Not only did he save our baby Thor (GSD) when he was barely 8 weeks and severely dehydrated from a belly bug. But He avoided unnecessary tests to save us money and was honest about what was needed instead of lining his pockets at our expense. He came in on a Sunday for us immediately while other vet's in Heber never even returned our frantic messages even that following Monday to see if we still needed assistance. He was reccommended by the PD as a quality vet and our whole family couldn't agree more. We drive from Cabot to see him even for nail trimmings (which more than once Dr. Sartin has sat on the floor with Thor's head on his shoulder to reassure him). His assistants are always helpful and pleasant on the phone-knowledgable-polite and accommodating with hectic schedules. We will continue to use Dr. Sartin for check-ups even though we are moving out of state. Thor will come back to AR when we visit family here to see Dr. Sartin because he has 100% earned our business for life. God Bless him and his family, and Vet Assistants there at Sartin Veterninary Clinic.

One of the hardest things for any pet owner to do is say goodbye to a beloved friend and companion. Dr. Sartain and his staff had treated and taken care of my little daschund since they opened and, when her time came at age 16, they were wonderfully compassionate and understanding. A few days later, I received a beautiful card signed by Dr. Sartain and each member of his staff offering prayers and handwritten notes expressing their sympathy. Be assured your pet will be in good hands with Dr. Sartain and his staff, they are the best.
