I took my sweet dog to Davis on a referral and unfortunately was not impressed at all. An initial call to make the appointment was difficult because the receptionist was hard to understand and I had to repeat the information over and over. The day of the visit felt unwelcoming; my dog actually didn’t even see the Dr. He was taken to the back by the Vet Tech (I guess) for his shots, so I don’t even have the confidence he had them. The office was clean and busy, so others must have had a better experience than I did.

Davis Animal Hospital is the best veterinary clinic I have ever been to. I brought my dog here to get neutered and he has severe anxiety. They went out of their way to make sure he was comfortable and taken care of. Not only did they explain everything to me in detail about what was going on, but they even called me once the procedure was complete to let me know that all went well! Everyone there is so polite and they genuinely care about the animals. Highly recommend them for any of your pets needs!

I've been using Davis Animal Hospital for over 15 years with two dogs and a cat. I've used them for puppy and kitten care to the full life cycle for two of our pets. During this time we've had a range of typical checkups, boarding, and a couple of emergency visits. Every single visit is met with friendly and compassionate people. We now have a 2 year old dog and know he will get great care from Dr. Davis. I wish more business owners had Dr. Davis' integrity and honesty. Its easy to see his strong values reflected in his work. I highly recommend Davis Animal Hospital.

Dr chase, davis and staff always care for our pets like they really care. They go above and beyond. When our 4 month old puppy was injured with a fractured scapula they got her right in and performed surgery within a few days. He always goes over what type of care each animal needs. I am so glad i found them. It was hard moving and leaving our former vet. They make it worthwhile. Dr chase is awsome i will not use anyone else!

Well, I can say I was a very happy returning customer with all my fur babies, until I had a dog attack my Sofia (cat) and as I was directed from Davis, I went to the after hours hospital spent $650 and was there for 4 1/2 hours. Went home, picked her up from the hospital by 6:30am (mind you I had just left there a little over 3 hours prior) and took her straight to my Vet as directed from them. I sat in their room for almost 3 hours, not one person came in to check on us or to let me know what could be done or see if she or I needed anything. They never even asked me what I wanted to do for her. She had a total dislocated jaw that was broken in pieces and the only way to fix it was to wire her jaw shut and the only vet that could / would do this was in Tulsa, OK. I am a very patient person and I am always willing to wait BUT I was treated like a problem the minute I walked in that day, they were rude to me, and I felt very disrespected as a long time client. I have since then changed my Vet to the one that saw me that day and treated me like I mattered as a person whose heart was broken and a client. I put this as a 2 star ONLY because I had once been a satisfied customer. Good luck!

The Davis Animal Hospital has been nothing short of remarkable for us. We have 4 dogs and one developed cancer. They have done everything to help her out to give her a little longer with our family. She has lived 2-4 years past her expected life. I wouldn't take our dogs to any other vet no matter what the situation.

this is a wonderful vet. tried to take my puppy to another vet and they just passed him off like he was nothing and they wanted the money from each visit. it turns out he was really sick and needed to hospitalized. this vet finally did it instead of looking at him and sending him home with more meds. very happy with them and will continue to use them! i thank them for saving my puppy!

I drive from out of town for the services of Dr. Davis and Dr. Cravens. They've got really fair pricing and smart, friendly staff. I came in last week expecting to pay at least $150-$200 for my dog's sudden onset skin condition but the bill (including three medications and a shot) was just over $80! I've also brought my cats in for injuries and sickness and twice Dr. Davis has only charged me for the visit even though he provided services (wound lancing and antibiotic shots). I also appriceate how the vets try and explain what they're doing and I've learned many pet first aid skills just bringing my furry friends in for treatment. These folks really care about your animals and want you to come back when they need care.

He has great a great bedside manner with both the dogs and the people. I have to give great respect and thanks to this awesome staff! They even called back to check on her healing process. Won't be helped as you walk in, no greeting or asking if they can help (no basic customer service) but if you go up to the desk and talk someone will help. Doctors will answer all the questions you have and aren't condescending, nice change of pace, they seem to genuinely care about your pet. No call reminders so make sure to set alarms and Mark on calenders. Staff will not help you out in anyway for reminding you of an appointment, except to print out an appointment sheet. My family has been coming to this specific vet for three generations which is why I keep coming back.
