We're flying overseas with a dog this month. The ONLY site that has accurate information is the usda/aphis website. The ladies in the export office are absolutely wonderful, knowledgeable, and calm. They answered questions from my multiple phone calls and are probably the only reason I'm getting to take my dog on this move. Thank you Diane!

This is single handledly the worst USDA vet office I've ever had the "pleasure" of dealing with. They can't seem to answer the phone, ever. I couldn't find the physical location because it's actually off of Abbey Road, not Coolidge. Thankfully they share a building with several other USDA offices, because when I was lost I called one of those offices and they directed me.
