I have been here 2x. The staff was rude and it was very upsetting. We brought in a baby miniature pony who had worms and a cold. We bought him this way. He was also malnourished. We got his coggins as well. My daughter was with me. Savannah, sadly she passed from cancer July 20 2019. I have 3 dogs, 3 cats, and a rabbit. The mini was rehomed to a therapy center after she died. It's a shame because I live so close to here. I usually went to Hartman's and companions. I guess I will continue.

Great staff, clean facility. Took excellent care of my dog when he was hit by a car. They got him in right away, fixed him right up and were super friendly. Very reasonably priced. Highly recommended!!

Love this place! Have had all my horses coggins pulled here and they do great with my ponies, even my jumpy ones! Cheap on getting coggins pulled here and get them back super fast! I recommend this place everytime!

I always took my little pomeranian to see Dr. Ward, sometimes I would see one of the other doctors. I trusted them with little Misty, they let her down, she passed away with what our new veterinarian called kidney failure, according to what we understand she has had symptoms of kidney disease for a very long time, symptoms that any veterinarian would find with the symptoms I would ask about and they made excuses saying "it's probably acid reflux like we have" or when asked "why does she cough up yellow/white foam, they never gave me an answer on that one, and I ask Dr. Ward why does Misty shake and tries to hide as if she is scared, he said it was probably anxiety, no Dr Ward it's called kidney disease. I miss my little girl so much it's hard to go on without her. Please Dr Ward for other pet owners find out what the signs our for kidney disease. Rosa Hightower

My dog had a skin lession that needed to be removed. They charged me a couple hundred for the visit and then told me it would be over $600-700 for the surgery. I of coarse had to get a second opinion bc the prices seemed insane compared to my old vet where we use to live. I had 2 other opinions and both pointed out a couple hundred in very unnecessary charges on my quote..both of the vets I got second/third opinions with showed me the same charges so I do believe I was being ripped off.. I have heard good things about this vet so I was disappointed. For as much as i paid it seemed extremely rushed also.

We had our first of many vet visits with our miniature dachshund today and I am very pleased with the results of Dr. Ward. He was very nice and gentle with our puppy and all of the staff were great! He spent time explaining everything, answering any questions we had, and making Coco feel comfortable. Took extra good care of her and even stayed open past time playing with her and letting us know what all to expect in the next couple weeks. The prices are great and the people were amazing! We will forever use the this place :) Thank yall!

I've had pets all my life but I have never, EVER had a Veterinarian AND their staff treat my pet and me like all of these people have. They genuinely care for my pet and my concerns as well as trying to make the costs as low as possible as long as what's best is done for my furbaby. My dog seemed to be hurting in the front legs. He got me in quickly, and he didn't run me through a bunch of unnecessary tests. He was right. My dog was better in a few days with a little medicine and special care. Fantastic!!!!

I had a 11 yr old boxer that was 3 legged and was suffering so bad falling trouble breathing and copd and the woman at the desk told me that the vet coukd fix her that she wasnt suffering after seeing her for 5 minutes. Shes rude about it so I went off ive been around her for 11yrs I know my dog and the last thing I want was putting her down but I guess the receptionist didnt think her falling several times a day and having trouble breathing was considered suffering. I will not ever go back there and I would not take a dead goldfish there they made it even harder for me to lose my best friend horrible place!!! I would give it negative 5*

I have moved 3 times in the past 4 years and been to 4 different vets. Dr. Ward and his staff are the first I have desired to stay with. They know my animals by name. Every month or so I take my pup in to weigh and say hello. Everyone comes out to greet her and give kisses. My animals are not stressed when visiting here, which is extremely important to me. I am confident in their abilities to care for my animals, were anything dire to occur.

Great folks all! Family run by husband and wife, and Dr. Ward is very experienced and knowledgeable. We will drive 2.5 hours to see him when we have issues beyond shots. When we boarded there the dogs came back happy and freshly bathed. Highly recommend!
