We have been using Liles Animal Clinic for over 20 yrs. Dr. Mike Liles & staff are the most caring group of people you could every have take care of your pets. We have had to use them on the weekends & after hours. We had to have our beloved pet Peaches of 14 years put to sleep & Mike is the most caring person in the world to have during this process, this is the hardest thing to go thur I wouldn't want to have to go thur this with anybody else. You need to give them a chance you wont be disappointed.

All the visits to Dr. Liles have been a pleasure. Everyone there is always happy to help with whatever you need done, whether it be serious or a casual visit. They all seem to love the animals and want them to be healthy. Appointments are not hard to get either. Liles Animal Clinic makes adjustments so that no animal goes without getting what they need. One day, my Chi puppy was very sick. It was an emergency, and I could not find a vet anywhere so I tried calling Searcy. I called some numbers there and Dr. Liles was the only one that would make room for my baby. He checked out my little Joey and gave him some medicine there and some to take home. The next day Joey was acting almost himself, jumping, running and playing. He had Pancreatitis. It did my heart good, to see how much better he was. Thanks to Dr. Liles and his staff for caring. The Dr. even gave Joey a kiss on his head. Something I have never seen before, therefore we found a friend and have been back several times, and plan to keep going back!

I was very happy with Liles. My cat, Bigfoot the Polydactyl, was well cared for, and has been cheerful. She had surgery, but there was no swelling or redness around the stitches. As soon as the surgery was over they gave me a call to let me know she was in recovery and doing well, and three days after the surgery they called again to make sure she was feeling better and eating/drinking.

Dr.Liles and the rest of the crew give personal attention and are gentle with the animals, a quality of care that indicates that they are honestly concerned for the well-being of the animals. I wish every vet's office was as good as this one!

Our experience at Liles Animal Clinic was truly one of the worst pretenses of animal care that I have ever seen. The employee at the front desk was rude and dismissive and the doctor is clearly incompetent when it comes to working with cats. His manhandling of my kitten, who is only 6 months old and weighs about two pounds, was completely unnecessary, and was traumatic for our pet. The doctor showed no interest in checking our cat for healthiness, and had to be asked to do a routine checkup, giving our cat a cursory once over before ushering us out of the room. He then had to be asked twice if he even wanted our pet's shot records for his files, when on the phone his receptionist said that this was necessary. Clearly, this veterinary practice needs to specialize in dogs, because not two minutes later this same vet was gushing over a dog that came in the waiting room, when he didn't even bother to introduce himself to our cat or let our cat get comfortable with him before putting him in a hold. Furthermore, the woman helping the doctor to manhandle our cat left two minutes in, and by that time our cat was so frightened, that I had to step in to help hold him, causing me to get scratched. If I could rate the experience 0/5 stars, I would. We will not be returning.

I highly recommend Liles Animal Clinic. They are friendly, caring, kind, compassionate, and very professional. They take great care of Sir Arnold The Catanater (Arney)! I wouldn't take Arney anywhere else!
