We couldn’t have loved Hopi animal hospital more. I feel that they have done the very most for us. From the wonderful experience at the front desk, to the wonderful bedside manor in the back (someone even got my sleeping son a pillow so he could sleep while my sick pup was being tested). We are so thankful for them all!

We had only hoped we could have nursed our little sweet Shadow back to health, but unfortunately she took a turn for the worse Saturday Morning.....we did not want to delay and have to take her to a place she was not familiar with, Shadow has only known Hopi and the staff since 2007. we have used their boarding services ....we called since we knew this was the day we had to say goodbye it was about 12:00 and they are only open until 3:00, Dr Beaujolais was on and was fully booked and leaving early for the day...they were very gracious and worked us in right away, we were not rushed and Dr B and Amber were very gentle and empathetic in putting Shadow to rest, I would recommend you all to Hopi, I would also like to thank Dr Pruden in caring for Shadow health as well...they care and even got a call to check in on Shadow before she took a turn for the worse in signs to look for, I so appreciated that insight....

We really love Hopi for our dogs. They have helped out in emergencies and for general treatment as well. They are also really good about getting paperwork from former vets. We have one dog who is really problematic with lingering valley fever among other issues and Dr. Beaujolais has been really helpful. Our former vet did a visual exam and gave us some exercises to do but I really felt like there was something else going on and decided to try Hopi as a second opinion (they helped our other puppy who had swallowed a sewing needle!). Thankfully Dr. B had us do some tests and found some other issues (like tick fever and a torn ligament) also going on. I am often wary of too many expensive tests that vets can throw at you, but in our case this was definitely a good call and our dog is feeling much better now.

Dr. Scholten is simply amazing. He takes his time doing very thorough examinations and also asks many questions to get to know your dog before he does any procedures. I was going to another local vet and each time I went there I was seeing another new doctor. It is refreshing that at Hopi the doctors have been there for such a long time and they have so many customers that have brought their pets there for years.

Amazing Veterinary care! What I like most is, after your visit, the doctor's always follow up and give a quick call to see how your pet is doing. When my dog Ollie had a terrible rash, I received a call 48 hours later to see how he was doing. Same thing when he had a possible obstruction in his tummy. I know I'll always get the best care for my doggies at Hopi Animal Hospital.

I've always had the best experiences and interactions here, but most importantly, my pets have received expert, professional, and loving care from the veterinarians and staff at Hopi. I truly admire them for the consistency of their pet-centric patient services. I've been going to Hopi for 14 years now, and recommend this practice to anyone I know. Since 2003, my family and I have had six dogs as patients/clients of Hopi Animal Hospital, and we wouldn't have it any other way! We mostly see Dr Pruden, who is a genius by the way, but we have total respect for and confidence in ALL of the veterinarians, technicians and support staff at Hopi.

If you are looking for caring animal doctors, look no further than Hopi Animal Hospital. Dr. B and Dr. Prudent are extremely sweet and really show how much they care about animals. Dr. Prudent did an amazing job cleaning our 14 year old dogs teeth. We can't thank Hopi enough for their dedication and love for our dogs.

We love all the docs at Hopi! We have 2 pups that we trust Hopi to take care of - they are so good with the dogs and even the rest of the family (we have 2 small kids)! Last month we had an emergency with our 2-year-old puppy and they got her in for an evaluation right away. It turned into somewhat of a mystery that passed on it's own, but they kept close eye on her and were very conservative in their treatment approach so we didn't subject her to a bunch of unnecessary testing and discomfort, and of course cost for us. Everyone there is kind and caring and it's just a nice place to be.

I bring my 2 dogs to the Hopi Animal on a regular basis not only for their health needs but also for lodging. I get amazing customer service. My dogs and I feel extremely welcome and Freckles and Pooch are always happy when dropped off for lodging. The employees know them by name and know their needs and wants even before I say anything. I would recommend the Hopi Animal Hospital to anybody who wants their pet not only to be taken care off but also loved.

The front desk gal was kind and friendly. However upon taking our dog who after x rays, blood tests, the whole shebang, we were told that he needed surgery because his abdominal cavity had more blood in it than where his blood was supposed to be, and that they couldn't do it there.... the reason why? Because even though we brought him in at 2:30pm it was to late in the day. "If it was earlier we could do the surgery here". So in other words... I know you just spent over $500 dollars and your dog is in an emergency state, but I want to go home in a few hours so you're going to have to take him elsewhere. Are you kidding me? They were all to pushy about just euthanizing him, I'm guessing because that would be quicker and ensure they left on time! Since when did helping animals become second place? They obviously just care about the money not our beloved animals!

Our dog Sparky passed away after spending 16 wonderful years with our family. Hopi arranged for us to bring our dog in and pay our final respects in a private room before leaving her for cremation. The staff were friendly and very consoling. Would recommend highly.

I brought my sweet Shelly to this hospital because she had a gum disease and needed to extract most of her teeth. We recently moved from CA to AZ. Dr. Scholten was very nice and caring, even the cost which was very expensive he did charge the min for this treatment. WE did go to another pet hospital prior and they tried to charge us more and gave us lots of medication even I told them my cat hates medication. She get into a panic and go under the bed for 3 days. Dr Scholten understood it and gave us no medication to take home he treated her with medication that can last up to 14 days. The staff is nice and friendly, I feel we did find a good Vet for our 3 cats.
