I really love how much everyone here cares about helping the dogs feel comfortable. Our dog had been sick and had a lot of unpleasant experiences at the vet the past few weeks, but the staff here always tried to cheer her up by giving her lots of belly rubs, attention, and treats! Plus they are the best at giving vaccines! I have literally never seen such sneaky shots before! Our dog didn't notice any of them at all!

Nancy Fortin

Dr April Kung is the best!!! She is very knowledgable and has much compassion for her work and our pets.

Michelle Banas

Even though we had a wait due to more critical patients, the staff was always checking on us and letting us know what was going on. They made sure we had everything we needed and checked on us to see if we needed anything else several times. We felt like we were with friends instead of sitting in a dreary doctor office where we were just another dollar. It made the visit much easier on us and our pup.

I can not express how grateful I am for the people at this hospital, they saved my cats life. They were kind, compassionate, answered all my questions, and responded quickly and patiently to my many calls to check in. They got my girl in right away, and everyone I interacted with was so nice. If you have an emergency situation with your pet these are the people to go to.

Left in a freezing room ignored and not checked on. Even though they were fully staffed but the staff huddled at front and acted like they had better things to do and that you were inconvenicing them. Finally went out to car for a blanket just to stay warm. Staff ignored request to ask if our dog could have water after sitting for 2 hours. Never asking doctor as promised. Dr was more concerned with doing x-rays on our dogwent we had been sent by our vet because she tested positive for Parvo. Quoted us 2500 a night to leave her for 3 days, and wanted 700 each time they had to reviewe her. 100% out to fatten their wallets. Beware. Glad to report our girl is healthy and happy and probably never had Parvo but we are now wise to how vets gain kickbacks if they refer you to emergency vets like this. Pet owner beware

PLEASE READ ALL-We took our lhasa apso in last night for excessive vomiting and they told us $125 would give us a diagnosis. Then they pushed the blood work on us which made it $300. After blood work they were pushing xrays on us and he wouldnt even give analysis of the blood work. They didnt rehydrate him or anything. They just released him without giving him anything- not even a diagnosis! We are very disgusted with this place. They put a lot into their interior design but not much in caring for pets. After $300, we still were as clueless as to what was wrong and they didnt even write him a prescription. Guess we didnt spend enough money. 24 hours later- I went home and educated myself to be able to read this blood work panel. 7 values are high, 4 are low and the type they are is clearly indicating renal failure yet he didnt tell us that. He said it was vague and he needed xrays for a total of $700. When we declined, he left the room. They offered us food while we waited but couldnt offer our dying dog a Water IV.

Great vet!! Thank you for taking great care of our dog!!

Gail Jamieson

Very good care and really pet friendly

Cynthia DD

Very pleasant on the phone. Couldn't help me with a shoulder sling but did provide suggestion of a pharmacy or national chain pet supply places for the possibility of a purchase.

Although the circumstances surrounding us finding you were of course upsetting and unfortunate, we are glad that we were able to find such a caring Hospital for our pets. Thank you for taking care of Sammy and his poor ear. He is doing well. Thank you for taking care of us, everyone was supportive, kind, understanding. We were very pleased with your level of efficiency and the reasonable prices as well. It is helpful to not worry about a humongous bill when your babies are already hurting. Thanks again from the Howards.

Excellent facility with friendly and helpful staff! Great options for wellness protection plans and great service every time! My Dog loves going to see everyone.

I have been to other vets in the valley who offer emergency care in addition to regularly-scheduled appointments. In my case, I prepaid for what I thought was going to be an emergency. As it turned out, my pet required minimal services at a fraction of the cost of an emergency. I am convinced that everyone at 1st Pet Vet (North Valley) not only loves animals, but they truly take care to not over-charge. This makes my 3rd visit in a row where I could have easily spent double or triple the fees, were it not for there vets looking out for me.

Joyce Betita

I love 1st Pet! Thorough care, thorough explanations, compassion, and friendliness. The Wellness Plan is a great deal. Couldn’t get any better.

Deborah Harney

Our dog Jackpot was very ill and 1st Pet treated him with kind, gentle care. They did all the right screenings and he was discharged with a happy wag in his tail! Staff was well trained, efficient, and just plain nice as well as knowledgeable about what ailed him. Thank you to all! Highly recommend this Vet hospital to All!

Came in for my dog, her eyelid was split in half due to a dog fight. Everything was great until after the surgery I noticed a sore on her eye. Came in to ask what is causing it, was told it was nothing they did and she must of rubbed it wrong. My dog stays by my side 24/7, I pushed the matter, doctor arguing back saying it was nothing they did. After about 20-30 minutes of back and forth the doctor goes to the back room, few minutes later comes out and starts apologizing for the situation. Complete utter joke, yes the doctor tried to rectify the situation but none the less this is unacceptable. My dogs vision / health shouldn't be in jeopardy after leaving their care.

Kelly Samson

Originally came because of a medical emergency for my dog and this was the closest place to me that was open. The customer service was great and they were able to treat my dog immediately and didn’t charge me because a doctor wasn’t needed. They genuinely care for you and your pet! Will definitely come again!! So glad I found this place!

Francesca G

Wonderful staff and doctors. Courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and very caring. I highly recommend them and will use them again.

Alixx Almstedt

Welcoming, professional, clean, knowledgeable. I love knowing my cats are in good hands here; every vet and vet tech we met was personable, knowledgeable, and showed genuine concern and desire to help my cat be happy and healthy. They asuaged my fears, were thorough in their care, and proved themselves to be true animal lovers. Thank you!

Kady Berry

We came into due to being concerned about a mass we just noticed in our dogs mouth. They accepted him as a walk in. Walk in are considered emergency visits but they informed us of this and the cost difference immediately to make sure we knew what was going on. We brought him to his own private room, then the tech came in quickly, and soon to follow was the doctor. Upon entering the room a snack basket for use was given with water and a few snacks, then she put a blanket on the ground because he was so anxious. Then the tech came in she was quick efficient and informed us of the doctor. The doctor came in quickly we were there about 10 minutes maybe less and everyone had already seen him at least once. Discussed treatment plan and proceeded from there. Very quick and effeient , open and honest. We love this place and take all three dogs and cat here. Also love that it is 24 hours .

Phenomenal experience. From admission to discharge, the intake staff, doctors and the systems they have in place while you are waiting, could not be more well orchestrated. While 1st Pet is not our vet and was used for emergency purposes, I would highly recommend this practice.

Alyssa Collet

I have been to this vet twice now and each time I’ve had to wait more than 4 hours with no one checking in with me, nice staff but they don’t do anything to communicate information to the OWNERS. Not to mention the cost of everything, and the first time I went I spent $700 and they found NOTHING wrong with my dog (he had a hurt foot and wouldn’t walk on it at all) and the second time a week later they found out his toe was infected and that was the problem. Spent another $700. Not happy with this place.

Tavie L

My dog is almost 19 years old so she has been to lots of vets in her life so we recognize good care vs mediocre care. This center furnishes great care and shows lots of knowledge. Also, my little one is usually so stressed at the vet and here she is not. We’ve been here in an emergency mode as well as a normal appointment and both times the care has been great. And we think their prices are very reasonable.

Courtney Palmer

I literally cannot thank Dr. Brian Toncray and the entire staff that I met tonight enough for their assistance with my cat, Teddy. We brought him in very late at night due to finding a nasty abscess on his neck, and they were very quick to help us and let us know what care Teddy needed at that moment in time. The compassion and kindness that the entire staff showed us made me feel extremely comfortable and at ease in a stressful situation and I knew that Ted was in good hands. I would absolutely recommend this clinic to anyone and everyone with pets.

Over 4 hour wait while my dog trembled and bleed on the floor. He wasn't even given anything for the pain while we waited. Ended up leaving and never saw a doctor. Constantly asked when we would see one and kept saying they didn't know. Never going here again. If you have a dog that needs immediately care do not go here. It would not let me reply so I edited my original post. However Ricki and the other lady up front were absolutely wonderful. If it was not for their compassion and help I never would have stayed there and waited 4 hours. They deserve 5 stars. I understand about the ER wait. But 2 our of those 4 hours the doctor stated she would be with me in 20 mins multiple times. Then stated my dog was fine and his injuries were not that bad. Even though he received 4 staples and he was bleeding and tissue was coming out of his chest for the whole 4 hours we were there. He should have at least been given pain medication or something while we waited. Luckily Ricki gave us lots of blankets and towels to wrap him up in. Since he was trembling and shaking on the ground I am guessing due to shock, pain and blood loss.

1st time visit. Bassett hound was a little whiny so for precautuon we took him in. Ended up with double ear infections.. Visit, check up, ear swab, meds.. under $400. Pretty reasonable for an Saturday, emergency, never seen before visit. Doctors and staff were fantastic, knowledgeable and caring. Made me feel at ease and will def use them again, hopefully not too soon. Glad we went, I feel note at ease and so dies our basset.

My wife and I can honestly say the service and care offered at 1st Pet is extraordinary. From the moment we walked in with our little guy Rico, the entire staff made us feel at ease. After they diagnosed Rico, we took him home with medication and instructions on how deal with his condition. The next day I did phone their office a few times as I had some questions and concerns and each time I was treated with respect and an honest caring about our dog. We did have to return to their office two days later as Rico’s condition became worse and he needed surgery. Unfortunately they were not able to do the surgery at their location but they went out of their way to set up an appointment for us with a surgeon. Rico had his surgery today and is on his way to hopefully a speedy recovery. To the receptionists at the front counter, to the technicians and finally Dr. Brian Toncray, we can’t thank you enough for the exceptional service you provided.

Nikolina Gnjatovic

My shih tzu was attached by a bigger dog and had bites all over her stomach and back.. I'm beyond grateful to 1st pet vet for treating my dog and giving her excellent care. The vet was so thorough in explaining everything! The entire staff couldn't of been better. I would recommend them in a heartbeat and would definitely go here again for an emergency.

Kevin B

I must give credit, where credit is due. 1st Pet is an incredible facility and their staff is second to none. We took our 11yr old pup to them as Father Time had closed in. The visit for us was very emotional as we lost part of our family, yet the professionalism of the team was unparalleled. Today we received a card in the mail from 1st Pet wishing their condolences; it was personal and very thoughtful. Thank you very much. If you are reading this review and nearing a terribly difficult decision for your pet, please know that this is a facility that you should deeply consider.

Frank Wagner

The excessive charges and shock of the price to treat my pet is inexcusable. After being able to determine that Penny was not in immediate danger. The cost of recommended treatment at well over $500. I left paying for the basic exam fee, which was more than my vet charged for all the services later that morning. To be specific, my dog also received all the booster shots along with the first aid that my pet needed for less. Oh yes, did I tell you how long I had to wait to see the vet... Literally hours... Having arrived at 9:30, I left at 11:40 just after seeing the vet for the first time and being presented an estimate for service that they recommended. The tech wanted to drug my dog before the doctor had seen her... I am so unimpressed with the service I would recommend anyone select any other provider for the care of your pet. Since you asked, I believe I will take the time to post this online on Google and Yelp. The most important thing 1st Pet could have done differently to make your visit better? Prompt attention to my pet, at reasonable prices. It is an emergency service but at 5X the cost it is beyond unreasonable. Your service is designed to squeeze desperate pet owners in manipulative and coercive manners.

Lip Gloss Queen

Amazing staff and even better doctor. He really really cared about my dog and I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He cared most about my dog's safety and making absolutely certain that all of my questions were answered and that I was at peace. Amazing and sparkling clean facility! It's gorgeous inside

Jennifer Rimmer

These guys have always done an amazing job handling all of our emergencies in the middle of the night. And they especially did an amazing job with our little kitten that we had acquired a couple of days earlier. Unfortunately he did not make it due to how bad the hyperglycemia was, especially for such a tiny 4 week old cat, but they were very gentle, sympathetic, and handled everything amazingly, both the day and night staff were very sensitive to the situation. I cannot express how grateful I am to you guys and I know you guys did everything you could. Thank you. Highly recommend these amazing people!

Diane Moore

Very friendly, clean facility. The vet that was on call was very friendly and took his time with my dog, after a nearly 4 hour wait. (Always super busy on weekends!) It's a new, modern and beautiful facility. You don't sit in a traditional waiting area with other people and their pets, but in an individual room, alone with your pet. The basket with 2 drinks (water and juice) and the cookies, popcorn, crackers, etc that they gave me for in my room was a nice gesture. They also have blankets in case you get cold and want to sleep. Highly recommend.

Erin Briggs

I can't say enough about the staff and facility. They have always treated us with kindness and showed true concern for our pitty Denvir. She has trust issues and the staff always seems to win her heart. I am extremely grateful they do not breed judge just because she is a pit bull. We will for sure be making 1st Pet our go to vet for all of Denvir's needs emergent or not. The staff truly cares for her and her well being. The vet has always gone over a plan with me and discussed what Denvir actually needed. Thank you 1st Pet for being there!!!

Adelina Granillo

Everyone was extremely nice and helpful. They kept me informed of everything that was going on. Wonderful experience, they were wonderful with my kitten. Highly recommend!

Valerie Bolitho

Incredibly patient and knowledgeable. I took my dog to get help for bladder stone problems. The Vet provided my options for care and explained everything. The front staff was so helpful and kind. Definitely take your pet to them.

1stPet Vet - North Valley took care of our cat, M****, AND US - very well. We are very impressed! We walked thru the door and that was all that was needed! Immediately, we were escorted to an exam room for triage. The staff gave our cat quick, professional, thorough and skilled medical care; kept us 'in the loop' so we always knew what was happening next; made sure we knew all the possibilities for treatment and Dr. Lunt spent the time with us that we needed answering all our questions. Our cat is out of danger, out of pain and recovering nicely! Amazingly, they simultaneously took care of US, too! Offering an extra chair, refreshments - even a phone charger! I hope we never need emergency veterinary care again, but IF we do, 1stPet is where I'll go! 1stPet Vet North Valley is HIGHLY recommended!!

Megan Koopman

My dog had to have eye surgery and they were great!

Kay Jay

This was my first visit to this facility and I have no complaints. I did have to wait quite a bit but you can expect that at an emergency clinic. Dr. Lunt was very thorough and took the time to read through the very lengthy (4 page) history I provided for my girl and he even asked me a couple of questions about her history, which impressed me because most emergency clinics are really focused on just putting out the current fire and not really interested in being comprehensive. My girl was about 90% better 24 hours later. I will return here if I have to use emergency services in the future. I actually drove a little further to come here because I was trying to find a place other than Blue Pearl or Roadrunner.

Kenny Truffin

All I can really say is that the staff at 1st Pet North Valley are outstanding in every way. From Jocelyn who first took the call from my wife who had just gotten off the phone with another emergency hospital and was treated rudely in a trying time, to Brooke who checked us in quickly and efficiently and got us into a room as soon as possible, to Val who took the time to answer all of our questions and make sure that we were fully informed on the difficult decision to be made to Dr. Lunt who was compassionate and calm throughout the process. My wife works in the veterinary field and was very impressed by the professionalism of the entire staff at 1st Pet. If we ever have a need outside of normal business hours, we know just the place.

Becky Nelson

I LOVE 1st Pet Veterinary Center - North Valley. Their prices for emergency vet care are very reasonable. One of the things I love about them is they give emergency care to homeless animals.

Nick Kalna

Amazing staff, helpful, kinda and you all saved my best buddy thank you

Barb Katz

Was there with my sick kitty Scarlett on both Saturday and Sunday. I was told to bring her in right away on Sunday for an immediate follow-up and was left sititng in an exam room with her for 3 hours before anyone came to take care of her. I know that more critical patients come first, but a tech could have taken her in the back and put her in a cage and do the preliminary tests/whatever, instead of leaving us sitting there that long. Beautiful facility, you can eat off the lovely exam room surfaces. Nice staff and they really know their stuff.

Joanne Tillson

We love taking our dog here. Everyone is so good with her and us. Love the new basket of goodies for us. Thanks

Angie Coniglio

The people were very nice , but we were there for at least 3 hours if not more ,before anyone saw us! That really is unexceptable! They had plenty of assistance and not enough veterinarians!

Shannon Canales

I cannot say enough good things about this business. I came home from work to find my 14 year old pup bleeding from a lump under her arm and I couldn't stop it and did not know what to do. I loaded her up and showed up crying my eyes out with my bleeding pup on their doorstep. It is a beautiful office with amazing staff who went out of their way to comfort me and my pup. They were very busy with many critical patients but immediately took her to the back to control the bleeding and ensure she was stable. When emergencies kept coming in and they realized they would keep me waiting, they gave me the option to leave her and they would fix her up and call me as soon as they were done so that I could get some rest. The doctor called personally when he was finished and told me what he found and let me know I could come pick her up. He then met me at counter so he could discuss it all again with me face to face and apologize for the wait earlier in the evening. I could not ask for better care than I received last night when I showed up an inconsolable mess. Thank you to all the staff. I will tell everyone about your services and recommend you to anyone who is looking for a care for their pet!

Danyel Kitty Downey

This place is absolutely amazing. I have to admit, this is BEST VET I have been to. I love themed rooms, (I was in Havasupai Falls room, I went there in March '19) and well decorated. ALL of them were patient with me, took their time to explain (etc) and kept me in loop, I really appreciate it. From bottom of my heart, THANK YOU ALL!!!

Kimberly Dennis

The staff were so friendly and attentive. I had a scare with one of my dogs and after a few days of medicine she is feeling so much better! I felt so comfortable with the vet and techs. Hopefully I never have another scare like this but if I do I will definitely come back to 1st Pet!

Jenna Murray

Everything was wonderful. I appreciated getting taken back to a room right away, the thoughtful snack basket and the friendliness of the entire staff. Dr. Wachtel was excellent; she listened, answered questions and most importantly, assessed and treated an acute issue that had been overlooked by another vet the previous day. I even received a follow-up call to check on him. My sweet 15-year-old dog is already much more himself and I’m so thankful to everyone at 1st Pet!

Michael Waedow

We adopted a dog that had recently suffered a bite wound to her neck. Two days after bringing her home from the shelter, her wound became infected and an abscess grew in the area. On Friday afternoon, after being unable to secure an appointment with our usual vet until Monday, we opted for emergency care to take care of the problem and hopefully get her on an antibiotic ASAP. We brought Lucy in to 1st Pet for medical attention, and that was a mistake. We were processed quickly through the front desk, moved to an exam room, and even saw a vet tech within the first 15 minutes. Then we sat in a cold, uncomfortable room for more than 90 minutes without any check-ins, updates, or ETAs, After an hour of waiting, I asked the front desk if and when a veterinarian would be seeing us, and I was told that there was no ETA, and that a vet would be with us as soon as "they finished their rounds". I am sure there were other animals being held at the facility, but other than that, the place was dead. There was one other car in the parking lot when we arrived. I returned to the exam room to find that my dog's abscess had burst open. I used the paper towels available to me to absorb the pus and blood from my dog's neck wound. After draining the abscess and containing the situation, we waited 15 more minutes before deciding to leave. I will treat the dog's injury at home until we can see a real veterinarian on Monday morning. I understand that other animals may have been more seriously in peril, but mine was given absolutely zero priority here. A golf ball-sized infected mass on the side of a Chihuahua's neck seems fairly serious to me, and our experience at this clinic was nothing short of garbage. I'm expecting to be billed, even though we never saw a doctor and nothing was actually done to help my pet's situation. Predatory. Scam. Not worth your time.

Alexis Y

Great experience! The staff really cared about my dog when we came in for an emergency check-up. They even made sure we were comfortable and offered us snacks and water while we were waiting. A little on the pricier side for an emergency visit, but we'll worth it with how much care they put into taking care of my dog.

Katie Bellamy

Place was very clean. Staff was super nice and very helpful. Love the doctor, she is great! I highly recommend this place. I love the no fear approach they do here. My dog is 1 1/2 year old pitbull who does not like strangers. They did so good with him. He loved them all too.

Susann Postell

The staff treated our old guy very well. He's deaf and gets very anxious; Dr. Lunt put him completely at ease and answered all of our questions. Will definitely be back!

Rob Howard

I don't leave a lot of reviews but this place was not for us and others should be warned. The Dr we saw is only concerned about racking up fees through redundant tests and pure laziness. Not only was he unprofessional and unresponsive after my first visit (I had to file a complaint) he's refusing to fill my 13yr old Danes arthritis meds. He's requiring another blood test before he fills the script, it's been 5 months when it's only ever been a yearly test in the past. It's a shame because we have 4 Danes total and had a great experience with the first one we took here but will not be back. Beware of the ridiculousness and blatant efforts to increase their fees while calling it care for our fur babies. Such a shame

Wendy

Everything went very smoothly and was amazing! The front desk staff were expecting me and welcomed my pet by name, the technician was knowledgeable and nice, and the vet was competent, friendly, and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend 1st Pet!

Daniel Margiotta

These folks are the most compsoinante and respectful doctors. We had a truly tragic situation and they handled it with dignity and took care of me and all my family. Would highly recommend.

Tracee Koch

We are so greatful to have found 1st Pet. It was 9pm and our little Addie was not feeling good. They are 24 hour we got seen asap the Dr and his staff were amazing their prices are just so reasonable and they take care of the pets humans making sure they have beverages and snacks. Top notch would recommend 5 plus stars

Mathew Michuta

Very friendly staff. Much more put together and easier to work with than Banfield in PetSmart.

Kelly Galipeau

They took great care of my 7 month old puppy Luna after she hurt herself on some metal in our backyard. They were very kind and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. They took their time to explain all the treatment to me and gave me everything I needed to know for after care at home. Highly recommend.

Polly St Onge

Everyone at this office is so kind to me and my pet! Everything is super clean and everyone is friendly, even when you need to show up in the middle of the night.

Jill Bartlett

My dog was hospitalized overnight here. I brought her home the next day and she declined rapidly again. They were so helpful over the phone to make my dog more comfortable until we could get her to the hospital the next day and answered any question or concern I had. Amazing, gentle staff. Saved my dog and I'm forever grateful.

brenden kiernan

Dr dahlquist was my emergency vet, I can’t express how thankful I was for her caring and professional attitude. Very compassionate. She tray is as if we were family, and not a paycheck. She was honest and wasn’t trying to rack up a bill. I will continue to go here as long as I have animals. And weird as it is to say, there was NO VET SMELL. It was the first thing I noticed. Super clean and very tidy and welcoming! 10 stars if possible

MARIAN LANGSTON

So far, good. My dog had a scary issue and they did the expected tests and DX while I was there. He has a script he must take, and they have been very accommodating when time to refill. I liked the vet.

Veronica Munoz

I decided to take my dog here after his regular vet didn’t seem concerned with his injury as I’d like. He was seen immediately, since things got worse and the staff meet us at the Jeep to help him out, escorted us to a room, with treats and water for the humans and treats for my dog. Every option was explained, a treatment plan was agreed to and a surgeon was notified. Unfortunately, by dog got sick and could t have surgery right away but was scheduled for a couple days later and was given the least evasive surgery. Which I was thrilled about since he’s an older dog. He’s doing so much better. So I would definitely recommend bringing your pets here to see this wonderful staff. The facility is very clean, they are very friendly and your pet is welcomed with open arms! I’ll definitely be bring him back for regular visits.

Kim Bria

Horrible experience with this 1st Pet location. Our big dog had TPLO surgery, very expensive and long recovery time. Had problems getting help to get him into my car. They didn't know what they were doing. There was ONE tech that took charge and told two other people how to get our 105lbs dog into my SUV without ripping his staples. At time of staple removal 2 staples were left behind. Protocol is to have 2 people look at it to make sure this problem doesn't happen. I had to take him back to have missed staples removed, by this time the skin had grown over them so they had to dig them out. So now they again have problems loading my bleeding dog into my SUV. When I asked for the Hospital Manager the answer I got from the Front Desk was here is her card. Her preferred method of communication is by email. WHAT? I asked to have her call me. The girls said she would leave a message but don't expect a call back, again email. I expressed my concerns with the Surgeon, he said he would talk to her about his expecations and to give me a call. NO CALL. I would not take my rodents here for care let alone our Dog who is our family member.

Jordan Eigen

I went first for emergency and two days later I went for a recheck and I had great experiences both times! The offices are kept so clean and all of the staff are so nice. I didn't have to wait in the lobby to be seen either time, they get you in a room as quickly as possible. Everyone is so friendly and the prices aren't bad at all. Definitely recommend for an emergency visit or for your pets regular vet!

sharon spears

Everything went great. The facility is gorgeous. The vet was so nice and the staff was friendly

Jeff Gilbert

Greatest experience we could have had putting down a pet. Everyone was awesome from the second we walked in the door. Right to a private room, very thoughtful and kind from greeting to us leaving. Highly recommend!

Kat D

Dr Kung and the rest of the staff at 1st Pet were very kind, compassionate and thorough during a very difficult time when my little guy was diagnosed with cancer. It was one of the hardest things I've had to do making the last decision I would ever make for him. We really needed people like that by our side during that time.

Corry Burkeen

We went there for the treatment of our dog that overheated on a hike we took him on and we were given advice that we should keep him there for multiple days at around $3500 a night with little to no detailed explanation why. We declined the service and signed a waiver against the doctor's orders. We were then given a speech from the doctor about how our dog had a 99% chance of death without treatment and used this fear to attempt to make us pay for treatment. After getting home and giving our animal water and a cool environment, he has been acting normal. I would recommend staying away from this place, as there seems to be a complete lack of ethics by the doctors. However, the nursing staff was very kind and helpful.

Edit: Three weeks later and Sissy's ear infection looks all cleared up. Thank you again. :) My dog Sissy has had several visits here. Yesterday she went in to treat her ear infection and to have her nails trimmed. She had never seen Dr. Dahlquist, so I was nervous. Doc was fantastic! You could tell she knew her stuff. The entire staff was very patient and understanding of Sissy's anxiousness being that she is an older dog who was never socialized. It did take nearly 5 hours until Swiss was done (they had to sedate her) but I did appreciate them for communicating the plan + wait times. Highly recommend this place overall. Also gotta love the snacks and drinks while you wait!

Jeremiah Johnson

Having the board certified surgeon available to us was great. Staff was 100% professional, caring and took excellent care of our dog. Communication was consistent by phone with several updates throughout the 24hr period our dog was in their care. A+ in my book, highly recommended.

This was our first visit and Ruby was very nervous with the doctor. I just adopted her so maybe she's had a bad experience somewhere. He was very patient and tried hard to gain her trust. Everyone was great. I would definitely recommend this center. Very clean and bright. Windows in the exam room. Good thorough exam. I'm satisfied.

Kayla Killebrew

The doctor listened so well to all of our concerns even though it took a while. She was very nice to Mylo and treated him very well even though he was scared.

1st Pet is amazing! I have been to a lot of veterinary centers with my fur babies. This facility is top notch. They greet you as soon as you enter the building with smiles and immediately get you set in a room. I have never had to sit in the waiting area where my pups may get anxious around other animals. The rooms are large and calming and they even bring in a complimentary basket with a few drinks and snacks while you wait. They always have treats available for the pups and that makes my girls so happy when the vet comes in. They have techniques for vaccines and treatments that are carried out without stressing out my pup. I LOVE 1st Pet Veterinary Centers!!!!

State of Bliss

Took my dog in on a Sunday for lethargy. She had one set of vitals and never saw another staff member again until we complained the room was warm. We were moved to another room that was cooler and waited...and waited...and waited. After 3 hours of waiting and only one set of vitals we took our dog home obviously my dog wasn't sick enough to be seen. If you like complementary snacks and waiting this is the vet for you.

The entire staff from the moment you enter the building greet you with a genuine sincere warmth and concern for your needs . They treat me with dignity and treat my pets with the utmost care and quality a pet owner could ever ask for! DR. Vernon and her staff of technicians as well as each and every Doctor and staff at the North Valley facility are the best of the best ; when I come to 1st Pet North Valley I am more than confident that my animals will receive the best care humanly possible and that care is extended beyond my animals to me as a pet owner as well!! I love the fact DR. Vernon is the on site primary care veterinarian as well as a surgeon so all my animals needs are met 24/7 by having 1st Pet as my actual vet and the fact they are an emergency clinic open 24/7 all my animals records are already on site ! Very cool state of the art facility. I can’t praise this facility enough. Thank you 1st Pet Sincerely Connie Wright

On New Years Eve I called because my I thought my dog was having a seizure. The person who answered calmly walked me through it and was very attentive. When we arrived they took us in right away. Everyone was so nice and the place was clean -they even provided a basket complimentary snacks for us in case we were hungry! All in all the experience was extremely pleasant given the scare we had.

Nicole Sampson

Dr. Chichester was wonderful! He was very thorough and gentle and listened to my conerns. He thoroughly discussed our options and was very understanding of our needs as I just needed my dog to be stable for the night to see his regular DVM in the morning. I would highly recommend your hospital to anyone and will absolutely make this my go to emergency clinic from now on!

Amy Caldwell

Never imagined walking into see you with my best girl this evening, that I’d leave without her. Although you guys were really busy, every employee there was kind and caring. It was so stinking sad to lose my best friend of almost 12 years tonight. The Dr helped me and my husband understand how poor her prognosis was and everyone gave me the quality time I needed with my baby until the end. It’s never easy but everyone there was supportive, kind, professional and love what they do. Thank you for giving Jewell such comfort this evening. She is missed so much already.

Alyssa Pendleton

Had a great experience here. My cat was very sick over the weekend, so my normal vet was closed. I saw that this place was open 24 hours compared to others that closed at 3 and couldn’t guarantee they could see me. The front desk staff were very friendly and put us into a room immediately. The facility was very clean and nice, they even provided me with a snack basket! The techs were very patient and gentle with Ollie. (He hates the vet immensely). Prices are a little high for an exam, but you get what you pay for! When I left, I forgot his medication and discharge papers. The front desk called me 10 minutes later letting me know and when I went to pick it up, a vet tech was waiting for me and went over everything I needed for discharge. Highly recommend this place to anyone that’s fur baby needs help

ALison Schroeder

This is more than a 5 star facility!! I will recommend 1st Pet to anyone considering a change in vets.

This was my second emergency visit, the first was only 4 months ago when our Senior Cat was not eating and unfortunately had left us that day. This visit was for our newest adopted fur baby who was not feeling well and unlike herself. The staff here are compassionate and caring to both animals and humans. The snack and water basket, treats and calming pheromones for the animals are a welcome touch. Sometimes waiting for test results is awhile... but I highly recommend this facility when you need care for your fur babies.

Danielle Crain

Everyone wasreally patient with my 8 year old Labrador and they took the time to let him become more acquainted with his new surroundings. I didn't feel rushed to get done nor did we have to wait a long time to get handled. Thank you!

Michael Jaorasdr

This place is awesome! We've been taking our dog here for a couple of years now and they have always exceeded my expectations. They are perfect for both emergencies as well as general health maintenance of your pets. Everyone from the front desk staff to the technicians to the doctors are all truly exceptional at what they do. They are all not only very knowledgeable, but they seem to really love what they do and it shows in how they make you feel like they truly care about your pet and all of your concerns.

Our dog suddenly became ill and we opted to take him to this facility instead of trying to get in to his regular vet. Our beloved pet was sicker than we realized and sadly, we had to put him down. I can not say enough about Dr. Kung and really the whole staff here at this facility. It was a very hard day for us, their support and compassion were genuine, they cared so much about what we were dealing with that day. Dr. Kung is truly special, she explained everything to us in a very caring manner which is not easy when giving someone bad news you know they don't want to hear. She stayed with us and made our pet as comfortable as possible, she made a very sad situation a little brighter. A sympathy card arrived at our home a few days later, signed by staff, our family is so grateful for the care that our boy received from the staff at this facility.

Mary E Schonrock

Dr April Kund has the skill, care and understanding when caring for my Chaz in his time of dire emergency. She gave him the opportunity to have more journeys in his life, a precious gift. The staff was excellent, warm & friendly and took care of all my questions. Smiles & Ruffs, Mary Ellen & Chaz

Lauren Nichols

EDIT: In regards to their response below, by saying that our pet was of lower priority is not only insensitive but not a good business practice. If our dog was fine we obviously would not have been to this office in the first place. You should find another, more sensitive, line to feed to people instead of the one below. Also, human emergency rooms do allow you to make appointments, so you should consider following those same practices if you are going to equate your practice to that of a human ER. Original Review: My family and I waited for 2 hours (7:30-9:30pm) and never got the chance to see the vet. I called before heading to this office to see if we needed an appointment and was told that we did not and to just come on in. After waiting with a sick dog and two small children for 2 hours we are heading home. This emergency office was a complete waste of time.

Crystal Richardson

They were really caring and considerate when I brought my dog in and had to put her down.

Steven Gawinski

They took great care of (without judging) my pit bull with so much patience. She doesn’t do well at the vet and I know there are dogs that do worse, however, they found a way to work through it. Also great communication and great service. From the front desk to the tech, to the head vet there, everyone was very polite and professional. I will be back.

Jessica Musbach

I brought my dog in at 11pm for an emergency visit. Dr. Lunt was absolutely amazing. He provided so much information and took the time to talk and explain everything to us. I was very impressed with him and the staff that I decided to make 1st Pet Veterinary Centers my dogs primary vet. We just went back for our follow up appointment with Dr. Venable and she was great as well. I know my dog's health is in great hands here.

Anthony Delgado

Great place to take your pets the staff here are great and friendly. So careing they give you snacks while you wait and are always checking on you if you need anything. Always friendly towards your pets. Never had a bad experience here. Would recommend to anyone. And always clean rooms.

Lori S L

All the staff are professional and very caring. With their sensible plan our boy is all fine now.

Kaylee Kellogg

The pictures of the facility are very nice and accurate. However I was there for over three hours and never saw the veterinarian. After waiting an hour and a half with no one coming in. I walked out to ask for an update was told I was next and only 30 minutes. I then waited another hour and a half until i decided it was time to go. Proceeded to the front desk with my 13 week old puppy and a broken foot (myself) explained my frustrations and their response was this is an "emergency clinic it's busy". I am very understanding for I work at Mayo clinic and it's always busy but there was zero follow up. The front desk staff proceeded to tell me I will wait if I go somewhere else too. No sympathy or care for anyone else. If you want to be left in the room for three hours and receive zero answers this is the best place to go. Total waste of time. Will never go back again. Couldn't pay me to go back there. Horrible customer service and showed no care for my pet. CANT SAY IT ENOUGH DO NOT GO HERE!!! After reading other responses it seems like others have had the same issue and all the the same response from the owner. Sorry it's busy and an emergency clinic. Which is great however some follow up from the front desk staff that is just chatting in the front with one another would have been nice!!

Jonathan Tiller

Very good service took good care of my baby boy during his seizures

John Holling

Everyone here is very professional, friendly and caring. They obviously love animals, and they're great with people too! Everything was explained clearly, and they took the time to listen to our questions and concerns. This visit was by far the best experience I've had at a veterinary clinic. We found our permanent vet. :)

Marilyn Kelly

This facility is absolutely amazing, they helped us when we had one of our dogs that was in a severe diabetic crisis, guiding us through our options since he had so many other internal issues as well. They were kind, and considerate of us and took great care with our little old one. Then out other dog has a issue that they were so kind in explaining options again. I would highly recommend this facility for your beloved pets for their care in every aspect of their lives. Your staff is very caring, takes the time to listen and talk with you about your pet.

Que

Everything went well. I went in for an emergency visit with my dog. He was not feeling well and I was freaking out! Staff was so nice and accommodating. The office is clean. They go above and beyond to take care of and anticipate your needs. The Doctor was thorough and explained everything so I could understand the diagnosis. The price is affordable. And most importantly, they were wonderful with my baby boy. I highly recommend them!!!

Elizabeth Edahl

I came in because my dogs may have ingested Advil. I was advised that no treatment could be given until I spoke to the ASPCA. I sat on hold for them from 12:48am until 2:56am. When I finally reached a person there, they said that the doctor could have called in and would not have had to wait the extensive time. When I asked the staff about it, I was advised that it is less expensive for me to sit on hold than for them to call and not sit on hold. In the meantime, my emergency was treated as a non-emergency in the middle of the night in this emergency clinic. My dogs have yet to see a vet and we are almost three hours into this debacle. The longer we wait, the more detrimental this is to my dogs, according to the internet research that I have done while I sit here. If this is not an emergency, why am I still here? If this is an emergency, why is there no vet to be found?

Shannon Sellmeyer

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this facility. They were kind, compassionate, and caring and gave our puppy the most excellent care when he needed it most. I highly recommend if you ever have a pet emergency to go to 1st Pet. They got us back to a room, they were thorough, and addressed all of our questions/concerns. Our little guy saw Dr. April Kung and I would take any of my pets to see her again. She is a top notch veterinarian.

Mara Mann

I brought my pit-bull Gryffin in with a distended belly and having collapsed. You were quick and incredibly sensitive with the dire results. The cancerous tumor and metastasis was too much and he passed. You were all so great with him; so respectful. You were great with us and gave us all we needed to be with him in the final moments. I am so appreciative. The note from your staff was thoughtful and his remains, paw prints and additional note were over and above. Thank you.

Melanie Travis

The facility is clean, the staff are friendly and professional and they took great care of us while we anxiously waited for updates. Would definitely go back if need be.

Scott Santos

I rarely do this, but I have to say this is the best Vet Clinic I’ve ever been to. Was referred by Deer Creek Animal Hospital (also very good) and was EXTREMELY hesitant to take my boy there. Another man in line at Deer Creek told me they were awesome so I drove straight there and my dog Lolo was seen immediately, My dog was having severe seizures and I must have looked like a complete nutjob I was so scared. I was greeted by a young lady named Amanda. She knew what to do immediately, took Lolo in right away, and did her best to comfort me. After about 30 minutes Dr Kirkhope came in to see me and explained everything that was going on. I really felt like he was there to help Lolo. He listened to everything I told him and didn’t rush me even though I could tell he was busy. They kept him until about 8 pm and I went back to take Lolo home. Then I couldn’t for the life of me get him to take his meds and he started having facial tremors again. I called back around 230 am and they told me to bring him right back. Again they received him immediately and took him back. At this point I was exhausted, and after about 30 minutes Amanda asked me if I’d like to lay down someplace quiet. I didn’t want to be a pest so I declined. She wouldn’t take no for an answer and took me to a quiet office with a comfy couch and handed me a blanket and pillow, and I crashed hard! Who does that! How totally thoughtful! I talked with Dr Kirkhope again and took Lolo home. Again I couldn’t get his medication down, so I called back and a pleasant employee named Sarah answered the phone. She said if I couldn’t get it down to bring him back and they’d give him his meds, making sure to tell me there wouldn’t be additional charges-I couldn’t believe my ears! I bring Lolo back and Sophia greeted me, was super nice and back we went to try and get his pills down. Sarah was so patient with both of us! Then Aly came in (I call her the pill master) and took the time to show me how to finally get his meds down. Mind you I was not a regular customer, just a guy off the street with. I appointment. You guys have an awesome team and I won’t bring my dogs anyplace else. Kudos to you guys from a very appreciative dog owner!

I would honestly have to say that the services offered at 1st Pet are above and beyond any other vet services that we have ever interacted with. When we went to them we were worried sick because our pup was having a difficult time walking and we were afraid that it was either hip dysplasia or some type of bone cancer. They were attentive, caring, and unbelievably supportive. This is a place where your pet is more than just a file number. Below is how 1st pet differentiated itself from other pet care providers: - when they took our 10-month-old dog back for x-rays they also clipped his nails - our pup was diagnosed with valley fever and funds were tight so they took Jack's (our pup) blood and then held on to it for 2 days till we had the funds to cover the lab work - upon leaving they gave us a CD with an explanation of valley fever and our dogs x-rays so we could have a better understanding of what he was going through - when we left we knew what was wrong with him; we knew how to treat it; we had all of the necessary medicine to treat him with; we left knowing optimistically that Jack was going to get better - the Dr. called twice in the following days to check-up on Jack I will never take Jack to any other place but 1st pet. Rene, A lifetime loyal patron

Every person I came in contact with at this office was professional, kind and caring. I was so overwhelmed with my sick new puppy that the compassion I was shown will always be remembered. I will take any pet that is in my family and recommend this ER vet in a heartbeat. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

This was our first contact with 1st Pet Veterinary Center. We had to take our 2 year old English Mastiff 'Winston' in for bleeding from his mouth. Our first impression was the facility was very modern and clean and we were taken directly to a room. The vet tech came in and evaluated Winston and took a history. Winston was seen by Dr. Chichester who was professional, compassionate and thorough. His initial evaluation was consistent with our assessment (and hopes) that it was a simple trauma that would resolve on its own. As we were getting ready to leave the tech returned to draw more blood as the doctor was concerned by some unusual lab values. The redraw indicated Winston has an immune system disease called immune mediated thrombocytopenia. His immune system was attacking his own blood components which inhibits the ability for the blood to clot. The doctor discussed treatment options and reviewed costs with us. Winston was admitted overnight and treated for his condition. We were contacted the next day by Dr. Kung who updated us on what treatments had been administered and Winston's condition. We made arrangements to pick up Winston when I got off work (at midnight). When we arrived he was ready to go and the vet tech gave us simple and concise instructions on his condition and care needs. We have arranged for some follow up at the clinic later this week. Our experience in spite of a diagnosis we were not prepared for was very positive. The doctors and all the staff at 1st Pet were professional, thorough and caring. We had complete confidence leaving our boy in their care. Any time you find yourself in need of emergency care, it's going to be a roll of the dice... We wanted to share our experience and recommendation in the event you find yourself in a similar situation. I apologize to the staff that took care of him that I haven't identified by name but we are grateful and appreciative of the kind and professional care you provided. Hope this is helpful to you should an emergency arise. Also, 1st Pet has general practice hours from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. weekdays and provides an extremely wide variety of services.

Marsi Kearns

Top notch staff and docs. They fixed up my dog's arm after she put it through a window. I'm very thankful for them!

Roy Hawkes

I just want to say thanks to this place so so much I have a stray cat I've been feeding for like a year now never lets me pet it. well it just had kittens and the kittens were tangled together with the umbilical cord all 4 of them I was in a panic didn't know what to do for these stray cat kittens so I rushed them to this place about in tears because I'm a animal lover this place got them in right away and helped save the day I couldn't do it without them I was so worried thx again it was my first time there it was after hours and I was in and out in a hour they saved the day and made me a happy guy to be a animal lover I recommend this place to anyone they Were not about the money they were about helping some kittens in need i will definitely give them my buisness from here on out they deserve it if i could 100 stars they would deserve every one

Kelley Hlavsa

This place was horrible, all they cared about was money. We paid $175 for them to see our dog who had been injured and they didn't even give him antibiotics before we left. It was on a Sunday and our regular veterinarian was not available. We basically paid $175 for them to look at him and tell us he had a puncture wound... Ummm, we already knew that! He told us it would be $650 - $700 to clean him up and wound care. We took him to our regular vet the next day and they couldn't believe for that much money they didn't send him home with antibiotics. They did not care about our dog, all they cared about was how much money they could get. I will never go there again!

Jane Whelan

Had to take my cat in for an emergency urinary unblockage. They treated him urgently and were very upfront with prices and payment plans. They were very nice to my kitty, Scooter. I would recommend them for any emergency veterinary care.

Chrissy Brummett

Everybody that works here truly cares about your pet as well as you. During one of the saddest times that I've ever had to go through they were truly truly there for me. I'm forever grateful and will be back when it's time for my other four

Shaun Allen

Absolutely horrible place! I called to RESCHEDULE my dogs initial consult for a dental appointment and the lady I spoke with CANCELED my appointment! When I brought up that I was calling to reschedule, she gave me attitude and said I can do whatever I need to.....they are a 24 hour emergency center! Talk about not listening....acted like my dog didnt matter. My family, friends, work colleagues and of course my dog will NEVER EVER go back here again! Please do not waste your time and go here.

Lydia Gonzalez

I would like to start by saying Dr. Kung is the only Veterinarian that ever took us seriously here and our review in no way reflects the great work she does at your location. Today I called twice in advance to my visit to this location for an emergency visit for our puppy experiencing diarrhea. Both times did no one advise me of the current wait time and Max capacity status of the hospital as we were minutes away! Upon arriving it took a few minutes for anyone to look me in the eye and register I was there .I understand that it was busy and will let that slide but as soon as one of the women did assist me her tone was already upset and frustrated with my visit. Didn't seem happy with her job. I explained that I had called and what the reason for my visit was and she proceeded to talk down to me about the vaccinations my puppy has received. I explained that she had received all of her shots and that the doctor figured it'd be a good idea to add an extra one because we were on the puppy plan and that it would cost us nothing for extra coverage. She continued to demean what I was saying and looked at me like an idiot basically telling me "well then she's not fully vaccinated". She had dark hair and dark eyes, might have been Hispanic or middle eastern, reddish tint lipstick and was working at the front desk around 6:45 when I came in. Wasn't so happy with the obvious rewording/dumbing down to our question of if we should seek another hospital instead of waiting. If it weren't for the monthly plan we signed up for I would happily take my business elsewhere seeing as it's no guarantee that your vet will be honest and not try to sell you things they admit aren't needed and the rest of the staff can be a toss up without compassion.

Sergio Mendez

DO NOT BRING YOUR PETS HERE!!! They DO NOT care about your pets, Only your money! My first visit the Vet took a look at my dogs mass and asked if I would like it removed. I said Yes and he instantly referred me to another clinic saying "they'll do it for less". Next day my dogs mass ruptured and I was forced to take him in for an Emergency viewing. He was gushing blood everywhere. After an hour of watching my dog bleed out in a waiting room I was forced to call another clinic, lift my 85lb bleeding dog off of the ground and rush him 16minutes to the other clinic. Madison Animal hospital attended to him immediately, but I had no choice but to put him down. The pictures are of us waiting at First Vet. This is before he bled too much. Never saw a Vet. If I could give NO STARS I WOULD

J Junk

Roxy was cared for by Dr. Wachtel and staff at the time she required urgent care. They called me to follow up and Dr. returned my call. They were all genuinely concerned. When I spoke with Ruth about some recent changes about my dog's behavior, she was not concerned and didn't know what to say. I'm so disappointed.

Heather Blyth

Super responsive when I brought my pet it for an emergency. Got my pet seen super quick!

Deana Hicks

I really liked that the Dr. got on the floor to say hi, and gave her a little treat before looking at her. That helped her feel comfortable. The facility was so nice and smelled clean, that it was hard to believe it was a pet facility!

Rhiannon Howard

Been bringing our pets here for a couple years. They always take fantastic care of them. But to ight for an emergency visit I've already been waiting 4 hours! Really? I have to work tomorrow and it's 11pm already. Is there only 1 vet or something? Not ok, very sad

Melissa Bruno

I've been here twice in the last month and both times the people were fantastic. We were seen quickly and the techs and vets were very compassionate. My first visit was so good that I drove from Surprise to take my dog in the last time. Unfortunately that visit ended with having to put my old pup to sleep but they were so kind and the card they sent afterwards was very sweet. I will definitely take my pets here in the future and highly recommend them.

Kenne No

My dog tore her ACL and I took her first to SW Veterinary Surgical and got a quote for the TPLO surgery at $4500 low end/$4700 high end and a $115 office visit. Wanted to see if 1st Pets was cheaper and called for a ballpark cost to see if it was considerably cheaper to be worth it to come here instead. I know I’m just asking for a “ballpark” estimate and i am not expecting it to be the actual quote but hoping it’s considerably cheaper to convince me to try here. They tell me it’s $3500 low end. Hell yeah, gets me in their door. Their office visit is $200 though, almost double SW Vet. Figure it will still be cheaper overall if actual surgery is cheaper. Then they give me a quote of $4500 low/$5200 high. So they lied to me just to get me in the door. Doc was great and honest. Said any place will do same quality work and risk are same anywhere. You can go here if u want, I’ve done the leg work for you. This place is more expensive and more deceitful in my experience. Office visit is almost double the price. Actual cost of surgery u will probably need to have is the high end version which is $500 more as well. I would go else where, which I am.

Susan McClintock

Everyone was very friendly and concerned about me and my pet. They did an immediate check to make sure my cat wasn’t critical (thankfully he wasn’t), I then had to wait for about three hours to finish up all the tests. They made sure that they communicated what was happening and why there was a wait (one pet was passing, another had to have wounds sutured). I will definitely use them again.

Nancy Svenson

1st Pet is a friendly pet facility. The staff is cordial and caring. A good facility to take a pet in need and for a well check.

Kathy Warren

Very Impressed with care and cleanliness of office.

Jan F

Had to take our kitty in last night to be put to sleep. Everyone was so kind and compassionate and made a hard situation as easy as it could be. We've sadly been through this before at other veterinary clinics and the process involved long waits which caused a lot of stress on the pet and on us, but last night they were prompt and made it so much more peaceful for us all. Thank you.

Noneya

Way too expensive. There are lower prices to be found by other competent vets out there. I paid over 500.00 for a comprehensive blood test. The tech said "no sedation" for the blood test in the exam room, but sedation was needed because my pet was fighting, and it would be between 50 and 100.00. Understood, but poorly handled. The charge for the sedation was based on his weight, and they knew his weight, but would not quote me a price on the sedation when I asked. I am not sure my pet is in great health, with a five year history of digestive and breathing issues, but the blood test came out just fine. Even 500.00 later I do not have peace of mind with my pet because I found out nothing.

Kim Baker

No one wants to have to take their fur baby to an emergency vet but this facility made my experience so much more comforting. They were very busy, but put us in a room immediately. Just having that privacy allowed my puppy and I to feel more relaxed. Although we had to wait, they were always upfront about it and several people came and checked in on us. They even offered me drinks and snacks while we waited. The decor is nice and the rooms are clean. The fish tank in the room kept my little guy entertained. The pricing was given to me in advance and the vet and I made decisions that were best for us before beginning any care. I highly recommend this clinic if you need emergency vet services!

Sebastian Matta

perfect, professional, friendly, clean, knowledge. we love this clinic. 100% recommended.

Kolby & Ruben Calderon

I've gone here with my chihuahuas anytime they've had issues and have been very satisfied!

Natalie Ludwick

This is where I have gone for my last 3 dogs, pretty much since I was a kid. They have always explained all of the options and costs before jumping into them, there top concern is quality of life they are patient and understanding ,I recommend them to all my friends and family
