Our dogs are usually very afraid of the vet but she makes them feel relaxed enough to enjoy their visit. Tiffany the groomer is impeccable. Loki is very timid and doesn’t really like anyone but he goes right to her when being dropped off. He is always perfectly groomed and happy when we pick him up. I have never had any worries about his safety while in her care.

Dr. Shepherd is the best! She was so so sweet to my cat and answered all of my questions. This is my first pet as an adult so I was very nervous to take her in for fear that I had missed something or was doing something wrong, but Dr. Shepard talked in such a laid back tone and loved on my cat so much, it eased all of my nervousness. You can tell that the entire staff genuinely loves all of the animals. It’s nice to see everyone care so much!!! They are also quite nice to all of the humans too! This is definitely my vet of choice from now on! Both me and Flannery had a great time!

Dr Mobley is a wonderful veterinarian. I always know that my pets will get the best of care when they have to go to the veterinarian clinic whether it be for a regular checkups, for teeth cleaning, or for surgeries, etc. Therefore, Mobley Veterinarian Clinic is my choice for pet care. I have 2 Shetland sheepdogs (ages 9 and 13) and a Collie (age 11 months). I wouldn’t take them anywhere else!

Large practice, fairly easy to get an appointment. They have the best prices in the area. On your appointment day, you can drop your pet off early in the morning, and they will keep them the whole day with no extra charge...which is nice if you have to work. They also do grooming, daycare, and boarding for the best price in town. They are good about guiding you on treatment options that fit your budget. Convenient location off the briley pkwy/gallatin pk exit.

The experience during the appointment was fine. However, after my pet had a surgical procedure, there was no follow up call and his hair was sutured into the surgery site. Now we are having problems with the suture reopening and I have called two times without successfully being able to make a follow up appointment (none were available and I was told that if I dropped in, I may be turned away because they were booked). I have experience working in a vet clinic and this response is as disappointing as it is surprising, since it seems like they have little concern or sense of responsibility for their patients!

Had a scare with my pup Bailey. She got into too much water at the park and was showing progressively worse signs of possible water poisoning. Dr. Mobley had a full schedule but squeezed me in immediately, and took great care of both of us (Bailey with her scary nausea/lethargy, and me with my tears)! Such kind people, and very wise/knowledgable in their assessments/treatment. Very proud to have such a trustworthy vet just down the street!

Decent vet. Sometimes slow service. They're owned by Banfield now instead of being independent (or maybe not based on their reply...), so be ready for their docs try to upsell on things - especially pet insurance. But if you are good at saying "no" you can still get good service here.

Mobley Client service has really taken a turn for the worse. Their staff are inattentive to clients with appointments and certainly unorganized. Our doodle has been a patient for 1 year and been here 3-4 times. This latest appointment was made by their staff as a 1yr follow up, yet when we arrived they were clueless as to why we were there - even asking "why are you here?". We have a 9:00 appt. This young blonde staff tech scoffs, "for what?". I said it's a follow up appointment from his prior 6mo appt. Certainly annoyed about something she verifies our last name and dogs name and again rudely asks us to wait. 45 mins later, still waiting to be seen, we watched 2 other clients with later appts be taken back, so we ask was there some confusion about our 9:00 appt? They still weren't even sure who we were and ask a second time "what's your last name?". We reply and she says "oh I guess you have a heart worm test, you don't need to see the doctor". Okay, any idea how much longer that will be? She rudely replies "we're short on techs today and the others are busy". That was the last straw. So we left and will happily find another Vet who appreciates their clients, is much more organized and considerate.

Ask for Dr. Sabo I’ve had another doctor there a few times and he was super condescending, but Dr. Sabo is amazing! She was able to do a surgery on my senior dog that a surgeon quoted as a $3000 surgery. She charged a fraction of that and did an amazing job. She’s the first vet I’ve found in Nashville who is reasonable and excellent at what she does. She’s also easy to talk to and cares about your fur baby.

They are friendly staffed the drs are full of information and I've never left unhappy. My dog had a small issue and they got us in quickly and made us feel comfortable with the choices they were giving us. Background on patient: My dog suffers from IVDD, which means nerves can get pinched, he can lose the use of his limbs, experience pain in his neck and back, and even lose sensation and ability to control urine and bowel movements.

This was our first visit after finding Mobley through recommendations from our neighborhood facebook group. Scheduling an appointment was easy, we didn't need to wait long to see the Dr., and the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Dr.Mobley was extremely thorough with our pup, who has quite a few health issues we were concerned about. We never once felt rushed to be done with the visit, and it was nice to have honest, straight-forward answers from a vet. Dr.Mobley was considerate of our visit total, and only recommended things which he felt were truly needed - we didn't feel pressured to purchase any services that wouldn't immediately benefit our dog. This was one of the better vet experiences we've had - we'll continue seeing them!

The (so called) dr. was SO rude, he took my dog to the back for ex rays and oxygen came back 15-20 later and said he had passed I said he's gone and he just about screamed at me saying yes he's gone I had my 2 year old granddaughter with me. We have had a problem doctoring our cat's ears, he fights us and it was exasperating. We finally took him to Mobley's, and the doctor and his assistant really amazed us with the easy handling of our sweet cat. They were gentle but firm in the examination, and our cat never fought or scratched or resisted. They were great. The doctor even invited us to look at the lab specimen he took under the microscope of the ear mites. He gave us medicine that seems to be working just fine. This is not the 1st time we have taken a pet to Mobley's. They are really excellent and we highly recommend them.

I have been using this clinic for 9 years and drive more than 20 miles to get there (passing tons of other vet clinics) because the treatment here is so good. I was referred to them because my 4 yr old dog was incredibly sick and the regular vet could not figure out what was wrong with him. When I took the dog to Dr. Mobley, he examined Obi and called in each of the doctors there, one at a time, to get their opinion. They ended up referring me immediately to the Univ. of TN Vet School. They narrowed it down to about 3 diseases and treated the dog immediately for all of them. If Mobley had not done this, my sweet dog (now 12) would not be alive. Mobley is always honest when something comes up with one of my dogs and says "we could run a bunch of tests, but it isn't necessary." He tells me all of the options and has seen 3 dogs through various issues. He does have a very southern sense of humor, which I adore. Phone calls are returned promptly, no matter how minor the issue. When my 16 yr old beagle had to be put down due to the extreme pain he was in, Mobley was a champion. He gave the little guy treats to eat while the drug took affect. I could tell it got to him, even though he has had to do this hundreds of times, no doubt, in all of his years of practice. They do not allow you to pay for the visit that day (I tried) but say they will invoice you later. It was so thoughtful. He had the dog cremated as I requested and placed in a wonderful little metal urn with "Until we meet again on the rainbow bridge" inscribed on it. They also sent a sweet note the same day. I wish Dr. Mobley or Dr. Robison treated human patients.

Dr. Mobley is a nightmare. He is arrogant, rude, and didn't inform us at all of the procedures done to our cat. He didn't run standard blood tests or check the health of our cat's kidneys before the procedures. Then he told us our options were surgery or euthanization. We went to Animal Clinic of Bellshire after that and our cat has recovered with no surgery needed. They were far more caring, knowledgeable, and informative. The difference was like night and day - don't go to Mobley.

Took three months to get appointment but well worth the wait as he had to have IV sedation (he doesn’t do well with grooming) and they were the only vet clinic I could find to do it. He is now completely shaved all over but so glad I found a groomer that will work with him to keep his coat looking it’s best as it grows out. Already booked for his next grooming!

We needed urgent care for Monty's severe upset stomach and two full days of IV fluids but we got him back to eating and drinking on his own. On my third visit there, the first two being positive, my dog was getting a minor surgery on his rear end. I picked him up in the afternoon to find that he smelled of feces so bad it filled the entire room. The smell slapped me across the face the second I walked in. They had left feces on his rear all afternoon, and it was dried on there, caked all around the stitched up surgery site. They only wiped it because I asked them to. Then the vet tech, who was in the room with the doctor, nervously told me that the plastic cone collar he had on his head was new, never worn before, and that it had been donated to them, and I was not charged for it. I had already paid my bill, and I was charged for it, and it was clearly used and it was chewed and slightly mangled. Then I asked if they had any pain meds for him. The doctor told me they had given him pain medication while performing surgery, but wouldn't offer any pain meds or antibiotics. They did not give me any guidance about how to keep the wound from getting infected- they just wanted to get me out of there asap. The dog had a large stiched up hole in him just below his anus. Every vet I have ever gone to before has offered pain meds for post surgeries and antibiotics. Once we had him home a couple hours and he was no longer groggy, he moaned, wimpered, and groaned all night. Mobley was closed by then. I was up with him all night trying to sooth him. In the morning we took him to another vet and they immediately gave him the needed antiobiotics, pain meds, and a new cone collar. Mobley is completely ghetto. Yes, they are reasonably priced, but you can see what that buys. I know of another customer who had one of the vets throw her dog's chart across the room and yell at her to get her dog out of there because he was nervous and acting up. As another customer succinctly put it: Run

Love this office and all the doctors who work here. The prices are very reasonable and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. I have zero complaints. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because I find it important to establish a relationship with any doctor, however, this establishment seems to have a very high turnover rate for vets. I am unsure the reason and dont want to speculate, but it makes it very hard to feel confident the vet is going to know my fur-baby's history when we see new vets regularly.
