Dr. Scott is the nicest vet I have ever visited. We took my desperately ill cat to him today. He asked lots of questions, listened to our answers, did a very thorough physical exam of our baby, talked us through the lab results, and left us feeling assured that not only was our cat not dying, but her illness was easily treatable. He talked to us honestly, answered all our questions - he genuinely cared.

Was very unhappy with my previous vet so tried these guys out and SO happy I did. My first 15 mins here was better than every other experience at the other place-combined. SO friendly, helpful and can very much tell they all genuinely love animals. Plus, I told them I needed to hurry to get my daughter from school and literally 4 or more staff members were rushing to get me finished so I could leave on time! They were a blessing. Switched all four other pets over that day.

Dr Scott & the staff at Animal Family Practice is most excellent. Eager to offer help and guidance in the care of your pet for a fee. If you purchase something there is no issue, but if you return something, approval has to be given first. Been having a ringworm issue and now I believe all my dogs have it. Instead of putting them all in the same meds., seems to me that giving them all the same meds would solve my issue. However that was not the case, playing that normal game all offices play with consumers. I’m not as happy as was at one time about this business.

Don't waste your time. I would definitely NOT recommend this veterinary clinic. First appointment went great. Second appointment was more than disappointing. My appointment was the first of the day, I ran 4 minutes late which I called to let them know. No other patients in the clinic. I checked in and then we were totally ignored for the next 18 minutes. They made us wait while they were behind closed doors laughing and carrying on about Mardi Gras. After 15 minutes of waiting and listening to them party, I explained to the receptionist that finally came back out that I was really needing to make progress so I could get to work. Didn't make any difference to anyone, although I was then told it would be a few minutes while they prepare the room. SO since I was the first patient, what prep did they need to do? And why wasn't this done before they open the doors for business or while waiting for me to arrive or even during the first few moments I was waiting? Instead waiting until I had already waited 18 minutes to even begin to prep the room, all knowing I needed to get to work. This was incredibly rude, most inconsiderate and profoundly unprofessional. I canceled my appointment and left. ALL of us deserve a vet& staff that cares far more than this.

Our little min pin got into rat poison. my son was beside himself.. I had them on the phone as my son ran into the office luckily he didn't hear them say sorry we are closing soon and can't see him. The nurse felt bad and started calling other vets in the area... thanks to the lady behind the counter our little guy is still alive.

About a week ago I made the difficult decision of putting my cat Ben to sleep. While this review is difficult to write as I continue to grieve I felt it was important to let Dr Scott and his staff know their compassion during Bens last visit was very touching. My cat meant the world to me and Mr Scott treated him like the special kitty I know he is until his last moments. Mr Scott showed empathy and understanding towards me when I was a sobby mess- his professionalism and personal care is what every vet should strive to be.
