Today January the 22 I walked in with my puppies so they could get their shots done. The lady at the front desk just looked at us and not even said hi or nothing, no greeting manners. Then she walked to the back without asking us to wait. We decided to wait for sevice. Finally she came out after 20 minutes of wait just to let us know the vet was busy on a surgery :( I'm really disappointed. It's the first time this happens. Past visits I made to this animal hospital services were excellent. I just think front desk needs some improvement.

I was extremely disappointed that even though the phone message said they were open at 8am on Saturday, I showed up at the door to find a note saying they were closed. I was later told that they do that once a month regularly.

They are amazing I'm a truck driver and don't live in little rock my swomp was really bad sick started the night before we were able to call him they got me in for a appointment helped me out not only for what was going on but some more ? I had 2 the price was great and swoop started filling better soon with the meds what pUT them over the top is this all was a saterday and Sunday morning they gave me a call to check on him and us truck driver that is amazing he really easy to find and has room for a bobtail and there is a shopping center that I bet u could truck and trl in if had to be thank Yale so much we will be seeing them again me the husband talking about seeing Yall on a normal now we will drive the 2 hr great prices and and great people

Cloverdale Animal Hospital has taken care of our family pets since 1967! Dr. Art Gillum and now his son, Dr. Mike Gillum had doctored a lot of pets for us from infancy to their final minutes. You won't find a more caring and compassionate clinic. I recommend them every chance I get.

The prices seem cheaper than other vets so I made the drive. Dr. Gullium used to be friendly, quick and fair. I’ve taken about 3 animals there over the last several years. However, more recently in the last couple years I’ve waited an hour past my appointment time on a regular basis. You’d think the vet would be extra nice , considering the habitual tardiness, unfortunately, he’s become condescending and sarcastic and he seems to be inventing reasons to bring the animal in and adding unnecessary appointments, medications, etc. I would rather pay a little bit more at a vet that will honor the appointment time, have friendly and respectful bed side manners and not try to make more money for unnecessary procedures/medications. We’re going to find another vet.

I take my cat and 2 dogs here. Always get them in quickly if needed. Staff is very friendly and always helpful. Not cheap but I guess no vets are. Would definitely recommend.

He always has a smile and I never feel rushed like I have with other vets. He will answer as many questions as you need answered plus more. I would and have recommended Cloverdale to several people.
