We had a skin issue with our dog Timber over the weekend. They got back to us promptly as soon as they were open. We also were able to walk in one time because Timber was poked in the eye with a stick and they were able to take him as soon as they could(about a 20 min. wait). Great staff.

I used to take my dog Richie there, until one time I brought a stool sample and they never looked at it. They just told me my dog had nothing. Few days later we found out he had worms. Not only they charged me for the meds, but they denied that they made a mistake and refused to ever see Richie again. The front desk was very rude too. About a year later, seeing all those negative reviews doesn't surprise me. I think that the manager is incredibly unprofessional and I suspect the front desk employee is someone from her family. You can't keep someone that rude as an employee if you're not somewhat related. The manager is even worse. Worst clinic I've ever been to. Go somewhere else guys. They are a total fraud.

Called to make an appointment, I was very clear that my English bulldog has been vomiting and had diarrhea for 2 days. Told them that he had not eaten anything for 2 days and every time he tried to drink something he vomited. They got me in at 10:30 charge me over $120 to take a stool sample to tell me that he had worms gave me some pills to give him and sent me home. One minute after taking the pills he threw them up. I called and told them that I had told them that he had been vomiting why did you give me pills to give to him knowing that he was going to throw them up. They said wait 12 to 24 hours and if he hasn't vomited come back and they will give me more pills to give to him or bring him back the next day and they will give him a shot to curb his vomiting. I called back the next day to tell them that he was still vomiting and ask why they didn't give him the shot yesterday and they said I'm sorry we must have misunderstood whether or not he was vomiting or not and asked if I wanted another appointment. I decided how they treated my dog the previous day I was going to drive all the way to Township in Fayetteville to a different vet and try that route. They got me in did X-rays I have the stool sample medicine and even medicine to give to my other dog just in case he possibly also has worms like this dog and it was under $120 the vet laid in the floor for 3 hours with my dog petting him reassuring him that everything was going to be okay that's the way it is supposed to be. I will be writing reviews on Facebook and any other website I can possibly find against Centerton Animal Hospital. I wouldn't trust them with a slug that I found in my front driveway.

Very friendly staff. We were there to pick up a rescue animal for fostering and they were very helpful. It appears they have a drive-through for prescription pick-up? We didn't use it, but could be helpful for those that don't want to leave their car and take the animal with you into the vet. Easy access to the facility on the north side of Highway 102.

We moved to Centerton and had only been there a little over a week when our little Mollie, under four pounds and 2 years old, experienced an anal gland rupture. Luckily our house is only a couple of blocks from the Animal Hospital of Centerton. Upon our visit I found the entire staff very compassionate and professional and the place very clean. The vet is very personable and was quick to see the problem and asked me if she could take Mollie to the back to clean her up and do a more thorough examination. I agreed and within minutes the vet returned and asked me to come to the back where Mollie was so she could talk to me about what happened and show me what needed to be done. I was totally impressed because the other vet hospital I was using would just take Mollie and then return with the problem under control with very little explanation even after questions. Mollie was given an ointment, pain meds and antibiotics with a return visit scheduled in 2 weeks. Mollie did extremely well and I am thrilled with this hospital, vet and staff. The vet took time to explain every thing, answered my questions, did not rush me, and we are scheduled for a recheck in a month. The charges for this were extremely reasonable compared to where we used to live and I feel they are very competitive in all their charges. There is so much to really love about this Animal Hospital of Centerton. I feel that Mollie has gotten the best of care and has recovered amazingly. As long as we live in Centerton, Animal Hospital of Centerton will be where we take Mollie. I highly recommend Animal Hospital of Centerton.

They are caring and gentle with the animals and I can not recommend them highly enough. The office staff are very friendly. The Animal Hospital of Centerton got our beautiful cat "Frank" well after being wounded. We weren't sure if Frank was even going to make it when we took him in as he had 4 different wounds on his abdomen. When he was ready to go home, the care didn't stop there. The Animal Hospital called to check on him and make sure he was still healing. Thank you!!!! Frank has been part of our family for so long and we were not ready to say goodbye and the Animal Hospital of Centerton made that possible.

I came here because we are moving and the apartment requires rabies shot records on my dog. The staff was friendly and the doctor was nice which is the only reason I am giving a 2 star instead of 1. My first mistake was agreeing to more than the rabies shot. They ended up giving her several shots and did several tests, informed me her teeth may be infected and need to be extracted. So when checking out I ask for proof of her shots for the apartment, end up with a $230 bill, and they want me to schedule an appointment for two weeks out for her teeth. I schedule it so I can get an estimate which is $700. I get home and the staff calls saying I still owe $28 because they did not charge me the entire bill when I was checking out. Next we call to cancel the teeth appointment next day as we want a second opinion. They tell my husband they had her down for booster shots not teeth. Something felt off so I reviewed the shot records again and could not find anything about rabies. We call the office, the doctor is not in, the staffs systems are messing up again, and they tell me the doctor didn't even give her a rabies shot. They then stated they set up the 2nd appointment for the rabies but never once said ANYTHING to me about it. I thought she got all shots at once. I will never go back here and will tell my friends not to go here. Nice staff and doctor but not letting me know things before you do them and not being transparent is a HUGE put off to me.

Traumatizing experience to work with this animal facility. I took my kitten that was bleeding from a bite and they wouldn't bring us a bill or estimate while they had him in the back. After asking multiple times for the estimate they were apprehensive to show it to us.. however they finally brought us an estimate and explained "Best case scenario would cost x-amount" and "Worst case scenario x-amount" meaning the absolute most the bill would be for his procedure. We had to pay a $300 deposit on the spot which we were comprehensive of since it was roughly a hundred dollars less than the worst case scenario. After two days of trying to pick him up, we paid way over what their "worst case scenario" was supposed to be. They had called us liars, interrupted repeatedly, disrespectfully as she spoke over me saying the amount of the bill over and over again. We paid the full amount of their bill as they wouldn't release our cat to us until we paid and we did, just so that we could end this uncomfortable and unnecessary situation. I am appalled at how we were treated. If they treat people this way I worry about how they must treat the animals. If you have a choice of where to take your animal and happen to read this please take our experience into account and save your pet some grief and yourself some money and just don't go.

I often go to the vet with my Aunt because she has to take either 2 or 3 dogs. She used to take them to a vet in Bentonville, but followed Dr. Hooper to Centerton. Dr. Hooper is always so good with the dogs. And she's very sweet! Most times I wait in the lobby & everyone has always been friendly. Thank you!

Worst experience ever! Took my pit bull for his rabies shot about 2 weeks ago. Something about the vet my dog did not like. For some reason he kept wanting to attack her. I don't know if they did something to him in the back room or what. What i do know is he was not him self after seeing that Dr Hooper. After she got a headbutt from my dog when she decided to get to his level on her knees, she starts mouthing off about how aggressive my dog is, that I have to neuter him and the lie that "Rogers Police called on my dog." My dog had no tags or a chip to identify who he is so if he got out of the backyard nobody would have known who he belongs to. I never heard of any one calling on my dog either. On top of that I asked her for a copy of the report and she hands me a piece of paper printed with the company header and one simple line that reads... "..Rogers pd called on Dallas for rv vaccine.." and dated 09.22.2017. It looked really sketchy so the next morning I called Rogers PD and Rogers animal control and neither had anything on file OR would have handled any situation with my dog since I live on the border of Bentonville and Centerton. I was advised by Rogers PD to call the Bentonville PD and they too knew nothing of my dog. I thought well this business is in Centerton so I called Centerton PD and Centerton animal control and believe it or not they too knew nothing of my dog! I do not recommend Dr Hooper at all! She is a liar falsifying information to customers. Plus she was trying to up sell shots that my dog prolly did not even need.

I often go to the vet with my Aunt because she has to take either 2 or 3 dogs. She used to take them to a vet in Bentonville, but followed Dr. Hooper to Centerton. Dr. Hooper is always so good with the dogs. And she's very sweet! Most times I wait in the lobby & everyone has always been friendly. Thank you!

Worst experience ever! Took my pit bull for his rabies shot about 2 weeks ago. Something about the vet my dog did not like. For some reason he kept wanting to attack her. I don't know if they did something to him in the back room or what. What i do know is he was not him self after seeing that Dr Hooper. After she got a headbutt from my dog when she decided to get to his level on her knees, she starts mouthing off about how aggressive my dog is, that I have to neuter him and the lie that "Rogers Police called on my dog." My dog had no tags or a chip to identify who he is so if he got out of the backyard nobody would have known who he belongs to. I never heard of any one calling on my dog either. On top of that I asked her for a copy of the report and she hands me a piece of paper printed with the company header and one simple line that reads... "..Rogers pd called on Dallas for rv vaccine.." and dated 09.22.2017. It looked really sketchy so the next morning I called Rogers PD and Rogers animal control and neither had anything on file OR would have handled any situation with my dog since I live on the border of Bentonville and Centerton. I was advised by Rogers PD to call the Bentonville PD and they too knew nothing of my dog. I thought well this business is in Centerton so I called Centerton PD and Centerton animal control and believe it or not they too knew nothing of my dog! I do not recommend Dr Hooper at all! She is a liar falsifying information to customers. Plus she was trying to up sell shots that my dog prolly did not even need.

I absolutely love this vet! We have five dogs, Victory, Sawyer, Miley, Cubbie, and Cookie. They have all been there and they take absolutely amazing care of them! Always caring and gentle. They’re extremely patient with our older dog who is scared of everything. They have always done everything to take care of our pets. We’ve also boarded there and he came back happy and healthy. I’d recommend them to anyone:)

Tried to take my dog who'd been throwing up overnight to this vet the morning of Saturday, only to be told they had no appointments. Got told "sorry" after the clerk went to check with the vet, ridiculous. If this is the kind of family pet care we can expect, they will not be receiving my business. They are unreliable for actual pet care without appointments evidently. Ridiculous. Wish I could rate them a zero.

Very rude front desk service. I took my dog there Monday morning after he had a weekend of constant diarrhea. He was in pain and was whining and breathing hard. The lady at the front desk said they don't do walk ins and that I have to bring him by with an appt. I called New Hope Animal Hospital which was his old vet before I moved to Centerton, and they said to bring him right away. You can tell which vets genuinely care, and which ones don't. They aren't getting any of my business anymore.

It's funny how rude and how policies change when you transfer vets but yet prescriptions are still good and they refuse to fill them.Its not hurting me. It's hurting the animals. Animal hospital not caring for the best interests of the pets? So pitiful

We moved to Houston from NWA but come back to visit family once or twice a year and make an appointment with Dr. Hooper for our two dogs every time for checkups. We have a vet in Houston we'll use for emergencies but I've never met a better one than Dr. Hooper. She's absolutely amazing.
