Took rescue cat we adopted from Mountain Home Humane Society for scheduled shots and flea treatment. Veterinarian Tech was very friendly, caring, and gentle. We also did not have to wait. Would highly recommend.

In response to Ms Fosters review, as always we are saddened when a pet has to be euthanized for any reason. The procedure was done at 3 pm on a Friday after discussion with the client so the timing was a choice, she lives in Viola so I assume that is why she couldn't be here when this procedure took place but we always encourage owners to be here when their pets are euthanized. We at Spring Park spend many sleepless nights trying to help critically ill patients and sometimes the costs exceed what a client can reasonably afford, our fees are researched and are compatible with the area. Staff was caring and sweet. Vet was arrogant and rude, charged astronomical fees and I still had to have my poor cat put down. What's more I didn't get to be there to hold him as he died and he had to spend his last night at the clinic away from his family. I will NEVER take another animal to him!!!!!

Since moving back to this area Dr. Smith and his wonderful staff have always been helpful, considerate and personable. He has always worked in a caring way with me and my canine companions. He is professional, compassionate and friendly, and has always been there for us in times of our need. He worked with me emotionally and financially the first year I was back when my long time pal became terminally ill. I will remain grateful for that. His attention and advice for my present companion has always been of concern and caring. I certainly made the right choice in bringing the health concerns of my pals to Spring Park.

Worst boarding experience I have ever had. They did not follow my rules for feeding my 12 y/o dog who has pancreatitis and a very sensitive stomach. They didn't feed him the food I sent. They gave him a flea pill and never told me they would do this prior to his visit. I had given him Frontline the day before and never wanted the flea pill used on my dog. I believe it made him toxic. He was sick with diarrhea and vomiting when i got him home. The office staff did nothing but give me lies and I was told something different every time I called. The vet himself is a very arrogant guy who could care less about what happened and only argued with me over everything. I had to take him to another vet and called to get my money back for the boarding and they refused. They told me they would give me a credit for when I boarded him there again...as if! Never again!
