My Golden Retriever, Tucker, became very sick on my way back to Arlington, Texas from Wisconsin and needed help. You received him as soon as you could and did all you could to help him. Unfortunately he did not survive but his final days were filled the best care available and I can not say enough about Dr Brown. She helped me through the crisis and made sure that Tucker was comfortable. Everyone was professional and had Tucker's best interest at heart. God bless you all.

Nothing. The first time I went they seemed to have had a little issue with the shot history but finally got it straight. This second time they wait til I get to work to tell me that my dog need shots before boarding but the main vet she goes to did not require any updated shots yet. Bad service they are just a rip off and want people's money.

We were in Hot Springs(from OK) with our two dogs recently when one gave us a little present in her poo.....Not wanting to wait until we returned home I called HSAH immediately - an hr before closing. I was asked to describe it and fortunately had it in a bag...They told me to just bring it and let them look under the microscopic, which I did, and she was immediately started on the necessary meds and was told to check with my vet in 2 weeks for another look. They worked me in, didn't gouge me, was exceptionally nice...and in addition the second day the med ended up on her face and the floor - she jerked away....I went back to ask for another and she just handed it to me.....with a smile.......My regular vet wouldn't have been that nice....I was and continue to be very grateful.....

I dropped my dog off for a groom and was then called and told he had fleas and that they had already given him something. My dog is an inside dog and did NOT have any fleas prior to being dropped off. This is the 2nd time I've brought my dog here and they've told me he's had fleas and gave him something before consulting me. The first time was a regular vet visit and they took him to get his shots and came back and told me all this. When we went to pick my dog up they informed me they had given him a parasite test and that he had worms and handed me his meds. I was never called in regards to them performing any type of test on my dog. I will NEVER EVER use this vets office again for anything. Unless you want to spend all your money on things they just 'tell' you are wrong with your dog with no proof then find a better vets office!

We recently got some kittens from a lady who saved them from being feral and they’ve had upper respiratory infections symptoms. I’ve had them for quite a while and have become attached but i was worried that they may get my older cat sick. My wife took them to the vet for testing and Holly said “that if they get a cat with lukemia then they just euthanize it because there's no cure and it's so contagious”she started nursing school today so She Is stressed but I got a call of her literally tearing up at how She was treated today. I was appalled at the cold compassionless interaction. We went to a different vet. I hope the staff does better with their next patient
