We adopted Mojo from the rescue ran out of the hospital and have continued use them for all vet related needs for him and my other pup Cauli. Mojo gets all the love when he arrives and receives amazing care they provide to all pups! Cauli is a little more complicated and needs to be taken to the back for exams but they are so accommodating. She’s a frequent flyer due to her allergies and I really appreciate all the attention they give us when we’re there.

Very friendly and helpful. You can tell everyone there genuinely cares about your fur babies. One of my dogs had an allergic reaction to her vaccines, I called the office panicking and not knowing what to do. They told me to bring her right in and they would help. I brought her in and they took care of her immediately! And they didn’t charge me for any emergency services. I trust them and highly recommend them.

Best place for boarding large breeds. They did a really good job taking the time to build a relationships with our dog.

Terrible attitude with the lady at the front desk. My dog caught ringworm after a stay at this place. Avoid and find a better place to board your animal.

They're one of the best here. Always good about getting my pups in even last second. They genuinely care about you and your pet and well do that is necessary to help you. They also have a rewards program where you can get treats for your vet visits. Prices aren't too bad but it's hard to judge that when you've only had puppy expenses.

Michelle is the best veterinarian in NWA she treats every animal like they were her own animals my chihuahua Mr.Rico loves her!

Dr. Wendell is very caring and thorough. My 20 year old cat doesn't allow many people to handle her, but she warmed up to Dr. Wendell instantly. The vet techs are also very knowledgeable and thorough. Such a friendly atmosphere!!

Guess what corny he is rude with people even with dog they don't care about them they just think on they self they don't deserve a star not even .0 they give my dog on adoption when I when 2 times and ask for him call every week fill the lost report but they said that they never found it.

The counter lady that handles checking people out and billing needs a new career not dealing with people. She over charged us after telling us the services we wanted would not be completed until after 1 pm. Then she charges another day of boarding because we picked up our pets after 1pm. After we asked her about it she turned into Cruella Deville. There are many other places to take your pet without having to deal with this ineptitude.

The staff here is amazing. They took excellent care of my cat, who was in for neutering and his first rabies shot. He had a bad reaction to the anesthesia, so they took him home and watched him overnight at no charge. He's happy and healthy, and I'm glad to have found him a good vet in the first try. Also, Blitz the greeter dog is really friendly and so well behaved.

My dog is a jerk with a snotty attitude toward vets, but they accept him for what he is and deal with him. Another vet in the area turned him into what he is because of the horrible way they treated him. I will give them credit where credit is due.
