The staff at Shinnecock were very caring and professional. Dr. Molnar was wonderful. My dog had surgery for a torn ACL and everything went well. My dog is healing nicely and has had no complications. Also, their prices are alot less expensive than other animal hospitals we looked into for the same procedure.

Dr. Justin Molnar is the BEST!! I have a very opinionated cat! Dr. Molnar knows how to handle her and "get r done"! He's also taken care of our feral cat colony! (With the $$ help from ARF's program.) I've also boarded my cat at Shinnecock Animal Hospital several times. They took great care of her. I love their services. It's well worth the extra $ to have them text you pics of your baby while you're away. (I think it was only $5.). Definitely gave me peace of mind seeing she was doing well! I absolutely recommend them for all your pet needs! I've been using them for almost 15 years now. I won't go anywhere else in the Hampton's for the care of my four legged babies! From the front desk staff who will schedule your appointment - or fit you in if your animal needs to be seen right away - to the vet techs who will get the preliminary information from you, to the doctors - they are all compassionate, warm individuals who love animals. They treat the animals with gentleness and respect. If medication is called for they will prepare it for you right there, no extra stops, and will explain everything. There is always a follow up call to see how your furry friend is coming along. And if the time comes for the heartbreaking decision to help your animal cross over the Rainbow Bridge, the doctors at Shinnecock Animal Hospital are there for you with compassion and understanding. I would not take my cats and dogs any place else because I have the confidence and peace of mind that they are getting the best medical care possible at Shinnecock Animal Hospital.

I just recently took my dog here because of a recommendation from a friend. I'm so glad I did. The staff was all very friendly and great with my dog who is very nervous at the vet normally. They even called to check up on him a few days later. They really seem to care about your pets. Other vets I had been to were very quick with exam and didn't really want to answer any additional questions. They took more time to answer any questions I had.

Thank you for taking such good care of our Puppy during her spaying. The technician was very informative and caring. When we came to pick up our puppy the doctor spoke with us. He too was very caring and informative. He offered to keep her over night for us as she was very dopey due to an extra shot. If we lived closer we would definitely use this office as our vet, unfortunately we live in Smithtown.

I have used Shinnecock Animal Hospital for over 10 years and am taking the time to post this review because they have absolutely earned and deserve this recognition. They have helped me through everything from basic preventative care to the difficult and painful process of deciding to put an animal down. Always informative and thorough, offer all available options, and thoughtful about my financial constraints. They really go above and beyond for me and my animals. Just recently I had to leave my cat overnight for care post surgery and as hard as that is it was such a comfort to get a call from the doctor on Sunday just to check in and let me know how she was doing. I am lucky to live just a few miles away and couldn't recommend them more. As long as I have animals I will use Shinnecock Animal Hospital! Thank you for everything you do!!

Dr. Molnar is looking after my 1-year-old puppy and has done so for my previous 2 dogs, from puppyhood till the end of life. My dogs and I have been going there for 15 + years. A vet I highly recommend having grown up myself in a veterinarian household when I was little. PS: Dr. Molnar also does alternative medicine for dogs, such as acupuncture if this is for you.

I could not find any vet in Suffolk County willing to see my mini pig Presley. I became frantic until I was referred from my own vet to try Shinnecock. I was scheduled immediately, welcomed with compassion and reassured that my mini pig (an indoor pet) was in good hands and would be taken care of. Presley and I were treated with warmness from the moment I entered. Dr.Molnar was the best vet that I have ever seen.He was soo good that my brother switched vets, I switched as well..Presley was taken care of and is doing very well. I wouldnt recommend any other clinic. I trust them with my kiddies, my dog and now 2 mini pigs. Very honest and professional, yet they have a way to make ypu comfortable even if your extremely upset.Cant thank them enough! !!!

I just need to express my love for this veterinary office. They do not over charge for any of their services and everyone there are true animal lovers. I live out east and I will gladly make the drive to them anytime I need something with my animals. I brought my dog there (who can be a little aggressive at the veterinarian) and Dr. Molnar came in showing no fear all compassion and sat with my dog on the floor just talking to him. My dog immediately calmed down and you could see trusted him.. That right there showed me that they really do care. They never push anything that I am unsure about either. I have been to vet offices where they will push things to me that are unnecessary. I have recommended them to everyone I know and talk to and will continue to do so..

We recently had the tragic experience of having to euthanize two senior pets in one week (a dog and a guinea pig). I cannot thank this entire group enough for their compassion and care, both over the years (both pets were patients) and during this trying time. We sobbed together over the demise of two old friends - they were loved and mushed over every time we brought them in - including that final visit.
