I took my dogs here for the four years I lived in NWA. The staff is always helpful and kind and treat my dogs with love. I’ve had a couple dog emergencies over the years and the staff helps me immediately and has been so comforting. I recently moved but have still called oak view twice for follow up questions as I haven’t found a new vet and they have helped me out every time. One of the best vets I have gone to in this area, very friendly service and very helpful and reasonable every time I have bought my pets in. I have gone to this vet for cats, dogs, and goats and had good experience with all three. They are very good at finding a solution to problems and don't force you to get the more expensive tests done (which is a problem I have had with other vets) if it is not necessary. Also are one of the few vets I have been able to find that actually know how to treat goats. Overall they are an excellent all round animal clinic for checkups to treating more major issues as well.

They schedule me for 4:30 for my two horses and they make me wait for them for more than two hours, before they been able to check on my horses.... it's a very horrible experience because my horses stay in the trailer and it's very very hot... and the lady inside told us not to take the horses out till they get into it... worse services...

I wish I could give Dr Sherman more stars, however, that is not possible with our experience. We heard through the grapevine how lovely of a veterinarian she is so we decided to give her a try. During my visit I watched her speak down on her technicians (with us present), while also periodically screaming at them behind closed doors. I couldnt believe that someone would treat their employees in this manner and I can only imagine how she would treat my fur baby if I had ever decided to board him there. She may be a good vet, but she has zero people and communication skills. I will not be returning. I do not recommend her services!

2.5 years ago we adopted and added a Senior Dog to our family knowing the potential risks involved emotionally and monetarily. While it was true that healthcare has indeed required extra effort and office visits, the smiles, happiness and qaulity of life our "Bodie" dog brought into our home far outweighed anything money could buy. The staff at Oak View has been great in keeping our dog(s) healthy since we moved here from Utah in 2016. Making sure the time with our Boxers and Great Dane have been worry free health wise. Yesterday we said goodbye to our oldest boxer "Bodie". The sudden loss has been tough for our family. The staff was quick to act and very, very, very patient while we made our decisions. I just want you to know this is a great clinic for your animal family members. The staff is friendly and informative with recommendations, tips and options for the best needs of your furry friends.
