Went in today! One woman with dark hair behind counter. She was helping another lady. Lady left. Receptionist never looked at me or acknowledged me. She just looked at her cell phone and scrolled through whatever. There were people in an open door in the back, laughing and some also on cell phones. I stood at the counter tapping credit card, fidgeting for a good two or three minutes. NO acknowledgment! NO "I'll be right with you"...nothing, I left and will not go back and I was a regular customer. Felt so disrespected

Great place friendly people, doctor is awesome, great prices..The women behind the desk are very rude and not so friendly, you ask them a question and they act think it's a burden, or you being there is a burden. Other than the rude women at the front desk, it's a great place!

I have a dog her name sisi she was dumped on us about 15 years ago when we had a range she's older and we but she developed a not owe her side which formed a large tumor I took her to the animal clinic there and Alma the vetenary and there was very very good he took to secure Assisi he removed our timer and he worked on heart T my dog is old and don't have many days layup R mont's maybe even weeks but she sure looks healthy and and thank you for extended my dog laugh most relevant

A bit pricey. 48 bucks for office fee plus what ever else needs done but since it was an emergency and Dr Moon was closed I had to take care of my cat. Office staff and Dr Green were great though. After all said and done, $138.00 no xrays just visit , 3 pills and 2 shots. Ouch!

We visited this clinic before we picked up our 8 week old Shih Tzu and found the office staff to be welcoming and very eager to help us with all of our questions. We have since visited Alma Animal Clinic three times for checkups and vaccinations. When we arrive we are always cheerfully greeted and one sweet lady named Kay is always eager to hold Brandy, our puppy. Today Brandy was very excited and tinkled on her and Kay was so gracious and loving continuing to hold Brandy and playing with her. Dr. Zac Phillips is a wonderful veterinarian who is patient and helpful in answering questions and explaining what he is doing. Nathaniel Lem, the technician is friendly, kind and considerate as he handles the pre-veterinarian details. My wife and I are happy to have found this wonderful place to care for our little Brandy. We highly recommend their services.

I have been taking my 6 pets to Alma Animal Clinic for the past 4 years off and on and love everybody there. We recently lost our little boy Miniature Pinscher Milo. The ladies there and the veterinarian and everybody from that facility made it a very loving environment for me to let my baby go as I held him in my arms and he died on my chest he was my Confidant my best friend and I miss him a lot but when I'm getting to is if you're struggling with putting an animal down or just afraid don't be take them their veterinarians and staff and everybody there will take good care of you and your baby they will do anything it takes to make it a peaceful crossover and they even offer cremation services. Love everybody there they know that and they helped me out with the bill and not that they do that for everybody but they did that for my family and I continue to thank them for letting me make payments on this huge bill that we have accrued with our little Milo over the past year. Thank you again guys our fur babies from our guinea pigs to our Fox love you guys and just wanted to give a quick shout-out.

We love Alma Animal Clinic! They are an affordable, caring, friendly clinic! One of our dogs is a mastiff and she gets very protective of me when we go there and she just doesn't like going there period, but they handle her very well and always put my mind at ease! I highly recommend this place if you live close to Alma!

Seems like there are a few people that have had a bad experience with front desk lady Very rude and disrespectful. Whoever is in charge might need to check into that. That's the first face you see and the first person you talk to. They set the pace for your office and how people perceive you as a business
