A very experienced staff coupled with Dr. Ole, a veterinarian, a professional in for all types of animals. If your are looking for a clinic to take care of your animals you just found it.

After moving up to Show Low from the Valley, we needed a new vetraneran. Decided to try White Mountain Animal Hospital. Great atmosphere, Dr Ole is fantastic and thorough, brought a litter of 7 Beagle puppies to be checked over before being rehomed and he and his staff was patient honest and sincere (everyone was in excellent health). We also brought our 13 year old Cocker in for an ear infection. We're planning to bring all of our pets here.

I previously posted a bad review that was meant for Alta Sierra. Please know that I am sorry and White Mountain Vet has always taken great care of my pets...... The staff is great and I can highly recommend them.... was just there today with 7 puppies I am not computer savvy and that why the mistake!!!!

I took my 2 Labradors into see doctor Ole and Loved him! He was so knowledgeable was able answer all my questions! His office staff were very accommodating, friendly and helpful! I would Definitely recommend White Mnt Animal hospital to any one with pets!

I'm very upset, we have been coming here for a few years and it's been ok, we have 3 dogs , we always see Ole , lately Ole has not been diagnosing the issues and our dogs are the ones that suffer because of it. We brought our sick dog in and after waiting 30 minutes he didn't even look at her and gave her some arthritis medicine, she doesn't have arthritis, I'm forced to take her elsewhere where the veterinarian has his head on straight.

I take all my pets here. I have a lot. I recently rescued a puppy who still just doesn't want to get all better. I love this place. All the ladies are amazing and so sweet, and they love and adore my animal family. Doc. Does an amazing job taking care of my animals, even given the fact that I am continuously dealing with a depleted bank account. He has helped all my animals in one way or another. He explains things fully, so do the girls. If they don't have answers readily available for me, and I call a good bit, they talk to doc. And someone calls me back. They are all amazing here and am so glad that I waited to take my pets to get up here when I discovered this office.

Misdiagnosed my dog. Waited 5 weeks to take the bandages off her leg, then I could see her foot was deformed. Took her to another vet who saw the problem immediately and arranged for a surgeon to correct it. Do not take your beloved pets here.

The staff is very friendly. This is the only place that really handles exotic reptiles here and the options for diagnosis and treatment are limited.

The rapid rate my dog was dying was not their fault. Prescribing arthritis antianflamitories for pain killer for a dog with aggressive cancer. Brought my dog yesterday for euthanasia, Dr. Ole only concern was how much I was paying. He botched the euth, by injecting only a quarter, blew his vein out and had to start again. Never once did he show any empathy for the client or owner. I wonder how he sleeps at night

They were not very personable, they were overpriced and vague in their care instructions and price estimates. My pets are my family and want them to receive care in a place that is loving and concerned. A place that will spend adequate time in going over things and treat them as if they were their own. I would not go there again.

I had ok service here. However, hours and days are limited due to the doctor traveling all the time. Forget emergency service. You would be better off just going to Blue Ridge Animal Clinic.
