Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic was incredibly helpful when I found a stray kitten on the side of the road and it needed intimidate medical attention. (They don't take in strays, but I was willing to claim the cat as my own to ensure she was seen). From the moment I walked in the door, the staff including Kaitlynn and Dr. Kirby was attentive and made sure the kitten got the attention it needed, and made sure I had everything I needed to take care of the kitten when we left the clinic. They also helped me get into contact with local rescues and sponsors. I would recommend to anyone who has a fur baby.

I brought one of my buns in since he had lost his appetite and had not pooped in a day and a half (gi stasis). They really know how to hold and handle bunnies here (not every place instills confidence in how they hold squirmy bunnies) and I did not worry that they were going to drop him (which nearly has happened elsewhere!). They had walk in hours that day (on the weekend) and was able to bring him in without having to wait for another vet to open on Monday. Would definitely recommend. :)

I have been taking my dogs there for over 20 years . My last dog I drove from Pinal county because Nothing is too good for my dog and no distance is too far . Why take a risk with your animal's health when this is a sure thing. Your dog wants nothing but the best for you why not return the favor

Please read this before you bring your pet to this clinic, I brought my dog 02/14/19 approximately at 9 pm because he apparently was in pain and I didn’t wanted to take the chance not been checked, I wanted to make sure wasn’t nothing serious until next morning to bring him with his regular veterinarian, they overdosed my dog inyecting him to much Morphine directly into his veins, a soon they inyect him he started to cry, I asked why if he wasn’t crying before they explained me that was the side effect of the Morphine, they never explained me first the risk of giving him this strong pain killer I will said no, after that they took him in the back, all the examination was with out me being present they told me I have to wait in a small room, they said they inyected some fluids, he keeps crying they told me it is a side effect of the Morphine, my dog passed away 4 hours later. I’m been in so much sorrow he wasn’t sick and now I lost him just for a check out I called the clinic two hours late to tell them that my dog keeps crying they said in a rude tone that they need to do more testing and the crying was for the Morphine I asked them how long this will last they said approximately 8 hours, he didn’t make it I end up running to another Emergency clinic just to been told was nothing they can do.

This is the best vet I’ve ever had. I have two dogs. I’ve been there for regular visits like shots, etc. as well as surgeries and emergency care. The staff is always friendly, caring and thorough. They offer a full If you need a vet, schedule a visit!

Such a great experience! The front desk girls are so sweet and accommodating, as well as of course our Vet Dr. Horsley was beyond personal and friendly! Going to the vet has always been very nerve racking for me, the whole staff made my pup and I super comfortable and I will definitely be coming back!!!

The doctors and staff are nice but they are all about money. Every time I walk in the door they want to new blood tests, xrays and sonograms even though my pet was recently tested. A $75 visit quickly becomes $700. I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

We've been taking our Dog here for general care and boarding for 7 years. They take full advantage of communication tech which makes things monumentally easier and the service is organized and professional. They also make recommendations for alternate agencies if they're full. If you live in the area, these are the guys to see.

My dog had to have surgery to remove a mammary gland, and several unrelated cysts. She also had a skin infection from allergies. The doctor not only did a great job with the surgery, they cleaned her teeth while under (also requested), but followed up several times to check on her. Everyone was amazing at this wonderful hospital.

I had to utilize the Emergency Clinic at Scottsdale Vet Clinic so am reviewing in this area only. My regular vet left the place I had been regularly going to for many years and the new vet was disappointing when I brought Oliver in a couple days prior to needing the visit at SVC. I don’t need to get into details but felt my cat needed more than was offered, so living around the corner from SVC I called them to bring him in. I was told there was one emergency patient being seen but if I arrived quickly, I would be the next patient. I was also informed of the emergency visit fee on the phone. When I arrived, we were taken into a room (since my cat wasn’t in a carrier and tucked into my jacket) although there were a couple other people in the waiting room. We were given a form to fill out and the $98 emergency fee was taken upfront since I was a new patient. A tech came in within 10 minutes to explain the vet on call was with another patient and wasn’t sure how long it would be as it was an emergency situation. She asked me questions about my cat, printed out the blood work I had emailed them and completed intake information. I waited approx. another 10 minutes and Dr. Trahan came in and was extremely inquisitive went over the blood work and urinalysis I brought in and suggested updated blood work isolating the areas of previous concern and advised s on what they’d be taking Oliver back for . I also requested an x-ray to ensure no blockage had occurred. Dr. Trahan added in pricing for the requested work to inform me of charges and I approved. The tech came in and reiterated the procedures she was taking my cat back for and gently took him from me. He was returned about 15-20 minutes later with fluids and blood work done. In another 10 minutes or so, the doctor came in to go over the new blood work and talk about differences and where to go from there. We ended up doing a urinalysis as well to compare against the other one since the blood work had seen major changes. For the final bill a few things were adjusted to stay within my budget, and I appreciate that. Being upfront with financial expectations is something every patient should do in these situations so there isn’t frustration and finger pointing when clearly an emergency exam will most often lead to additional costs. After a total of two hours (very reasonable for the things that were done), I was sent home with fluids, my cat was given an antibiotic and recommendations for follow up. I feel at this point, my piece of mind is placated and all that can be done has been so I’m hopeful my cat will recover but if not, I didn’t fail to do everything I could and SVC provided great service (and close proximity).

Beyond blown away by the professionalism and knowledge of the staff here at Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic. We had a sick 1 week old kitten in need of urgent help in a litter of 8 and they stepped up when no other vet could help us. The staff calmed us down over the phone and continued to demonstrate skill and competence in our situation. You can really tell that everyone there was passionate about animals, we are going to switch our personal pets to this Vet clinic.

I brought my dog to the Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic for a hurt foot. Based on reviews I thought I would at least be getting decent care. I expected the prices to be high but I also expected decent care. The doctor came in for maybe 45 seconds and after I opted out of X-Rays, I never saw her again. She never mentioned that the foot was swollen or what she thought it might be (I later read this diagnosis on her paperwork at home). She actually didn't even do an exam. I thought for $95 dollars you would at least get an exam or options for care. I understand the cost of medications but the charging $95 for nothing is robbery. I was never told what kind of pain medications she was getting or being sent home with till after they were ringing me up. I told the tech I had the one medication at home and she said well I'll take your card. The staff overall was not very friendly and the service is not great. I will never recommend this place to any friends or family.

I was very impressed with both the clinic and the staff. Despite two emergencies more pressing than the issue I was having with my dog, they still managed to see us fairly quickly. The entire staff was so nice and sweet with my pup (who had never been to an actual clinic before). They were able to diagnose her immediately and give me all the medication I needed for her very quickly. I was very surprised about the entire cost, which was much less than I was anticipating from an emergency vet. My overall experience was great and now I have myself a clinic I can trust in Arizona!

I’ve never been in the clinic BUT this is by far the BEST 24hr emergency vet office you can call in the late night with concerns and questions you might have. I live over 10 miles away and all the hospitals in my area don’t even try to give me answers or help me but these guys do! Thank you so much for helping me with my pup. She was with me for 15 years and had the most unique personality. I often tell the story of how she went over to the neighbors house and stole a steak off of the side of their bbq. The neighbor went to add another steak to the plate, saw one missing, and as he turned to look for it he see's Gretta with it in her mouth, head high, tail wagging and trotting back home with it. He said he had to sit down he was laughing so hard. Anyway, I wanted to share something fun about her with you. I highly recommend your team and thank you with all of my heart for your support.

I love this place!! Working part time with two 2-yr-old Dobermans really has me with a tight budget... I was scared I wasn’t going to be able to save one my girls due to not being able to afford it but this place LITERALLY SAVED HER LIFE!! They donated 2 medications which I cannot stress enough how grateful I am! I’ve never been a write-a-review kind of person but I just wanted people to know they are willing to help!! Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic is phenomenal. It’s always open, and you can get an emergency or drop-in appointment when you need it for a fee. I feel like my animals always get the best care, and at a very affordable price. Our vet there is the absolute best, but even when we’ve had to have our cat or dog seen by one of the other doctors, they have all been extremely knowledgeable and caring. I feel the same way about the vet techs and front desk staff—reliable and committed to the health of my animals. I’ve referred many people here!

Came to town with 2 sick cats. A friend suggested them both kitties were given short life spans by our vet in MT. Dr Langhofer got it right from the fist. One kitty is still theiving after 2 years, sadly we lost the other one but to cancer instead of the original renal failure. We are so happy we atill have our one baby. I came in late at night with my kitten who had an infected wound. I had never dealt with something like this so i was super freaked out. They immediately took him back to check him to be sure he was stable enough to wait. I got there at 11pm and left at 2am. It's about the length of time i expected to be there considering it was the middle of the night and there was 3 or 4 other people there before me. I was helped by 3 or 4 different staff members and they were all very kind and reassuring. The place was very clean, I even sat on the floor with my kitten and while i was waiting one of the girls was mopping the floor around us. They were very gentle with him and tried to be as quick as possible to reduce any discomfort to him. The doctor listened to me and explained the situation very well. The prices were also very reasonable. I expected several hundred dollars since it was an emergency visit and he ended up going home with medications, but my total was much less than i expected. Will definitely return!

THEY MURDERED MY HEALTHY AND VIBRANT BEAUTIFUL TOY HAVANESE SUKI'! WITH KENNEL COUGH VACCINATION! THEY KNEW SHE WAS ALLERGIC . SHE HAD BEEN. GOING THERE FOR OVER A DECADE ! I AM DEVASTATED AND NOT ONE APOLOGY EVER MADE BY DOCTOR OR OWNER OF CLINIC! . On January 8, 2019 around 1pm my neighbor brought my 13 yr old Toy Havanes Suki' for a nail trim and vaccines by 7pm she was dead! She had been going there for a decade and still gave her a vaccine she was deathly allergic to. A Dr. Horsley took away the most important years of her life. You see, Suki', my toy Havanese was very special . She was certified my emotional support dog .These were the years I would have been able to give back and thank her for all the love and support she gave me all these years. What's worse is when she started having reaction to the vaccine and was rushed back there, a Dr. Roberts never spoke to Horsley ,poking and prodding her, causing more stress lungs filling with fluid. He told me that caused it.lI begged for him to let me be with her so she knew I was there and would start to relax. He told me he worked with human hearts and lungs prior. Well little dogs hearts and lungs are more fragile! He said he had to go back and clean up before I could go back. I heard him chat with patients on the way to her knowing she was scared! 8 minutes later he returned, with Suki (PIC BELOW) DEAD, wrapped in a pink blanket. She still looked adorable from being groomed the day before. The fur was wet around her mouth. I immediately went into shock took off her collar , in hysterics shaking and rubbing her heart screamimg for her to wake up! She was still warm. I refused to believe she would never open her cute little eyes again. I couldnt let her go, I WOULDN'T let her go! Roberts came in with another girl and he left. She tried to get me to agree to have Suki' cremated with them ! No way would I let them touch her again or gain another. He had the NERVE to tell me" she didn't suffer. That "she sat up, liquid spilled out of her mouth and she died". SHE DID SUFFER! She was alone, scared confused and wondering why that was happening to her. She was fine a few hours ago. Looking for me and I was not there because of him!

I love this place! My Aunt told me about them for out sweet little Bunny Rabbit and WOW, was she right! Dr. Bill is amazing! I can not believe how someone can be so knowledgeable and love these animals like this place does! We also too our pup there and was just as pleased!!! Will recommend them to EVERYONE!!! We have 8 pets. We need a very good veterinary clinic, and this is it! Yes, sometimes we have had to wait, and when you have a sick pet, every minute seems like an eternity. But the excellent, thorough care we receive is worth it. The staff is efficient but caring. We always receive a follow up call to check on our pets the day after we go in. The costs are explained before anything is done and are reasonable. We highly recommend this vet!

I buy the prepaid plan every year for my dogs. For $500 they get all their shots and a teeth cleaning including a cat scan. I have been quoted $1100 for teeth cleaning alone to put the dogs under anesthesia. 7 day availability as well.

I took my cat here a few months ago on an emergency visit. I called about a half hour prior to coming in and they said there was no wait at the time for an emergency visit so I tried to gather us up as quickly as I could. By the time I got there there were a few other people there, and some walking in with appointments it seemed, because they got seen right away. I ended up waiting an hour before being placed in a room, which I get, because I’m sure the wait time had changed since I initially called. That wasn’t it though. One placed into a room I was waiting quite a long time again, and the vet techs that came in were somewhat abrupt and didn’t give me a clear answer as to what I was waiting for and for how long. It just seemed like I kept hearing “I’ll be right back”, and I didn’t know how long to expect to wait or what I was even waiting for. I’m not one to rush people doing their work but my cat was not feeling well and I was getting fed up. FINALLY I opened to door to the back hallway to ask what was going on. It was only THEN that a very friendly tech came in to get the details of the story and apologize many times and explain there had been another emergency where they needed a lot of backup. I really appreciated her care and explanation and she even offered to have the manager give me a discount for the next visit and she said she would set that up. At that point, I didn’t even want to make my girl wait for any more checks or tests and we left with a prescription. Following up after the visit, someone did get in contact with me by leaving a message about my discount for the next visit. However, when I called back and she wasn’t there, the receptionist said she would pass along the message, but I never heard back. I was very disappointed with this experience and I will not be going back, and I would rather my initial visit be refunded rather than a discount on a future visit. I understand things happen but when it comes to the care of my fur babies, one time is enough to decide to not come back.

Only giving one star due to having to rate the "Dog Sweat Shop." This joint is only interested in making money because they have 10 "so called vets" that rotate their schedules because they all want to make money. I have seen 3 different "half asst vets" who do not care about the animals, and are only concerned about their paychecks. After the treatment with my dogs services, THREE SEPARATE dog owners services, I felt it was extremely important to write this review, to save many others from going this POS . CON ARTIST, money making clinic: with their fraudulent 5 star reviews written... most likely by their employees. Enough said....I spent thousands of dollars on both of my dogs here and after my nightmare experiences, I did decide on a 2nd opinion and my new vet, in which actually LOOKED AT MY DOGS, gave me some insight that this so called "VET", whose vet?? They have a new "DR" every visit, who does not even care about your pet... only cares about how much commission they will receive by getting you, to get an unnecessary surgery or service, so they can rack up the $$$. This place DISGUSTS ME, and I hope this review allows/helps people realize that this shi* BOX is not their for the RIGHT REASONS! Do yourself a favor, and go to a true VETERINARIAN that does not have 10 bimbos, so called licensed "doctors." Not sure how they achieved that title. Best of luck too all of you, but my best advice... find a Veterinary clinic with maybe two stable doctors ... not 10, in which they have no experience

I've been in this clinic a few times, for Sunday walk-ins and appointments, and either way the wait is usually longer than any other clinic I've been too. Otherwise, the staff is very upbeat and treated my puppy with great care. They also were extremely knowledgeable with vaccination timeframes and any other questions I've had. The only complaint I really have is that their prices on average are pretty high compared to other clinics in Scottsdale, so if money is a factor, be very careful about asking for pricing before any treatment is completed!

If you likes vets that generally care about your animals, don’t bring your dog/ or let alone puppy here if it’s at all an emergency. They expect you to pay BEFORE they even find out or try to start finding out what’s wrong. No normal vet makes you pay while seeing your puppy vigorously shaking and puking before even finding out what’s wrong So ridiculous Find someone who cares about your animals well being NOT money.

Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic was there for me in the most dire of times. My poor Mimi (cat) was sick and I was not sure what was going on. I was an emotional wreck and the staff at Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic were able to help me and my cat when I was at a loss on what to do. I rushed there and was greeted by someone at the front desk that made the experience quick and easy. Dr. Erin Greenwood was caring, supportive and honest about the prognosis. She provided me with many options as to how we could have treated Mimi. She walked me through every step and was very straight forward with my options. Unfortunately, I had no choice but to put my sweet kitty down. She was very warm and comforting in this heartbreaking time of ours. I'm so grateful for the staff at Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic. My first experience with the Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic happened out of unfortunate circumstance, but I feel like my partner, myself, and our cat went to the best. Our situation happened in the middle of the night. They answered the phone promptly, and consoled my partner, who was understandably sobbing, and wished us safe travels while we made our way there. Once there, we were seen immediately, and action and answers were almost simultaneous. We were presented information in a way that was easy to understand, but not condescending. They presented us an array of options, catering to our needs and financial situations. They pampered our cat while treating her, and I'm extremely happy about the care of both our cat and us. We were there, at most, 2 hours. I attached a photo of Princess Buttercup, at home, in recovery. Thank you!

I am a recent new dog owner and we had our first visit to the vet the other day. I found Scottsdale Vet Clinic online as it was the closest to my house. After briefly reading their website and reviews, I called to explain my dog's situation and they said to bring her on in. They were very welcoming when I arrived and saw her almost instantly. The assistants and the veterinarian were patient and super nice as they cared for my dog. My dog is a lover and they didn't seem to mind all the kisses. I was very pleased with my interaction at the Scottsdale Vet Clinic and will be calling to book a kennel in the near future.

I brought in my dog - a nearly 14 year old puggle - for emergency treatment and eventually end of life services. I was impressed at the compassion the entire staff, especially Dr. Cal, showed to us during a very difficult time. Their empathy and concern for our dog, as well as my family, was genuine. On Wednesday of this week my little Krissy seemed to be having muscle weakness so I rushed her in. We were fortunate enough to have Dr Greenwood help us. Dr Greenwood had to deliver some tough news and tell me my Krissy had advanced hemangiosarcoma and was having organ failure. Her kindness and compassion will never be forgotten she had to break my heart and I don’t envy her for that but she did so with such love and humanity. We can never thank you enough we are still heartbroken as Krissy went to sleep forever at home with in home euthanasia that night. Thank you for being so human and caring.

From every awesome person at the front desk (Barb <3) to every nurse and of course Dr Greenwald. We have been seriously impressed both times we've had to bring out cat, Thunder in. The staff always goes above and beyond to reassure us. When you receive their call checking on your pet, there's a sincerity in it I didn't realize had been missing from my "other" vet experiences. 24 hours is an amazing plus. We had to rush our senior cat to the nearest clinic in the middle of the night last weekend, which resulted in us being at the Scottsdale Veterinary Clinic. The staff and vet working were gentle and compassionate in informing us that our little love had to be put to sleep. In the event of this tragedy everyone was so understanding and gave us all the time we needed, from letting us be alone with him before he passed to picking up his ashes and paw print whenever we felt emotionally ready. While I was never able to take my pet here for any checkups, I am confident in the care he received through the end of his life. I am forever grateful for the sensitivity exercised by the staff and I’m confident those working here care about the pets and their owners immensely. Despite the horrible circumstances under which I came to this clinic, I would recommend their levels of care and professionalism to anyone.

Just had my Blue Heeler in for dental cleaning. She's OCD with a ball and as a result has lost a few teeth. The doctor was very prompt in calling and reviewing her recommendations while Kiera was still under anesthesia and I appreciate her concerns. As a result Kiera now has a soft and smaller ball which I'm sure will not hurt her teeth. Always a great experience at SVC. PS: Here's my favorite pic of her at Bartlett Res. She's a real water dog and I reckon I'm her life preserver.

Generous and kind vets! We were visiting Scottsdale and found an injured wild bird while biking. We thought the bird probably wasn't savable but wanted to humanely euthanize it vs it dying slowly on the side of the road. This clinic was kind enough to not only let us bring it in but after examining the bird even volunteered free treatment to see if the bird could be re-released. Wonderful folks!

Initially I was told an all-inclusive Dental was going to be $350 nothing further. They called me while my dog was under telling me he needed for extractions there was infection and it was going to be $1,000. Sent me home with a bunch of drugs that weren't necessary. Beware, they will take your dog play on your emotions and charge you $1,000 or more. Go someplace else that takes a flat fee for cleanings. Multiple places out there that will take flat fee including any extractions that need to be done. This place is a Scottsdale gouge Clinic

This place was AWESOME. My dog was attacked by another dog. I was a nervous wreck, he's my child. I called and was given useful info. We went in on an emergency basis. The staff knew how I felt and were empathic and compassionate. The process was smooth. I was very happy with the service. I go there for emergencies, routine visits, any time something happens I can walk in and they do their best to see you in a timely manner. I brought my pet in because I suspected he was suffering from valley fever. The Veterinarian, Dr. Horsley suspected that my dog had cancer and claimed my dog was not exhibiting typical signs of valley fever in a dog. I was on a tight budget but wanted to get my dog the care he needed. The doctor suggested I pay $750 for X rays and several different blood tests. Initially I wanted just the exam and the valley fever test but she stressed that my dog was suffering from something worse. When the tests came back my dog was positive for valley fever, as I had suspected. When I asked the vet if we could rule out cancer she said "we can never really rule out cancer". I care about my pet like a child and Dr. Horsley used scare tactics to get more money and worry me and my family that my pet would not live a full life. After I paid over $450 to find out that my dog only had valley fever I expected a doctor to tell me that my pet does not have cancer but she didn't even care enough to give my family and I that peace of mind. I will be leaving a bad yelp review and filing a complaint with the Arizona board of veterinary medicine. It is not right to take advantage of people that are worried about their pets for personal profit. I am very disappointed with this doctor especially because I had been to this clinic once before and had a good experience. I hope this clinic will take this complaint serious. I am frustrated that I paid so much money to find out my pet had exactly what I suspected but more than that I am disappointed that this clinic would hire a doctor that is practicing medicine unethically. It is sad to see a good clinic get a bad review for a doctor that does not care for what is in the pets best interest and how her misdiagnosis impacts a family who cares deeply for their beloved pet.

When I lived in Scottsdale, I brought my chihuahua in for a check up. She’s scared at the vet and usually has to wear a muzzle during the check up, so that was fine. However, they brought her back DRENCHED IN HER OWN URINE. Apparently in the back she had peed out of fear and they didn’t even bother to clean her up. It was disgusting. I chewed out the main doctor; she was responsible for what happened, yet she barely seemed to care. Never trust these people with your family members. The main doctor is human garbage and has no respect for animals. She’s clearly in it for the money.

One of the worst vets hands down. Have had so many problems with them I don't really know where to start. But the last straw was I had my dog Kaia in for a UTI infection that she for some reason couldn't seem to kick, being this was the 4th time back for the same issue within 6 months I realized they weren't doing anything but giving her meds and sending her on her way without really diving deeper into the problem. So she had a urine analysis done and low and behold 2 and a half weeks go by and no return phone call on those labs. So today I call and I get told there is a note for the Dr on her chart to call me when done???? So once again someones not doing their job. Terrible place would not recommend to my worst enemy.

They got me in right away when my dog ate some chocolate and refunded my money when it turned out the amount of chocolate he ate was much less than they had understood over the phone and he did not end up needing any services. I have mixed feelings on SVC, I've been loyal to them with our dogs for the past 15 years. Two of our dogs have lived past 9 years with the same vet, they are both not here anymore and it seems as if the past 5 years the service I've received have left me shaking my head with disappointment with our two current dogs. My last visit was last Friday, one of our dogs had a minor injury to his paw and it was left untouched, no shave, no cleaning the wound and we were just sent home with some ointment and some cleaning pads. Our dog doesn't like visiting the office and is always has anxiety of being there, so I'm just assuming that the vet just wanted to get him out of there right away instead if dealing with him. No pain meds were given and I've been trying to get a hold of a vet to get us something for our dog's discomfort with this open wound, we've been waiting for 2 days now for a simple response. I have shaved back his fur on his paw, I have been cleaning the wound each day and finally found a little thorn that came out from the wound. The wound seems to be healing better now and we have lucked out that we don't have to take him back there, our poor boy had to endure the pain, what a tough young fella. Why am I paying for something I had to do myself? I think I need to look for a new vet clinic for our dogs...

Took my cat in last night. He got his chest cavity drained of free fluid earlier that day at a different clinic, but started breathing strange later in the night. Took him in just to be safe. They were nice, but didn't really do much except tell us he was probably going to die soon. They just did a basic exam (which he already had earlier that day). They just made us more terrified that he wasn't going to make it through the night. Well, now it's the next day and he's doing just fine. He slept it off, and is eating and drinking, acting normal. Definitely not dead. So I don't really appreciate paying $100 just for you to stress me out and tell me my cat could die any second, and not actually do anything to help him.

They used to show care and compassion... now all they care about is raking in money. They used to be 5 stars, but they have gone downhill, and changed the approach to money raking. They waited to treat my baby, held him in the back without communicating, until they had $400... then they gave him a medicine that stressed him out. Worst experience ever. My baby died because of their lack of care and compassion. He would have been alive today, if I had gone to a different vet. Horrible.

We brought our dog in later one night because of concerns with her breathing. They triaged her right away to the back to check her out and luckily nothing was wrong. They offered to still do a full visit but made us feel really confident she was just fine. We offered to pay but they didn’t charge us for taking a look at her. They were really caring and answered our questions. We felt really put at ease and would definitely go back (although we hope we don’t have to!)

I came in with without and appointment was put under emergency care so that I and my cat can get the help we need. The vet techs in the front were awesome and helpful and the wait was long it was worth it. The vet tech that worked with me and Rj was very knowledgeable and asked questions to get a better understanding of what the issue could be. This helped the doctor paint a picture of the needs and treatment plan that would best suit our needs. I felt comfortable with my car in there hands though I know he can me quite a handful around stranger, but none the less they did there jobs and they did it right. I found my clinic and also doctor for all medical procedures and grooming.

I GIVE ZERO STARS TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT! This place is only worried about one thing.................CASH! Don't go to this place ESPECIALLY if your pet has a true emergency! We were quoted over the phone that we could have our 11 week old English Bulldog with a cough admitted and observed with oxygen for $180.00 for 12 hours and $360.00 for 24 hours. When we arrived, after waiting almost 1 hour, the "car salesman" at the front desk returned with a quote to treat pneuomonia keeping our dog for 2 days at a total cost of $3,300.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES.................ALL OF YOU!!! These people ONLY care about CASH and not helping a suffering animal. I will be telling EVERYONE I KNOW to help put this place out of business. SHAME ON YOU!!! There is a special place in HELL for you. FURTHER UPDATE: Took my 11 weekly only to another vet who didn't even feel xrays were needed and instead said she needed a steroid and medication to dry up her mucous in addition to antibiotics. Please go to Aztec Adnimal Hospital instead of this place for your pet care!
