These people are AMAZING! The prices are great, the doctors are great, you can't go wrong here. I personally loved Dr. Leblanc. I actually met him at a dog park, in his nice suit and he got down in the dirt and played with my dirty dog. If a person doesn't care to get their nice suit dirty while playing with a dog, that's a pretty awesome person. Not to mention a wonderful vet. He's very honest, gives estimates as to what you might spend and tells you if he thinks it's actually necessary or not, saving you money. Either way he gives you the decision and tells you what he's doing before he does it so you don't get a bill at the end that makes you cringe. The downside is that they are EXTREMELY busy. Which is to be expected. So if waiting isn't your thing, I don't recommend it...but the wait is so very much worth it.

I have 3 dogs that I have trusted their healthcare and boarding needs to hope- one if my dogs Noah had a broken leg that needed surgery- they worked out a payment plan to help break up the cost of a 1200$ sx which was amazing even tho I had a couple of weird interactions were I felt like they thought I should give my dog to them since I didnt have all the money at once- but of course I didnt! They are a really busy clinic so if you are expecting some in detail one on one time with a doc you should get ready to demand it and wait for it! The front staffchanges often and they have a ton of staff and its hard to get to know all of them. Boarding is questiable for me bc my dogs come back smelling like old piss which makes me really sad bc my dogs are very housebroken and they almost seem to come home embarrased how gross they smell. Dr Austin has been great with us! He has only gotten to meet one of my babies but he was understanding and listened to every concern and question I had! I would recommend him as your primary vet if u are looking for close relationship with you animals doctor.

Cant say enough good things about this Clinic. Walked in with my 10 week old puppy in after she was bitten and they got me in within a few minutes. The staff was super accommodating and let me visit her while she was being treated. My pup ended up staying 4 days and I was expecting a pretty large Vet bill, but was surprised in the end. Very affordable and the staff and Veterinarians are all extremely nice.

Second, Hope goes a step further and makes the Vet visit a good experience for me as well. They have an incredible amount of customers which they have gone to great lengths to accommodate through a service window on the side of the building for certain services. If you prefer to speak with someone, you may always go inside. Every employee in the building is extremely helpful. When it comes to billing and care, they are understanding and probably the most fair business I have ever interacted with. All of this stems from the standards and attitude set by Dr. Fuller, who surely holds a gold standard in customer care for the pet and its owner. I have never lived less than 20 minutes away from Hope, but refuse to use anyone else.

I love them! I use them for both boarding and for vet services. They are so much more affordable than other places in the area, for both services, but offer the same quality. I’ve left my dog here for up to 10 days while vacationing and was so pleased with them. They give the dog a complementary bath after 4-5 days, and will give any due shots while she’s being boarded. The clinic stays busy, so dropping off and picking up your pet can be a pretty long process, but they do their best to get people through as quickly as possible, and they’re friendly while they do it.

We've been going to Hope since we moved here in 2012. Our dog became suddenly ill 2 weeks ago. Dr. Fuller was amazing and did all he could to help him. Unfortunately, his illnesses were too much and we had to make the terrible decision no pet owner wants to make. I have been visiting Hope Animal Clinic for 16 years. They have been great with our six furry babies. The only downside is they don't take appointments, so there usually is a wait. The various staff members are wonderful! Over all these years we've only had one issue that made us upset/angry, so I would say that is a good record.

Doggie day care needs to be rethought, bc it does not work for those taking their pups in for care. Really needs to get it together so people can get in and out that are dropping off their fur babies, bc the whole point of daycare for most is they have to be at work by a certain time. Late for work on many days, bc of wait times being so long. Seems as though all the appointments are of more importance than those dropping off animals off for day care. They do not do appointments and no matter what time you go you wait an hour befor you go back, then wait 30 min to be seen. Then the doc spends 10 min with the animal and if they don't know what's going on they will keep them over night. This happened twice to me. Sorry but after being frustrated when leaving and not feeling confident that my pet got the medical care they need. Will not be going back.

Not only is he extremely knowledgeable, but he has a heart of gold and of God. His experienced staff is always friendly and efficient while providing consistent compassionate care each and every day. They keep their rates affordable and work with me to keep my costs down. Dr. Fuller and Hope Animal Clinic are as good as it gets!! They provide EXCELLENT care and I wouldn't go anywhere else.

We like this clinic. Dr. Fuller is very kind and knowledgable. However, they charge a handling fee of $10.50 to all prescriptions. This is an outrageous amount! I can understand a couple dollars to cover their expenses, but certainly not $10.50. To make matters worse, they add the fee into the amount THEN they tax it, so really it's almost $11.50! Other vets don't charge this much and this fee can also be avoided entirely by purchasing medications online through reputable websites. I recommend the clinic, but I do not recommend getting prescriptions filled here.

Hope Animal Clinic is a top notch clinic, and Dr. Fuller is the one of the warmest, caring and loving people that you will ever meet. My cat, Trey, grew ill the last year of his life, and I had to literally take him to the Vet weekly. Thus, I began to know the office team very well and work with Dr. Fuller one on one quite a lot. Eventually Trey was stabilized on weekly steroid shots to keep him walking and alive. However, after a year, he eventually failed, and we had to sadly put him down in January of 2014. It truly was one of the hardest things I ever had to do in my life, but Dr. Fuller's office helped me through that period. I realized in being a pet owner that I had done everything possible for Trey (that last year of his life), and that Dr. Fuller's office had also His time had come. They also helped me to understand and accept that through their personal touch and caring of Trey. They knew him by name and often asked me about him, if I was just dropping by to pick up meds. Doggie day care needs to be rethought, bc it does not work for those taking their pups in for care. Really needs to get it together so people can get in and out that are dropping off their fur babies, bc the whole point of daycare for most is they have to be at work by a certain time. We were going to take them on Saturday, but on Friday morning, the older kitten brutally attacked the baby kitten. We showed up at 7am on Friday and they took us almost immediately. The wait can be absolutely HORRIBLE! if you're just picking up or dropping off and you have other things to do. Other than that it's great!

Been going here ever since we got Sicilys in 2007. She was a rescue Boxador and we have always used Hope. My daughter worked here before she got married and Dr. Fuller is one of the best Vets around. He has done a few surgeries on Sicily including a TPLO a few years ago. I am not a fan of the TPLO myself and wouldn't do it again, Dr. Fuller is skilled at this procedure. I can't say enough wonderful things about Hope and its staff. We love Dr. Fuller. He has saved 2 of our poms, one with a blockage in his intestines, and one suffering from liver failure. The staff is always attentive and as concerned for your pet as you are. Another reviewer stated a processing fee added on to prescriptions which seems to be inaccurate. We have to get 4 prescriptions a month for our pup that suffered liver failure and we have never been charged any processing fee for the medications.

They are a walk-in clinic, which is awesome! But they go in order of arrival.. I don't think there's a separate list for pick-up/drop off and sick animal, re: being addressed timely. The wait can be absolutely HORRIBLE! if you're just picking up or dropping off and you have other things to do. Other than that it's great!

Been going here ever since we got Sicilys in 2007. She was a rescue Boxador and we have always used Hope. My daughter worked here before she got married and Dr. Fuller is one of the best Vets around. He has done a few surgeries on Sicily including a TPLO a few years ago. I am not a fan of the TPLO myself and wouldn't do it again, Dr. Fuller is skilled at this procedure. All of the staff and Drs are very good and for us there's no better.

Dr. Fuller is amazing. He takes care of both of my German Shepherds. One of my dogs needed a surgery right before 4th of July. Dr. Fuller did TPLO surgery same day so my dog would stop limping. The staff is always nice. There is a wait usually for s good amount of time.

Clean facility, first time there and was told about Hope from a co-worker. Went on a Sat and was seen rather quickly, although the lot was full of cars. Staff was accommodating, helpful, knowledgable, as well as patient while we asked questions. We will be bringing our dog back, although a bit far from our house.

The BEST! Dr. Fuller and Dr. Le Blanc are by far, the most compassionate and knowledgeable veterinarians I have come across in my 55 years. All l of the Doctors that I have dealt with at Hope are excellent and caring. The entire staff are very nice and seem to always maintain a cheerful and friendly environment even under difficult circumstances. I am forever grateful to my neighbor for referring me to Hope when I moved to Alabama in 2013!

I can't say enough wonderful things about Hope and its staff. We love Dr. Fuller. He has saved 2 of our poms, one with a blockage in his intestines, and one suffering from liver failure. The staff is always attentive and as concerned for your pet as you are. Another reviewer stated a processing fee added on to prescriptions which seems to be inaccurate. We have to get 4 prescriptions a month for our pup that suffered liver failure and we have never been charged any processing fee for the medications.

The clinic is very clean and I don't leave with my dog smelling like a stinky kennel. The doctor we have seen on 3 different occasions takes his time and listens.
