This bed has been our vet for the last three years. We have decided to leave this fat scare because we were unaware all along that they muzzle our dogs about they take them to the back room to clip their toenails. One of our dogs, a rescue, is a very sweet dog and has never, ever nipped at anybody. mind you, he has been in their care for over two years. They know his temperament. He is super sensitive to having things around his face because of abuse he suffered at the hands of the person from whom We rescued him. When we saw first-hand the vet was muzzling our dog,and the distress under which she was putting our dog, we immediately told her to stop. She said that if we wanted his nails clipped, they were going to muzzle him. We said thank you but no and took her dog and left. We will not be back.

Max, my fragile schnauzer would not be alive today if Dr. Reddick had not met us at his animal hospital after hours to treat Max. I will always be grateful for such a concerned doctor. Dr. Dowler has called me back for an emergency situation and addressed my concerned and prescribed a course of treatment that was right on. I would not consider changing doctors. Their support staff are the best. They had gone to my mother’s to pick up Max when I was out of town and mother could not load Max in her car to get him to the clinic. What a winning group. While I was pleased that my dog's surgery went well and he is doing fine; I'm disappointed that all week after I brought him home, no one bothered following up on my Leo's condition. He had to take antibiotics and pain pills. I will continue using Dr. Reddick and his staff but I am disappointed.

They were great! Our puppy had a vaginal prolapse and they moved quickly to spay her and treat the prolapse, they were able to do her surgery same day. She got great care and they explained everything really well, and even stayed open a few minutes late when we ended up running late to pick her up. I would suggest them to anyone!

Dr. Dowler & Dakota always take care of our pets. They're super informative and down to earth. The building is comfy and smells great. The walls are warm tones & there isn't any fluorescent lighting. We transitioned to them from a vet in Jonesboro, and we will never look back. We love Linwood! Also, they have this neat app where your pets have profiles & it reminds you when you need to give them medication & much more. Definitely go here.

I recently began using this clinic upon the recommendation of my pharmacist. I had a very bad experience with the clinic I had used for years and urgently needed a vet to care for my ill cat. Dr. Dowler saw him immediately and agreed to manage his care. She and her staff have worked with us and helped tremendously. Dr. Reddick and his hospitable staff are a blessing to Paragould! My girls felt safe knowing that their kittens would be cared for by such loving staff. Also, I was relieved to know that their fees were less than other veterinarian fees, since raising children is expensive enough already! I would not take my Dog back to this Clinic! This place "Missed" my dog having Parvo, that weekend I had to get him to an Emergency Vet, who took him in for the weekend, & Thankfully he fought his way back to me. Later these black bugs took over his body, he about scratched his fur off, but this doctor couldn't find anything, nor did they offer me any kind of explanation other than "It's just dirt"!!! I asked for the Flea medication anyhow. And I did not pay for that visit, nor will I, because I knew there was something in his fur, I could grab the bugs off of him! So I now have a new Vet, who has his given him the correct medicine to get his skin problem in Control! Thank the Lord!!

Outstanding vets. I just went to get Shadow a booster shot, but they examined her very carefully and made sure there were no other problems, and made sure she was well fed and cared for. As an ASPCA member, someone who loves animals, I really appreciated the way they examined Shadow for any signs of abuse.

First I want to say I truly recommended this vet office in the very beginning. Dr. Dowler was amazing but come May 2nd when I had to see the other vet that's when things changed. I called and was scheduled an appt because my cat wasn't himself and hadn't been for a few days. He was throwing up, wouldn't eat much, and just slept. We went in for his appt and since he wasn't feeling good he was hissing at everyone. I had to put him on the scale myself for them to get his weight and that vet talked to me maybe 5-10 min. He came back with an estimate on what he could do and for me to make a decision because I'd have to have my fur baby sedated. I made the decision to go ahead. All of a sudden it was too late in the day I'd have to bring him back. I was still charged $49 for the exam fee even though nothing was done. Morgan at the desk went and asked if I would still have to pay. She came back and said I would but since his shots were due within a month I would not have to pay that fee then just the price for his shots, sedation, and nail trimming. She wouldn't give me a print out saying that but promised it was notated on his acct. I went back today to drop him off for his appt. Nothing was notated and they refused to honor their word and Morgan wasn't even there today. I refuse to give money to a business that doesn't honor their word. I'll take my fur baby elsewhere that we are both treated with respect and not lied too. Again Dr Dowler herself was amazing because we saw her in the very beginning but seeing the other vet Dr Reddick I do not recommend. I'm not even one to post reviews or rant on social media but when it comes to being lied to and my baby I don't take it kindly. I'll take my money elsewhere.

I will never go back to these money hungry people. They gave me the same ear mite medicine twice which is dumb because why would it work the second time if it didn't work the first time??? My cat broke his leg and instead of treating it like the emergency it was they made me schedule an appointment while he was in terrible pain the whole time then charged me $125 just for two x-ray pictures that I couldn't even take home, I had to take a picture with my cell phone. And I'm a disabled American citizen so I only make $400 a month and they refused to let me make payments on a $225 vet bill saying they are the ONLY vets office in all of Paragould that doesn't offer pet credit. So all in all terribly dissatisfied with the service I received if you can call it service.
