We have taken our 3 dogs there for 10 years and could not be MORE PLEASED and secure in their care. Dr. Gillespie and her staff are helpful, upbeat, caring and engaged in their well being. I always know that our "babies" will have the best, loving care available when we go for a "visit".

I took an older cat I found as a stray there to get checked up and two other kittens we adopted. After discovering the older cat was very sick and unhealthy, they wanted to euthanasia her. I only had the cat for a few weeks and they charged me over $200 to do this. Then they ran the full tests on the kittens despite me telling them I didn't have they money to pay for all of this. I only wanted shots and that was it. My final bill for the first visit was absurd!!! The vet herself was okay, but the staff was rude and unapologetic. They are only in business due to lack of competition and I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. They rang me up for the most money the possibly could and try to get me to come back multiple times for more visits. Hands down, the most expensive vet within 500 miles. This vets office taught me the lesson that "No good deed goes unpunished".

These people refused to treat my dog unless they could sedate her for her 2nd visit and she isn't even aggressive; they just didn't want to take the time or patience to deal with her. She was in a lot of pain and they kept handling her wrong and keeping a harsh tone. This made her more afraid the entire time. I too would recommend going to a much better clinic where the vets actually care about your animals and sympathize with them. These people completely ignored my request to be there with my dog to ensure that she was less afraid while she was there, claiming that she would have "bitten their face off." They are so rude and unprofessional. Taking my dog to the clinic she preferred where people treat her nicely and are happy to see her, because she never felt afraid or upset there like she does here by the way the people treat her and talk at her.

Never a good moment at this clinic. Rude staff, high prices, lack of quality care. They're only in business due to a lack of local competition. Just make the drive to a quality clinic.

I have a dog that I've adopted from the shelter. He was at the shelter by court order for cruelty. So he is a very scared pup. They refused to give him his vaccinations because they wanted the experience to be a good one with them. And they will only vaccinate if I bring him back and have him sedated. They gave me an estimate of the bill to be around 300 dollars. So I left, ended up trying out another vet clinic. They were patient and he finally got his core vaccines updated. All of this cost around 80 dollars. I am SO glad I didn't pay the 300 dollars and I looked elsewhere.

I wish I could rate a negative star!!! Don't go here. They ONLY care about the money. They will look down on you if you can't afford to pay their outrageous prices. Everything they sell you will be marked up 2 or 3 times. Worse place I've ever dealt with!!!!

I have been there twice, and every time the staff was very helpful, polite, and courteous. I'm not sure what the deal is with the bad reviews, but this is a great clinic that I will continue to use.

If it was not for these AMAZING WONDERFUL AWESOME FRIENDLY Vet Julie her staff Jennifer, and Haley these ladies SAVED our baby Eclispe. They are so kind, caring compassion and gentle with her that she took up with them in a heart beat. She never does this. She is a diabetic and if it was not for them our Eclispe would of died. Thank you thank you million times greatly appreciate you all very much. God Bless you all!!
