Dr. Holt and her team helped me with end of life for my 15 you fur baby. It was a difficult, heart wrenching decision but it was time. They were very professional and explained every step. They will arrange for cremation if you choose. I was thankful to do that in my home than at a clinic. I recommend them highly.

Dr. Holt has provided excellent care for my dogs for 6 years. We had the unfortunate bad luck to get 2 puppies with parvo and she saved both their lives. Dr. Holt and her Assistant have been a blessing to us. She has done a annual exam on my cat Nora and my English Bulldog, Mack. Mack recently ate something that upset his stomach terribly and I called Dr. Holt for help. She was able to come to my home the same day. Her response time was quick and she is a wealth of knowledge with regards to veterinary care. She fully explained every step of the exam, care and medicine to me while treating Mack with love and care. I would highly recommend her services to anyone seeking quality veterinary care. It such an added plus that she comes to you. It takes away your pet's anxiety for veterinary visits and you can see EXACTLY what they are doing while treating your fur baby. Keep up the good work Dr. Holt!!

My 15 year old kitty, Tupac, is diabetic and required extensive dental surgery. I was worried sick about him under anesthesia. The ladies came out to my home and treated Tupac as if he was their own. They were at my home for 4 hours caring only for my kitty: the prices are great (I was quoted double the price for half the work elsewhere). Tupac had surgery 4 days ago and he's already feeling better than he was he day before surgery.

Dr. Holt and Tessia were amazing! Our dog is very slow to trust people but they were patient and kind while we introduced them in a way that would make our dog comfortable. They were convenient and affordable but took very good care of our pup.

Rocket City Mobile Vet is AWESOME! If I could give them 10 stars I would. Dr. Dana and Tessia were so very understanding and caring for our beloved Gracie. It was one of the hardest things for us to do but she had lived a very good life and was declining fast. They explained everything in detail and was so gentle with her as well as with us. They were so very kind and just all around super. We are now in the process of switching our veterinary service over to them for our other dog. The fact that they come to you and you dont have to expose you fury friend to other animals or expose them to potential parasites is also very good. Their prices are very resonable for the quality of care that you get. Like I said in the begining if I could give them more stars I would. Hands Down the best vets in town.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Holt and her staff! We were homebound for a little while and unable to get to our regular vet, and Dr. Holt stepped right in and took great care of our fur babies from the convenience of our home. We have an older dog, Lucy, that has had chronic ear infections since she was a puppy, and over the years, we’ve tried just about every medication out there to make her ears better. Her quality of life hadn’t been very good recently, because her latest ear infection was a really bad one. Lucy was in so much pain that she would often cry out and try to rub her ears on the floor for relief. I knew we had to do something, and Dr. Holt took lots of time listening to us and trying to come up with a plan for our girl. She sent samples off and we found out that Lucy had a resistant staph infection in both ears. Dr. Holt recommended this medication and ear packing (as mentioned in a review below), and she made sure we understood the risks of transient or permanent deafness associated with this drug. We decided that this was the best option for Lucy, and while she did appear to be deaf after the treatment, the positive changes in her were so dramatic that we were okay if she remained deaf permanently. After a few weeks her hearing returned as Dr. Holt predicted, and she is now a completely different dog. She is acting like a puppy again, she sleeps all night, and has gotten her spunk and sass back that I thought might be gone forever. This is the first time in several years that our Lucy hasn’t been plagued by an ear infection, and to see her happy face now is a blessing that I never expected to have at this stage of her life. Dr. Holt has given us our dog back, and there are not enough words to thank her for what she has done for us!

Unfortunately, my beloved baby (a cat named Ipo) died within a couple of hours of having 2 teeth extracted by Dr. Holt. While I cannot say for certain that she or her team did anything wrong to cause this, I do feel compelled to share this information because I also cannot rule it out. He was 11 years old and in good health aside from 2 teeth that needed to be pulled. She did call to offer her condolences, but she also still charged me the full $548.74. Again, I cannot say that this is her fault, but it did happen - it does happen. Cherish every moment <3.

These people are setting a new standard in veterinary care. If you like going to a vet where customers are stacked up in exam rooms waiting for the vet to come in for a 5 minute visit with your pet before moving on to the next exam room in their profit-maximizing assembly line operation, this vet isn't for you. There's no need for a waiting room and they don't push high-priced dog food, toys, and other accessories at you. They even swipe your credit card themselves. Drs Holt and Dodson are the most knowledgeable vets I've seen in my 34 years in Huntsville. They come to your house, give you and your pets their full attention, and follow up in ways that are rare with traditional practices. We assumed we would be paying a premium for their services, but they are very competitive. I was surprised. I will never go back to a brick and mortar vet.

Dr. Holt is fantastic. She came right out when our little girl became sick. She explained everything to my parents and took their sweet 16 year old baby and found out what was wrong, gave her medicine and now is on the road to recovery. We will only use her from now on. Dr. Rene Holt is an extremely caring individual, as well as being an intelligent and most professional Vet, and my adopted rescue dog adores her. My girl is quite anxiety-riden and is terrified of going to the clinic, so I am very pleased that her preferred Vet, Dr. Holt, has gone mobile! We had a 12 year old lab who was slowly passing away at home. He was too weak to be moved so we wanted to keep him comfortable within his own environment. She coordinated with us even while she was out of town on vacation for a couple of days and agreed to come straight to our house on a late Sunday evening.
