I've used this service through many dogs, the staff is great, respectful ,very caring. Dr. Jordan gets 10 stars. He takes time to love on my furbabies to put them at ease. I've only seen one vet that could hold a candle to him and that was an emergency in Birmingham Al.

Very poor customer service with large animals. Catching the vet there is harder then winning the lottery. Every time we have been there has been an issue and from this point forward we will be taking our animals somewhere else to be seen. Absolutely no structure and their customer service is indescribable. Very dissatisfied.

1st time there: made an appt. 30 mins late, they called me to the smaller room. While waiting, the staff used the room to short cut through the building without speaking to me or acknowledging I was there. After an hour of waiting in the small room, I just left. No one apparently was coming. Worst vet visit I have ever had.

My cats were poisoned and they took VERY good care of both of them and were patient with my hysterics. Lol..I was so upset and thought I would lose them both but they took them in over night and hooked them up to IV's and did the charcoal thing. Ultimately, they reversed a very bad situation that could have been very detrimental to my mental well-being. Thank you, Searcy Animal Clinic!

Dr. Jordan and the entire staff went above and beyond to take care of our English Mastiff. We were expecting to have to wait the weekend to be seen by a specialist in Little Rock after she broke her leg, but Dr. Jordan got her in and did the surgery within 2 hours. They were very kind and knowledgeable, plus the price was a fraction of the cost. We’re very appreciative and would highly recommend Searcy Animal Clinic.

Dr Jordan is a blessing and so is his staff. We take our rabbits and dog here. He helped our other family dog through a long journey of battling cancer and pneumonia. Watson was always excited to see Dr Jordan. He helped us through the horrible process of saying goodbye to our dog. We wouldn’t have taken him anywhere else than Dr Jordan-he was wonderful during this hard time for us.

We just moved here from another state. One of our babies seemed ill so we needed to find a vet to see her on a saturday labor day weekend. Tiffany was very kind to fit our baby in same day. We did have to wait a long while to be seen but once the doctor came in we knew why. They gave our baby 100% of their attention and treated her very well. We were sent home with everything we needed and detailed instructions on how to care for her until she was better. They even answered questions I had about our other babies without saying they would have to see them first. The rates were reasonable, the facility is well kept, the staff is awesome, and our baby was not scared or mistreated. I believe we have found our new vet. Thank you Searcy Animal Clinic!!

This is our family's animal doctor. Dr. J is just as important as my own doctor. He has taken my animals from birth to death. He's staff is also 5 star. I couldn't believe it, when my animal died. A few days later, I got a condolence note in the mail. And when I opened the card, my dogs paw prints were inside. I will treasure that card forever. Now that's 5 star service.

The Searcy Animal Clinic has served our family for 25yrs. Of all the veterinarian clinics in Searcy, they are hands down the best. Great service, great people, great prices! They know us by name and our menagerie of dogs, cats, birds, gerbils, chickens, peacock, and goat! Most importantly, they love our animals as much as we do! Their respect for our animals' comfort, health, and mental well being is easily witnessed in the staffs' smiles toward us, gentle calming strokes toward our animals, and kind words & advise about our fur & feathered family members.

It is 45 min. From my house but by far has better service than the vets in Conway . You wonder have to donate body parts for Mone to pay for their services . Very good prices
