Very caring and just an all around awesome practice. They did an aural hematoma surgery that turned out amazing and were very compassionate and understanding when diagnosing our dog with congestive heart failure. These people know what they are doing and feel for the babies and the parents. Thank you Faust!!! All of the doctors and techs rock.

We have been using this vet for about 15 years and always found them a bit expensive but well worth it for the excellent care provided. Apparently, there's new ownership that has already mastered the art of "bait and switch" when it comes to billing. A "high estimate" of almost $900 was just turned into a bill of over $1,200! This is outrageous and almost seems fraudulent. We will find someone else, equally competent, and far more reasonable in price.

And always a follow-up call to make sure they were okay, the staff is amazing and kind.

My husband and I have used the services of Faust Animal Hospital and Dr. Teri Wiblin and her wonderful staff for many years and through the lives of several different pets. From the phone call to the office visit to the follow-up, the care and professionalism from each and every staff member has ALWAYS been above and beyond what any pet owner could hope for! They all celebrate with us as we enjoy the years with our healthy pets by providing well-care. And they all mourn in the most compassionate way with us when our beloved pets come to the end of their time here. Each step of the way my husband and I felt we were kept fully informed of the diagnoses and options and were made a part of our pets' team. There are many choices out there for pet care and we have tried some others in the past. And we cannot recommend highly enough this wonderful veterinary clinic as the right option!

Absolutely worst customer service I've ever experienced from the staff. You have to call them 10 time so they refill your prescription, always coming up with different excuses. Each time you come in with the same problem they want to test your pet for different things and your bill is somehow getting higher and higher. Would not recommend this place to anybody, stay away people!

She got them healthy again and I very much appreciate it. My last two veterinary clinics were both horrible. This place is great!

I had a really tough time finding a place that could get our brand new sick puppy in the same day. Faust Animal Hospital squeezed us in and they were awesome to deal with. Every staff member we dealt with was super friendly and helpful. Dr. Wiblin spent a lot of time with us and really went above and beyond. You can tell they really love animals here! I highly recommend.

I have a big German Shepherd dog named Sugar. I take her in regularly to have her nails trimmed, and to check her weight!the people there are very friendly because sugar cannot be around other dogs because she gets too upset. so what they have me do is to call them right as I get there and let them know that I am there, and they will make an area for me to be able to come in! Of course I would go there again!

I will never be able to put into words how much I appreciate this animal hospital. They helped me tremendously with my cat Lucy, and even their other patrons are sent from heaven. I have never left a facility crying with joy but I did with Faust. I will always hold them close to my heart now. Please take your animals here. See Dr. B if you have ANY issues with your cat, she is the cat whisperer.

They have taken very good care of my cats and recently my elderly cat suddenly passed away and they were very kind and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our beloved Joe. We chose cremation and the box is beautiful and name plate is so nice and you get a paw impression also with their name. They show true compassion to all of the animals that come in. You can tell they all really do care about your pet.

After a nail trimming experience at a large retail chain pet groomer/ pet supply store that left my service dog Leif traumatized to the point he wouldn't let anyone near his paws and was extremely fearful. I was referred to Faust groomer Michelle. She was patient, kind, & very gentle with Leif. After the first session with Michelle each time we pulled into the parking lot he wagged his tail and happily went with Michelle. In just 5 sessions of 'fear free' visits with Michelle Leif has completely overcome his fear. I cannot Express my gratitude & appreciation for Michelle's professionalism, knowledge and genuine compassion for Leif. The entire staff at Faust animal hospital genuinely care, so refreshing after our awful experience elsewhere. Thank you Michelle & Staff!

Always had good experiences at Faust. The doctors have been knowledgeable and caring, and the techs and staff are patient and endearing. Caitlin (or Kaitlyn?) is the best! She’s very sweet, has a great sense of humor, and is attentive to the animal’s needs. My dog Jack, who is not fond of the vet, was calm around her! Thanks for all your help!

They took excellent care of my Trudy, dealing with some possibly nerve-induced diarrhea. My smiling dog was thinner after a 10 day stay (maybe I should park me for some weight reduction). When I mentioned her name at the counter, clearly someone recognized her name and which dog was being collected. The blank stare I've received at other facilities has never been reassuring.
