The pricing is great but be wary of inconsistent customer service. This place is in a beautiful but shady part of town - my female friend and I were approached by some homeless lady trying to hit us up for money and she kept following us (creepy). It was kind of out in the middle of nowhere but again, the facility is very beautiful because of the scenery (a mountain in the background) and well maintained landscaping. I'll give it that. HOWEVER, not everyone at the front desk knows what's best for your dog. Like I said, I was there with a friend and our puppies are siblings from the same litter so therefore they should need the same shots, vaccines, and treatments. My friend was charged for what she asked for (vaccines). I on the other hand, was having a full conversation about my pup and her history with an actual vet tech who told me I'd also need a deworming and something else appropriate for puppies their age (11 weeks or so). My friend had to ask for the other treatments to make sure her pup got what he needed. If you see front desk girl A, you may be missing some things your pup needs so be sure to ask if you're speaking to a vet tech so they can tell you what treatments they'd recommend. Just because you want cheap vaccines doesn't mean you don't care about your pet.

Don’t go here, I left over a dozen calls over a 3 day period trying to get my dog in to see the vet but no response and the system wouldn’t give you the option to leave a voicemail; it kept hanging up on me. Only on 2 occasions was I able to leave a message and it wasn’t until AFTER I walked in and asked to schedule an appointment (which they couldn’t do anyway, AND after having to come back TWICE because they were closed on an odd day) that they called me back. No matter what the situation is, people call the vet for very serious, important reasons and they neglect that. Honestly don’t know why I bothered to go to them in the first place, I had misplaced my trust in their abilities to care for my dog in ANY event, emergent or not, so just go somewhere else entirely.

I've been calling nearly everyday for the past 2 weeks to set up an appointment for my puppy to be spayed. They dont answer any phone calls and never call you back, like the machine says they will, when you leave a voicemail either. The automated machine said I was number 1 in queuing so obviously its not because they're busy with other callers, they just dont answer.

Took my cat there to be spayed. Left her in am and picked her back up at 4pm. She was fine and had no problems. Had her nails trimmed same time. Staff very pleasant n helpful. Do vaccinations as well.

I brought our puppy here for shots and microchipping. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. The prices are so affordable. I will definitely be bringing "Lulu" here year after year for her annual care. I also had questions about a pregnant stray cat and they didn't hesitate to answer my questions and give me pamphlets etc. on services for strays. The facility is very clean, there's a ton of parking, and a nice little grassy waiting area outside. Our whole appointment time from check in to departure was roughly an hour, so that's a win! Many thanks to all the staff for all you do ♡

I would love to try this vet as it is right down the street from my house but I can never get someone on the phone. I have no joke called about 12 times at various days of the week and various times for about a month now and not one time did someone answer the phone. They really need to get a better system for setting appointments or even better allow you to set it up online.

I didn't even know that this place existed until I had a TNR appointment there. Friendly staff, nice lobby, quick service. The rates for basic vet services are listed on the walls. They even have short- long term insurance. The campus is lovely.

After a long battle with cancer, we had to put our little Gertrude down. Unfortunately, it ended up being on the same day I was released from the hospital after having my 1st child. The guy who helped us with our puppy's transition, Chris, was very kind and empathetic to us and even offered us a discount on the procedure. It was one of the hardest things I've had to do, but I'm happy her suffering is now over. I am extremely thankful to the staff, especially Chris, for their kindness in our time of sorrow.

I contacted the Arizona Humane Society and explained that there are approximately 20 animals that need spay/neuter. There are over 50 cats in a colony in our neighborhood that need help. They said they would be happy to help and only charge 20.00 per animal due to they get donations and funding from the State and I’m considered hardship. So, I happily made an appointment and said I would bring 2 in a week, due to that is all I can afford. I drove all the way out to their location on 15th Avenue and Dobbins this morning (had to check in at 7am) I explained to the check in clerk that the cats have a little runny noses. She proceeded to tell me that they cannot help because the cats can’t have a runny nose and they only spay/neuter healthy animals. I said I’ll be happy to pay the extra money for a shot to make them healthy. She then said no but she would check with the vet. She took one back and quickly turned around and brought the cat back out and said no, the vet will not help the cat. I said how do you expect these feral cats to be completely healthy all the time? She still said no and that I had to take the cats to a local vet, in order to have the animal spay/neutered!! I have to say, Shame on you Arizona Humane Society, you get donations from hard working people and you promote getting animals spay/neuter and you get help from the state. You are not who you claim to be!!! You refuse to help these innocent animals and you continue to euthanize healthy animals that are brought to your shelters!!! You should be investigated!!!

I take my puppy here every three weeks to get his shots. At opening there will be a line for the door to open on fridays. Fridays they waive their clinic fee so it is busy through out the day. Waiting room is really small about 15 chairs. Thete are also four benches out side in front for you to sit while waiting to be seen. Grass areas for the dogs. They will give bowls if needed for drinking water. If you come in with a cat in a cage they mostly sit you in a separate room so they wont be stressed from all the dogs. Individual shots cost $21 each for puppies not shure about other prices, you can find prices on there website. When you first go in you'll sign in on a paper at the front desk that askes for you name, number, and number of pets along with if you have been there before or not. After you just have a seat and wait to be called, at that time you'll pay for the services snd then wait for your pets name to be called next. Once your pets name is called they will take your pet back. Waiting time on a friday can be up to a couple of hours. Ive spent 2 hours for one shot that took no more then 8 minutes.
