We had to put our beloved dog down, both my spouse and I were a wreck about it. As horrible as it was we felt that the staff couldn't have been more appropriate in their demeanor, actions and words. They were empathetic to our situation, respectful of our decision and made us feel they were there for us the whole way. They let us bring items of comfort, let us take all the time we needed and were careful with our special friend. Oasis is kind of far from our home but we are considering leaving our current vet just because of the way they took care of us.

I didn't exactly do business here today, however the scope of the girls in the office to help me find the lost dogs (rescue parent) was exceptional & respectful on every level. The staff and vets are always efficient and professional, never pushing anything unexpected on you and they always treat our fur babies as priority number one. Facility is always clean and is state if the art, seriously. Best vets office I've ever been in, in my life, no joke. And the best care I've ever received for any of my animals as well, with options and very reasonable prices, if not less than other vets. They genuinely care about the animals, it's not just a job or about making a profit. It's about the animal. Not as close because we ended up moving, but always worth the extra 20 minute drive. Its always a pleasure and well worth going, regardless.

In my community there was a feral cat who had a collar on but she managed to get her front paw though the collar so it was partially strangling her. I trapped the cat and headed straight to Oasis Animal Hospital. With concern for the cat, they immediately took her in and released the collar. The skin was bloody below the collar. I asked them to give her medical treatment so she received an antibiotic shot, checked for leukemia (negative) and was given a vaccination for it. I was so grateful that they would be as concerned about this feral cat as I was and that they also treated her with the same care given to a house cat. Oasis Animal Hospital is truly a first rate animal hospital. I highly recommend this vet clinic to anyone who wants the best medical treatment for their pets.

The Hospital and Staff are absolutely amazing! We needed to switch over our 2 dogs and cat to a new Vet and this was the best decision! Front desk staff take pictures of each pet on their first visit and actually give you a copy! What a cool touch! Doctors, Techs and Assistants are very nice and professional and sure do know how to make your pet feel loved (not to mention feel like a ham, lol!) My experience was better than I could ever imagine. I got worried when I saw two big dogs getting out of their owner's car to come in at the same time as me. With cats, you have to be very careful about what you subject them to. One of my cats loves dogs, but the other is very high anxiety. I was welcomed instantly, and taken to a cat room. My cats never saw the dogs! The tech came in, let them out, played with them, and even gave them treats! My experience with other vets have been very high stress, but this was a dream come true. I have anxiety as well, and my cats feed off that. Both I and the cats were very comfortable, and happy. Pricing was as explained, and reasonable for a check up and shots! I feel like people mostly only review when they are upset, or if it's a good review, its normally asked by the vet to submit a review. This review was not asked by the vet, and I would highly recommend taking your cats here. It was quick and painless! Dr. Knott was attentive, and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions needed. I appreciate that! Most places rush you in and out. That was not the case here! It was clean, and ALL of the staff seemed very happy to help. I know it can be rough opening, and instantly having clients come in, but they handled everything professionally and with care! I will be returning, and I'm glad I finally found a great place for my fur babies! A load of stress has been lifted! THANK YOU OASIS! YOU ROCK!

My 2 year old German shepherd has Been having some severe skin issues and the vet who saw her did a very thorough inspection of her fur, problem areas, etc to see what was going on. Dr Knott is her vet and she is REALLY GREAT!! The staff is is very friendly and helpful every time I go in there. I have to go monthly and get special food for Yona and they get it for me. I took my dog to this clinic for high fever right after my dogs 15 years old birthday. The doctor gave me two options, put him down or leave him at hospital for another week for tests. I was not allowed to bring him home and let him pass naturally. The doctor could be right about the timing of letting him go. But i keep wondering why don't i have right to bring him home and let him pass naturally if the fever and pain can be controlled. 2nd surprise was, When my husband pick up my dog second day after the euthanization, he was in a plastic bag sealed. Till today, i still don't know if i buried my own dog. Later they answered my questions. *** Had i purchased box from them, my dog would not go home in sealed plastic bag ***Had i asked them to open the bag on the spot, i would have known if that is my dog ***Had i brought my dog home same day, they would have wrapped him in towel and not in sealed plastic bag. After their explanation, i felt even more guilty to my dog. I wasn't informed of the consequences of not purchasing box from them I wasn't told i could have asked them to open the sealed plastic bag from them. I was in an extreme sadness zone, i i didn't challenge my husband's belief that from the staff words,"bury as is, don't open the plastic bag" That might means it was one of our option not a law requirement. When i pulled myself out of darkness, it was too late, he buried him "as is" in that trash bag looking plastic bag. Another great pain was not from lack of communication, this was from wrong information. After we buried our dog in the "biodegradable" bag as the staff said, later the manager helped me find out, it was not biodegradable at all as the staff said. That means my dog will be trapped in that sealed bag for another God knows how long years. I had to pay someone to rebury my dog after that finding. Now, my dog is not in sealed plastic bag , I can breathe better. The manager Liz, she is a good listener though, and promise me to make communication better for others. I leave the star rating as neutral. I only want to share my experience with this clinic. So you have more information than i did and able to do better for your dog.

We have seen all of the veterinarians at Oasis Animal Clinic over the 15 years that we have been going there. They are kind and compassionate to both the animals and the owners, and more than once have gone above and beyond to take care of us. The front desk staff is always polite and courteous and we very rarely have to wait. The waiting room is huge and divided, so if your pet needs some privacy that’s easy to do. They are always up front with pricing, and I have never felt pressured to make a choice (or pay) for something I wasn’t totally comfortable with. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Been bringing my dogs here for several years. All of the veterinarians are top notch. They have ultrasound, x-ray, blood analyzer, etc, so it's one stop with (normally) immediate results/answers. My dogs love the techs! Possibly because of the petting and praising? The receptionists are knowledgeable, very friendly, and efficient. They always return my calls within an hour. This office impresses me because they, as a team, not only demonstrate care and compassion for my animals, they show the same for me. I cannot recommend Oasis Animal Hospital highly enough.

My cat had her one-yr check-up and vaccines last night. Oasis is the best! They were right on time, the staff was super friendly and it’s awesome that they have a “cat night” - just for kitties. The vet tech was great and I can’t say enough about Dr. Beger. She was very thorough, answered all my questions and showed my kitty a lot of love! I will be back next week with my 2nd kitty. I highly recommend Oasis Animal Hospital!
