I have entrusted my pets' care to Rose since my chihuahua was a puppy. He'll be eleven in Sept. The doctors are caring and thorough. I leave my dog and kitty to board when we go out of town. I always feel comfortable doing it as I know they will be well-cared for. I highly recommend Rose Clinic to anyone needing veterinarian service. I have a lot of confidence in their abilities.

Had to bring in my kitty cat Destiny because she was having a hard time with the sniffles sneezing her eyes were watering it was horrible. Dr. Brown is awesome she's very understanding and listens to what you talked about and she's so concerned about the animal she make sure that everything is checked. I had to bring my other cat in last Thursday lucky and that doctor Emily was not good at all she never even took Lucky's temperature and the girl that was assisting her was horrible all they worried about was a rabies shot I said why are you afraid of her my cats are indoor cats they were vaccinated fixed and microchipped in California but all they worried about was a rabies shot for crying out loud one of the cats is 13 years old the other one is eight but dr. Brown she's awesome she took care of Destiny so good that Destiny's feeling so much better today then yesterday she made sure to take her temperature which was elevated she made sure to give her a steroid including an antibiotic but with the other doctor and not a assistant they were horrible but dr. Brown's assistant was awesome she was very caring and just loved having Destiny right there Destiny is a lovable cat and she's just one big baby and loves attention. The receptionist that was there was so awesome she came out and help me get Destiny I use a cane but on Thursday after struggling to get lucky into the front door and then finally getting in the receptionist said do you help I said don't you think you're a little late but yesterday the receptionist help me get Destiny into the door before I even got into the door and then took a right into the room and then even took me out to my car however that was dr. Brown that started to help me but the receptionist said don't worry I'll help you the whole point of trying to say is Rose Animal Hospital is awesome but if you ask for anybody ask for dr. Brown she's so caring with the dogs and cats I love her to death and I'm so grateful to her to be able to take care of my animals it is difficult to come up with $100 every time I go but I know that in my heart it'll help my animals live longer thank you Doctor Brown at the staff you're awesome I cannot say anything good about the last experience prior with the doctor named Emily her assistant and the receptionist were horrible sorry but that's my true feelings on the whole experience

We have used Rose Animal Clinic for 15 years and have always had great experiences. They are so good to remind us when shots are due and are easy to work with in scheduling appointments. They treat us all like family and are very happy to see us. We completely trust the doctors and staff with our fur babies!!

I adore this clinic!! They are super friendly and truly love all the animals that come in. They helped us thru the very difficult time of when our shitzu was suffering with renal failure. When the time came that he was in too much pain and nothing was really working any longer; they let us be there with him while he went to sleep. They were kind enough to let us take as much time as we needed with him afterwards even though they were very busy and really needed the room we were in. They never rushed us but checked on us to be sure we were ok. They helped us acclimate the new puppy with our older dog. Always available and helpful!! Wish we could have brought them with us when we moved to the west coast. Thank you to everyone there!!!

My mother in law used to use the pet sitting services at Rose. The people are nice, don't get me wrong -- but my MIL's dog passed away one night while in their care -- and unbelievably they were going to charge her for that night of care. We covered the cost of all the care to avoid hurt feelings. So, be aware -- if your pet dies in their care, you'll be charged for a night's care even if the animal is deceased when you go to pick them up.

I left All Pets in Bentonville because their VERY expensive services are impersonal, average at best, and unorganized as well as inadequate. As a former veterinary technician of 6+ years, I can tell you that this is excellent health care. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough, and the doctors are attentive and devoted to each of your pets. They will not press you on things you cannot afford, and for once, you actually receive good exams for the price of the vet's care and attention. Highly recommend them over other vets anywhere in two counties.

I cannot complain about the veterinary care itself, because they have always adequately cared for my dog here. But when we moved here, we got sticker shock at the cost of routine medical care for our dog. Admittedly, I had moved here from a small town, where the care was more personable and affordable, but I was really taken aback at how quickly the cost went up just by moving. Another thing, and this is a small issue but it is important to me, is that I am used to the post card reminders that are sent out to remind to update immunizations. I don't get anything from this clinic, and I am sure that my dog is now overdue. If I pay this much, can't I at least get a post card or an email reminder?! I am going to look elsewhere to find more personable service, and less costly.

About 14 years ago, my husband was looking for a little black, short-haired kitten for me. He found one at the Rose Clinic. A litter of kits was being hand-raised by techs from a week-old due to momma (a barn cat) having been killed by an accident. A little under a year after we adopted my little cuddler, he dragged his body back to the house one morning, after having been attacked by *something* in the woods around the house. A frantic phone call and scoop and run to the Rose Clinic (on a Saturday no less). After an examination, no xrays at that time, Dr. Rose was certain of one thing, broken hip joint and a possible broken right rear knee. Dr. Larry Rose was able to save my Saint G and save his leg, though I understood at one time it was a real coin toss in the OR between attempt to save or amputate. Less than 4 days after surgery, the hubby and I went to pick Saint G up from the clinic ... only to have him RUN to me from the kennel! Yes, he ran with a limp but I was so happy to see him whole, it really didn't matter. Dr. Rose has retired - bless him - but I am certain the staff he left behind are still above Excellant. I we lived closer, I'd take my purries there still, but I live closer to Beaver Lake and am still hunting a great Vet Clinic that the cats aren't afraid of.

I have been a customer of Rose Animal Clinic for over a decade. They have taken great care of our animals, from our ferocious felines to our domesticated dog. The staff is great and always treat our fuzzy babies with care and dedication. The veterinarians have served expert care and have been very supportive when I have had to have one of our animals euthanized. I would highly recommend Rose Animal Clinic to anyone looking for a clinic for their pets.

When it comes to choosing a veterinarian for your beloved pet, there is no "Oh that place way alright." You want the best for your pet and it's worth finding the right place with excellent services and prices. I recently adopted a rescued 8 month old labradoodle puppy who had been abused by her previous owner. I took her the next day to the Animal Rose Clinic for her appointment and told them she was still very timid. The nurse proceeded to drag my pup over to the scale to weigh her. She was choking and did not understand what was going on. I quickly began to comfort my pup and picked her up and placed her on the scale. I didn't say anything to the woman because she happened to be pregnant. Being a new mother, I understand not wanting to pick up a 40lb pup. Now the other nurses standing around watching... I'm not sure what their excuses were. Next they placed me in the waiting room and an assistant came to talk to me. My pup is about 10lbs underweight so I was worried about worms and parvo. I let her know that the woman who gave me the pup said that she was up to date on all of her shots and that she was microchipped but clearly the pup did not look healthy. The assistant started telling me about heartworm and that I needed to get my pup tested because it is fatal. I asked if it was common and she said very, she had just had a case last week. I consented and she went off to test my pup. The actual vet came back with the results and said that the test was negative but that was kind of a given since she was too young to have heartworm. Then they both tried to convince me that my pup needed all of her vaccinations because she might not have gotten them... Ok, the pup has a microchip... Who in the world microchips their dog but doesn't bother to vaccinate their dog? The answer is nobody. She even had her rabies tag but they insisted she could have gotten the tags off the side of the road. I felt utterly scammed out of my money especially when I realized that the cost of the unnecessary heartworm test was half the price of my visit. What I came away from this experience with is that this place doesn't care about your pets and they only want your money. They do not deserve your service and personally, I will not be bringing either of my pets there again.

I was referred to Rose Animal Clinic by my mother and I was amazed! They far exceeded my expectations. Their customer service is fantastic and they are wonderful with my furry friends. I was also very impressed when I went to check out that the price much less than what I had thought it would be. I now recommend Rose Animal Clinic to all of my friends with four legged companions.

Too expensive and staff very unfriendly. Gave the place several tries but each time staff, not the vet, seemed to care less if we were there. Vet seems to know his business but needs help with his staff!!!

The Nurses were very nice. They handled my dog with respect. Problem is that they quoted me one price (reasonable) as to earn my buisness from other vets, but upon checkout they informed me that the serves were higher. Not just that, but the Antibiotics were $70, Shampoo $20 and Some liquid I was to give him daily was another $50...... This was for 10ml of liquid which I looked up and it costs $30 for 300ml online... :( Then they told me there was nothing they could do about the price.. and BTW, I will need to bring him in 3 more times to get re-checked out then another dose of rx scripts... I will never return there.

Best Vet I’ve ever used! My little fur baby Chloe had to have mouth surgery & they always treat her like the baby she is. So caring & nurturing. Very patient too when she & I have some anxiety. We use them for check ups, shots, & if needed surgery. They are affordable as well which is much appreciated. Dr Jernigan is highly recommended by me!!

My pup went here three times. I told them about a bump she had on her side each time, they kept telling me it was a pimple and it would go away on it’s own, just to monitor it to see if it got bigger. She had it for months. It never went away. I finally took her to another vet for a second opinion. The vet took one look at it and told me it was a cyst not a pimple. They drained it and now she’s scheduled to get it removed at her new vet clinic. I’m highly disappointed in this clinic and she will NEVER be returning. If her cyst turned out to be Cancerous. I would be writing a much harsher review because y’all could have killed my baby by not actually taking the time to figure out the problem that I mentioned multiple times.
