I took my Great Dane Athena there because she was sick and pooping blood and throwing up. They told me that because I couldn't afford the bill I either needed to find someone to pay my vet bill or surrender my rights to her. They also told me that she needed to stay over night to be on IV fluids and they left her alone that night and she died. WORST VET IN THE WORLD WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO GO HERE!!!

Barely want to give them a 1 star rating.. They are awful! I used to take my fur baby to them, but I never will EVER again. They were always treating him awful. They would cut his nails so short that his nails were bleeding. They also did this several times even after we asked them to never cut his nails again. Every single time they cut his nails he would bleed. Then after hurting him and scaring him they would muzzle him. He is a weenie dog, and wouldn't hurt a fly. I tell everyone I know to NEVER take their pets here. It always smelled funny, and was never clean. They need to be shut down!

Prices are high. They used to have a great staff. Now the staff doesn't communicate with customers. My card was used by someone and even though I called I couldn't get an amount that was charged. They have made mistakes on surgeries and then charge the customer for the right surgery and say, "we decided that both surgeries were needed". Hum, guess we will never know now.

I love, love, love this vet! I was going to another vet in Jacksonville, but after taking my dog to my old vet four times for the same ear infection problem, I started looking for a new vet. I stumbled upon Eubanks Animal Clinic, and they are great! They cleared up his ear infection immediately. The staff there is wonderful and the prices can't be beat. Recently, my dog also had to have surgery to remove a tumor. He had to stay there a couple of days and the staff updated me every step of the way. The vet even called me after hours to give me an update. Eubanks definitely has a client for life. I am so pleased with this vet and would highly recommend them.

They helped me with my dog :-) she just had recently gave birth to puppies and hasn't been feeling well. And they helped me figure out what was wrong and gave her a full examination and prescribed antibiotics as well as gave her a shot of antibiotics and a shot of oxytocin to help her get all the after birth out. Because she had such a large litter. And I have been really worried that she was going to not do so well. But they had reassured me that the medication should help and that she should start feeling like herself

Words can't express how much I appreciate Dr. Eubanks and his staff. My baby Prince has cancer and Dr. Eubanks went above and beyond to help him. When calling specialist to help with Prince, Dr. Eubanks never took just one answer. He called multiple specialist and stayed on the phone for hours at a time to make sure my baby was getting the best care. His exact words to me were "We will go down fighting if we have to". I knew from the first visit that we were in good hands, they treated me and my baby with so much love and respect! Dr. Eubanks removed both a tumor and spleen from Prince and did an amazing job! Prince loves his vet trips and always comes home in great spirits, never traumatized. Dr. Eubanks is not just an amazing veterinarian but an amazing person. He treats your pet as if they were his own and will do anything he can to help. I will never take my pets anywhere else!!!

This office is so Amazing and they not only care for the well being of my fur baby but all of their client fur babies! We had a case of kennel cough since we adopted from our local shelter and they greeted us outside to tend to him so that we didn’t infect the shelter they even brought us some water while we waited! Another plus I accidentally left his paperwork at the clinic and they wasnted to change his meds but since I don’t have a vehicle it’s hard to get back up there without that so the Nurse asked if we would like her to drop it off with us at our house and KINDLY did just that!! Hands down this is the best and most impressive Vets office they will keep my business for sure Thanks Dr Eubanks and staff!!! ❤️

This place should be shut down. Wife went to Picked up my dog and he had Pop all over him. When she asked, "why does he have pop all over." The female said "you didn't ask to have him bathed." Really, so when you pick up your pet from here, you need to ask to have the pop washed off?? What is he doing with the pop on him in the first place? And I'm betting if they would have taking him out like they said they were, this would not of happed. NEVER TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!! Also I have reported this place to the County and to PETA. And there are picks of my dog with the pop on him. Hard too, so it's been there a while.
