Moving geriatric pets across country can be very tricky. All Pets Hospital made our transition from Austin a little smoother. New environment meant new allergies. No problem for the docs, vet techs, and staff att APH. And when congestive heart failure required very tough decisions, APH offered options and condolescences. I trust this vet clinic and recommend it without reservation.

I won't bring any pets here only because of the costs. The vets did seemed to care. We had blood work run $200, over night stay w syringe feeding every two hours during the day, diabetes test, antibiotics shots and not sure what else and it was over $600 dollars and they still didn't know what was wrong. They needed to run more tests to figure it out. It would have been a $1000 if we would have kept going. I understand people have to make money for their time and get paid but this place is not for us.

This older lady who is their receptionist at this vetinarian office disclosed my families personal information and risked my son's security and safety over a stray dog that we saw in the city park which had no collar and was not chipped, We decided to picked up the dog to give it a home. Our family was torn over the fact that she had called our home after hours from her personal cell phone to let us know that the dog we had picked up allegedly belonged to a girl who is in Florida, and had not seen it since December of last year, and it was confirmed by two doctors, the one who saw the dog when my son took it into their office to be checked out the next day. The doctor who treated the dog confirmed that he had not seen this dog in their office before, and another doctor who stated it to me that she had not seen this particular dog either, but it was confirmed that this particular dog did not have a chip nor a collar with an ID. It's not the fault of the doctors, but because of the receptionist's incompetency, is the reason why we decided to go else where. IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR PERSONAL INFOMATION GIVEN OUT, I WOULD THINK TWICE ABOUT BRINGING YOUR PETS TO THIS PARTICULAR OFFICE.

Beware of this practice if you have an animal with anxiety issues. We adopted our pup from the shelter last year, and around 6 months of age, she began to exhibit extreme stranger anxiety. Beyond neglecting to schedule follow-up calls as well as neglecting to return calls, Dr. Hudson has written off my dog without directly saying so. Due to her anxiety, she attempts to scare off strangers. Dr. Hudson showed extreme fear of her, and proceeded to refer to her as a "ticking time bomb". When I asked him to try to give us a few minutes to acclimate, he responded "I have other patients." Beyond this, he did prescribe an anti-anxiety medication, but did not take the time to discuss it thoroughly with me and, as mentioned before, will not follow up with me. Count me as an extremely frustrated family member of his patient, whom he refuses to help. I will have to attempt to re-condition my dog alone, with only the benefit of behavioral therapy. (That'd be my normal inclination, anyhow, but her case is so extreme that medication is warranted.)

I don't like that the Vet always takes your pet in the back to do the exan and any services. On this visit, my cat had yeast and bacteria in its ears and they took her in the back to clean her ears. We were sent home with a cleaner liquid and medication so we have to clean her ears. It would have been of great benefit ti have watched the Vet tech do this. This is the only Vet place that I have been to that consistently does the exam away from the pet owner.

My daughter recommended this vet office to me, as she has been taking her 11 month old puppy here for several months and is very happy. She has been pleased with all of the vets she has seen, especially Dr Wolf. I just moved here from CA with my two senior dogs and wanted to establish care ASAP and make sure that my dogs had everything that was recommended for the area. I took them in separately to make things less stressful and easier for me. Both visits went great, and we saw two different vets, Dr May and Dr Raymond. My first appointment was spaying my husky, Cira. Through email, the staff were polite, attentive, and made me feel okay with asking so many questions. When we arrived to drop her off, the staff were talking so sweetly to her and even got down to her level when they noticed she was nervous! The nurse, Ria, was so sweet and thorough with everything, and the dr. called my partner as soon as she was out of surgery to go over everything and let us know everything was okay. The care they provided shows the whole staff are so loving and they truly love what they do! Cira was given the best treatment and we will be bringing our other husky here as well, instead of going to another clinic in Bentonville, where they were less friendly with her. Would HIGHLY recommend!

Got right into the new location when I called. They took great care of my daughter’s little guinea pig when he had an emergency. The staff told me all of the costs before all tests and treatments so I could make informed decisions on how far to go with the diagnostics. I enjoyed the experience, the care the piggy received, and will definitely go back.

I needed a vet to do a house call because my 13 yr old 130 lb. German Shephard/Siberian Husky has arthritis so bad getting him into my vehicle was going to be extremely painful for him. All Pets came out and treated him and updated his shots. I will have to get Fred into be weighed so he can get pain meds but hopefully the joint medicine will ease his pain enough to make this happen. Having a portable scale for home visits would have been awesome. This is the only thing I can think of that would have made it better.

If you are like me and think of your dogs as your children. Then All-Pets is their pediatrician. They go to great effort to care for their patients. I took my late Harlee there her whole life and when she got sick, the compassion they showed during her final moments will remain in my heart forever. I have two other dogs, Sydnee and Gracie, and never think twice about bringing them to All-Pets. The doctors and staff truely care about what is best for the animal's well being and quality of life.

The vet Dr Tayley Stalling is very kind and seems knowledgeable about dogs. She obviously loves animals. The atmosphere is clean and calm. The staff are absolutely excellent and super helpful! The issue I have is that it was extremely concerning to me that the vet and vet tech walked in with vaccines ALREADY reconstituited (aka drawn up and ready to inject) without talking to me. My pup was adopted with a record from another vet that showed he was completely up to date on vaccines. It is extremely well documented that vaccines that are handled/stored outside of the specifications should not be administered. After I proved he was vaccinated, the vet conceded and said "let me go put these back in the fridge". Seemed to me they were just interested in charging for extra unneeded (maybe even useless) vaccines. If you take your furbaby to this practice, insist that the vaccine is prepared before your eyes because I would hate for your pet to get a vaccine that is useless (waste of money, waste of pain for the animal, and your pet would still be at risk for illness/disease). The American Vetinary Medical Assoociation says, "Following reconstitution, vaccine loss of potency may occur within hours... it is recommended that reconstituted vaccines held longer than 1 hr should be properly discarded." Also - wish there was more weekend appointments!

He is barely old enough for shots so no we have not neglected him. We r getting him shots today. DONT USE THIS VET UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO WASTE YOUR MONEY. My first appointment was spaying my husky, Cira. Through email, the staff were polite, attentive, and made me feel okay with asking so many questions. When we arrived to drop her off, the staff were talking so sweetly to her and even got down to her level when they noticed she was nervous! The nurse, Ria, was so sweet and thorough with everything, and the dr. called my partner as soon as she was out of surgery to go over everything and let us know everything was okay. The care they provided shows the whole staff are so loving and they truly love what they do! Cira was given the best treatment and we will be bringing our other husky here as well, instead of going to another clinic in Bentonville, where they were less friendly with her. I needed a vet to do a house call because my 13 yr old 130 lb. German Shephard/Siberian Husky has arthritis so bad getting him into my vehicle was going to be extremely painful for him. All Pets came out and treated him and updated his shots. I will have to get Fred into be weighed so he can get pain meds but hopefully the joint medicine will ease his pain enough to make this happen. Having a portable scale for home visits would have been awesome. This is the only thing I can think of that would have made it better.

I have a about 2 month old puppy Is sick and not technically old enough to get his shots yet. He is throwing up everything, not eating drinking and acting sad and crying in pain. We tried to take him in for an emergency care and they Asked 1 questions about the dog. And it's the shots question. And we said not yet he is still a baby. And she yelled at us saying it's our fault he is going to die. Cause we "abused" him. Which is just a aweful thing to conclude cause we barely got him. Their starting charge was 1000$ to hospitalize him for parvo. Which we think it's. It the case because we had a previous dog not 2 weeks ago have parvo and die because no vet would take her in. For other options We called the vet in milshoe and they said they can take him in. For not even have the cost they were wanting. They were rude and money thirsty and do not care about our babies. I recommend milshoe vets moreover then them

After a horrible experience with Osage Vet about 2 years ago, I brought my family to All Pets. The entire staff at All Pets really cares. That's a great start, but they are also very knowledgeable, and very dedicated to the proper care of your furry or feathered or scaled friend. I will not let just anyone care for my family - I can smell BS a mile away and there is NONE of that here. To my disappointment, as I was in the exam room waiting for my vet to return after stepping into the back room, I overheard her and another employee talking badly about me as an owner for being “irresponsible and not caring about the wellbeing of my dog” after not taking her in for a year due to living in another state. When the veterinarian returned, she talked to me in a disrespectful tone as if I was a child. I used to ONLY take my animal to this vet, now I couldn’t imagine letting my dog anywhere near there. Very upset and dissatisfied with the hospitality of the veterinarian and employees. Never have I felt so disrespected as I spent hundreds of dollars to ensure my animals health and have remarks made about me behind a closed door by the person that’s supposed to be caring for my animal. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO GO HERE AS OF 2019.

After moving here for about less than 2 weeks, we unfortunately had to put our 10 month old puppy down due to psychological instability as well as neurological problems that were escalating with age. We rushed him to the nearest pet hospital, and this just happened to be it. The doctors were extremely understanding and gave us ample time to say goodbye to our little boy. We didn't have all of our documentation on our dogs just yet, but that didn't stop them from trying their best to help our puppy. I can only say these people know what they're doing, are easy to work with and extremely kind. If that's the environment you'd want your furbaby to have, then this is the animal hospital you should go to. :) (Also has a very cute atmosphere!)

This place is awesome! I did a lot of research before going to All Pets Animal Hospital and I'm so glad we ended up here! We recently got two shelter kittens so they needed all their shots and had a few other issues too. We had to take them in several times. Their hours allowed me to do this and not miss any work at all. Every time I went in, the staff was super nice and helpful and the doctors were great, taking the time to answer all my questions, not in a hurry at all. The office is always clean as a whistle with no pet smell. The staff even follows up with phone calls to see how your pet is doing after their visit. Wow! Probably the best review is the pets themselves. I've seen many dogs going in with tails wagging. Others seemed indifferent but I don't recall seeing any that seemed scared to be there. Finally, I saw reviews that said All Pets is kind of pricey. I disagree. Prices are not at all unreasonable. Yes, you can find cheaper but you get what you pay for just like anything else. You want bottom dollar care for your pets?? I think not! Our cats are now healthy and happy. I couldn't ask for a better vet! -Martin 02/04/18

Every time I went in, the staff was super nice and helpful and the doctors were great, taking the time to answer all my questions, not in a hurry at all. The office is always clean as a whistle with no pet smell. The staff even follows up with phone calls to see how your pet is doing after their visit. Wow! Probably the best review is the pets themselves. I've seen many dogs going in with tails wagging. Others seemed indifferent but I don't recall seeing any that seemed scared to be there. Finally, I saw reviews that said All Pets is kind of pricey. I disagree. Prices are not at all unreasonable. Yes, you can find cheaper but you get what you pay for just like anything else. You want bottom dollar care for your pets?? I think not! Our cats are now healthy and happy. I couldn't ask for a better vet! -Martin 02/04/18

The staff is always friendly to me and great with him, which is saying a lot because he has not been well socialized. When our family moved to Arkansas over 4 years ago, we made an appointment with All Pets Animal Hospital to have a "first puppy" appointment with our newest addition, King Bo (a French Mastiff). We immediately felt at ease with the staff, were impressed with their knowledge and their up-to-date techniques and research. Since then, we have expanded our family (exponentially!) to include 5 cats and 3 dogs (2 of which are Mastiffs). We take each of them to see the staff at All Pets annually, and whenever warranted, and are met each time with the same gratitude, happiness and love for our babies! They take equally as good of care of our Persian cats, as our Yorkie and Mastiffs. We also board our canine babies at All Pets when our vacations can't include them. We couldn't have asked for a better experience during such a scary time! We were in from out of town and had planned to board our two dogs with us for the first time with a local kennel we were referred to. Unfortunately, our 12-week-old puppy was given a toy he shouldn't have had and swallowed it whole while not being supervised. Once we got the call, we rushed our puppy to All Pets Animal Hospital to have an x-ray performed. Dr. May worked us in at the end of a busy work day and let us know that surgery was necessary. Dr. May and her staff were very thorough, empathetic and knowledgeable from beginning to end. Once our puppy was out of surgery, we were informed of every detail and risk of the surgery. Dr. May saved our puppy's life without a doubt! She even checked on him throughout that night, since the overnight ER Vet had lost power, and updated us every morning. We could tell he was being well taken care of each time we visited him throughout his recovery. Once we were back home with our dogs, the staff called to check in on our puppy and make sure everything was going well. We also boarded our older dog here for one night after the incident at the other kennel and he did wonderfully! We felt totally comfortable and welcomed each time we walked through the door, the staff knew exactly who we were and also who our dogs were. Thank you for truly caring, we can't thank everyone enough for all you did!

I wouldn't recommend this place at all. The lady at the the front desk just has a negative attitude and is very unpleasant. Their priority is not the animals. I had an appointment scheduled for my puppy to have a surgery and they rescheduled it without my consent. I talked with her and the vet and neither of them tried at all to resolve the problem. I then called Dr. Keim at Curry Country animal hospital and he saw her THAT day and squeezed her surgery in for 2 days after that Dr. Keims staff is AMAZING! Do yourself a favor and go there. The doctor has been in practice longer and my puppies surgery ended up being $100 cheaper then it would have been at All Pets.

I swear they killed my dog. I brought him in because he was throwing up, a young Dr. gave him some shots and said he’d be fine. He went downhill as soon as we left the vet, became very unresponsive to anything and HE DIED THE NEXT MORNING. $250 dollars later I’m left heartbroken.

I love this place and my cats do as well. Friendly staff. Clean place. Couple of things I hope can be changed. One is I like my pet to be treated in front of me and not taken at the back to give medication or anything else. And if possible bring the costs down a bit.

I have been taking my pets to All Pets for years and the staff are all very courteous and genuinely care about all pets. I've seen turtles, birds, even bunnies in the waiting room and the staff and nurses are all excited about each one. They are truly pet lovers. When my Yorkie died they were very sympathetic and helped us with our privacy. The doctors are all very knowledgeable and caring. I just wish we always saw the same doctor so it was a little more personal. I had one doctor introduce herself to me 3 times. But what's most important is that Shelby, Jackson and Gunner are well cared for, and at All Pets, they are. Thank you!

I wouldn't be still coming to All Pets Animal Hospital after 16 years if they weren't so wonderful! They are top notch and very organized. I never wait around when I come in for appointments with my dog, they get us right in.

Wish i could give them zero stars. I took my pet Bella (lab mix) in for hyperplasia. They said the surgery would be high risk. option 1: refer out to Albuquerque and price would be $2000-$4000. Option 2: do the procedure in their office minimum $2000. Option 3: put our dog down. I went to Caprock vet in portales NM for a second opinion. They removed the mass, had her spayed, vaccinate and chipped for less than $500.
