemetery in Rogers Arkansas. Regular casket buriel. If I hadn't been so offended by the remarks of the gal at the The Vet Clinic, I would have had her X-ray done there and my baby would still be alive. When Bonnie died they might as well have taken me with her. I have grieved and suffered beyond belief for 5 months and All Creatures has gotten away with this. No repercussions. No dog could ever replace Bonnie, but if I were to get another fur baby I would travel to Springfield Missouri. They have one of the best Vets in the country. I received this information from a top notch source. Nothing will ever be the same for me without my beloved Bonnie. Nothing! When Veterinarians make mistakes I've been told they love to spin things to make themselves look good. Well not this time All Creatures, the gig is up!
Dr. Smith has done everything from shots to removing fish hooks from the stomach of a dog for me. The procedures always go well and her staff is always warm and friendly.
The whole staff was friendly and helpful. The clinic itself was clean, organized and pleasant. Plus, the location is very convenient and close to my neighborhood. Dr. Sara was thorough in her exam and took the time to answer my questions and build rapport with my pet. Very positive experience -- I will be coming back!
Amazing experience at The Vet Clinic. They care about your animals and very reasonably priced. Dr Sara and staff know thier stuff and are doing it right. Thank you!
Don't have much comparison but the staff is friendly and definitely gives of the vibe that they care. Perhaps a bit expensive compared to the other places we've used here but again, not much to compare.
Friendly
Dr Sara and her team always do an amazing job with my golden Yonka. He loves going to the vet and has zero anxiety about his visit. Thanks for always doing an amazing job!
Competent, clean, pleasant staff. One caveat: expensive. Be prepared to spend several hundred dollars per year for routine care.
My dog got a bath for the first time here, new to the area: +He Smells clean +Building clean on the inside +On time +Nails and ears clean +Staff greeted me at entrance -With request not to be cage dried because of anxiety, I expected him to be hand dried but was only hand dried briefly, making him very damp. Not my experience with grooms in the past (& he usually goes 1x2months) -I spent an hour brushing him afterwards because he was covered in hair and I'm not sure he was even brushed at all? -No fun bandanna when done -Higher-end cost of $45 vs $35 I'm used to paying at previous groomers.
I can not say enough AMAZING things about the team here! I was in town as both my parents had passed away, I had to get both their dogs up to date on vaccinations and some medicine for the 10 hour drive home. Not only did they work me into their already full schedule but the entire staff was caring and thoughtful! I also had one of their cats that Dr. Sara had never seen that needed medicine to drive to GA and then to Boston. She told me to stop in on my way out of town and she got me right in for an exam and medicine. Dr. Sara and her staff made this difficult situation so much easier to deal with and I will be forever greatful for all of them!
Sarah really loves and cares for our fury friends.
Awesome staff! They have always been great with my pup. AND, if you adopt from the shelter and bring your new one in for their first check up there, you get 12 free baths!
Doc Sarah and her staff very caring and pleasant people. Great at keeping us up to date on our cats needs. Most importantly, Sarah has saved one of our cats life twice.
Cha Cha is a very picky Chihuahua and this is her new favorite place to go! We love the friendly staff and happy atmosphere.
Kind, excellent and very gentle with little pets who aren't exactly open to new people
We recently started using Dr Sarah Cotter a few months ago. She has always been very thorough and totally professional with us. We just had to put one of our dogs down. She was so compassionate to my wife and I. We would HIGHLY recommend this business to ANYONE!! Thank you Sarah!!
Amber Joe did an awesome job grooming our shitzu, Jackson. In fact everyone there is awesome!!!
Extremely considerate. Thank you to Dr. Sara and her staff.
Friendly staff and great location.
Dr. Sara and all of the staff have gone above and beyond to cater to my four legged babies. No matter the problem, big or small, they were professional, caring and offered big city vet care in a small town way! Great clinic
We recently moved to the area and have been trying out different vets before we make a decision. Our Rottweiler had a spot on his leg that continued to get worse. After reading reviews we decided to try this clinic. We paid $50 for a visit, just to be given a treatment plan that ranged over $400-800. They said it was the lowest amount to the highest amount possible, depending on what she wants to do. Which all would have to be scheduled at a later time. So we drove all the way back to Ash Flat to go to our regular vet at North Arkansas Vet Clinic. Kathy knew right away what it was- lick granuloma. We paid under $100 for the visit, a huge bottle of keflex, and a bottle of prednisone. And now his leg is almost 100% healed. I think this vet clinic does good, but it seems to me they are all about money. I'll just continue to go back to Ash Flat instead of getting ripped off here.
The best group of animal caregivers I have ever met! Their care and concern for my stubborn German shepherd and spastic Australian Shepard are above and beyond my expectations. They make sure all you questions are answered and your pets are expertly cared for. I recommend them to everyone.
Over priced
Wonderful people, very helpful.
Nice and sweet. They take care of our dog real good
This is a great place and treated dog great . But only been twice . Not enough to give it a lot of stars as not enough information or use of the facility. Did find out that can't get med that same pet used last time for same reason could not be gotten unless he was seen again right at a year ...having to pay for office visit , an exam and then a medicine. Not doing that. If its for exact same reason .So two stars for two times . Loved the vet and techs and they gave us answers . plus do not work with fixed income patients on payments..which a lot of vets don't anymore. Sad because they could be making money rather than none. Totally satisfied with service ..just realistic on rating. If I needed a vet more then maybe I would give them more stars. Great wait room and exam room ..great people...
Dr. Sarah is the most awesomeness veterinarian around. Her staff are all just as awesome as she! And the clinic is very clean and the atmosphere is spectacular for all animals and humans! Love the PINK
