Temperance Hill Animal Hospital takes such good care of Mabel. Mabel is a grumpy old lady dog and they are so sweet to her. The whole staff is just wonderful. The vets are really good and are invested in the best care for Mabel. They are all patient with pet parents with a lot of questions. (It me.) If I could give THAH ten stars, I would!

We love all the doctors at Temperance Hill Animal Hospital. They are kind, caring and compassionate. I truly believe they are the most knowledgeable veterinarians in Arkansas. They always the time to speak to their clients in detail after procedures on your fur child and they spend copious amounts of time with your animal to find out what is going on with them. We love all of the staff at Temperance Hill Animal Hospital! They are always very welcoming. This past visit I was more than impressed with their care and compassion. I brought our 9 week old puppy in for his check up and as soon as I walked in with him they took us immediately to a clean exam room and said they had a puppy come in earlier who had parvo. They took every precaution to make sure my puppy would be safe! I am so thankful and will continue to use them and recommend them to others!

Hands down best place to take your animals. The staff are beyond kind, to the point, and compassionate. Will only take my dog here. They treat her as if she were there personal pet. Ive been to many vets but none as good as Temperance Hill Animal Hospital!

Took my dog to the back and treated him before talking to me about anything then expected payment. Treatmentike laser treatment and stuff I had no proof they had done. Gave me a bill for $250 all I needed was a flea pill and antibiotics. I asked if I could pay $150 and bill me the rest and they said no way. I would have to leave with the antibiotics. Poor customer service and bad communication skills.

Our sweet dog Izzy broke a nail over the weekend, they were able to get us right in on Monday and fix her up! The staff is VERY personable and efficient and you can tell they truly love animals! Dr. Taylor is wonderful and answered every question patiently and was easy to talk with. The prices are more than reasonable and we are happy we finally found a good vet to take all our fur babies to!

When I had to take my little cat Halle into the bet this past weekend I was nervous because the last time I took her there she became so nervous and started panting so bad they had to recommend that I take her home because they were scared she could pass from being so excited. This past weekend she had not ate for several days and was getting very weak so I took her in and the doctor was very patient very calm with her and was able to administer fluids to her along with antibiotics and some other pain medicine and within 2 hours I was able to return and pick her up and she was much calmer. They said within 2 days I should see a big change and within 24 hours she was back to her old self eating drinking and being very playful again thank you she just turned 14 so she's not a young kitten but she's back to her old self. I'm very thankful to the doctor and to the entire staff at Temperance Hill.

Temperance Hill Animal Hospital is the best place to take your beloved pet. The Veterinarians are superb, and are genuinely concerned for your pet and you. Questions are answered at your level of understanding, and always with a heartfelt compassion. There will always be a followup call after any procedure. We have had three elderly pets euthanized here over the years, and as difficult as that is, the love and compassion they show helps the hurt. If you want the best care for your critter, this is the place. We will use no other.

Excellent experience. We have a 12-year-old dog who has been having symptoms for a few months and our regular vet just dismissed them. Dr. Burks diagnosed her right away and gave us allergy medicine and after just a few days, she is so much better. He spent lots of time with her and explained everything thoroughly. After dealing with many vets over the years in different cities, he is the best. We got an appt the day after we called and the receptionist was wonderful. No one pushed products on us. Would highly recommend.
