I can’t even begin to thank this Hospital enough. We came in as an emergency while traveling for work. Dr. FIelds met us in the lobby, and immediately made us feel at ease. From the front desk staff, to the techs, to the Dr, everyone was so so nice !! After an initial exam and xrays, we received the diagnosis of a torn ACL. Dr Fields took the time to explain all of our options. We scheduled her surgery the following Friday 7/5/2019 We drove 5 hours back to this hospital for her surgery !! We dropped her off, I cried , they reassured me, and we left her in their capable hands . Stephanie called me immediately following her surgery with an update and we returned the next morning to pick her up. I’m so completely impressed with this hospital !!! We will return with the rest of our pack, if the need should arise !!

Overall the boarding was adequate, but if they ask if you want them to give your dogs a bath watch out cause that is a pretty penny.

Goodwin Animal Hospital & Pet Resort has become like family to Jenni, Lola, Maggie and myself. They were there for us throughout our loss of Cooper and have taken amazing care of Lola and Maggie. The staff is incredibly friendly and quickly turn into family. They not only ask about your fur babies but also about you. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. We love you guys!

I brought my dog in for daycare a couple of weeks ago and he was still full of energy and reeked of urine after getting him home that afternoon. Clearly they are not running these dogs hard enough or making them sit in kennels all day long. He was so thirsty when he got home too. Drank the entire bowl of water only to throw it all up a few minutes later. Very disappointed in my experience here and will not be back again.

I have been with Goodwin for a little over a year...started with grooming to taking care of my Baby(great grooming service!!!)...They have a an Awesome Staff friendly staff who recognizes you and your Baby by name the second you walk in. Even when I called as a walk in last-minute appointment, they go out their way to fit me in that same day and No waiting. Fast, Friendly, and trustworthy. They made me feel/and my Baby special as if he was their Baby. Would not trade Goodwin & it's Staff for the World!! Thank YOU for ALL YOU DO!!/Kudos!!!! The Doctors & staff are amazing! They are a full service facility from medical care, to boarding, to daycare, to grooming! They treat your pets like they were your children! Dr. Fields and all the staff are great. They explained EVERYTHING in detail about my puppies surgery. Vanessa was on-call over the weekend. She answered numerous calls from me. Dr. Fields is personable, professional and seemed to genuinely care about for my pet.

When I first came to this location a year ago I posted that I was not greeted at the front door and they looked at me like why was I there. I was pleased with their boarding photos so tried to give them another shot. They are not honest on what they tell customers and they are rude unless you are spending money on vet services. I heard them and a patient laughing about the review about the ladys cat having a UTI. I am really torn their other location is good but they both are owned by the same company or corporation so they stay in business no matter what location you. Remember a lie is a lie and a business that will lie about something small will tell you anything to get money out of you. Also a lady had posted a review about her cat dying and having a UTI and today I heard a patient and staff at Goodwin laughing about that review.

Goodwin Animal Hospital and Pet Resort is more than a business, it is an extended family. They make you feel at home and there is never a worry when your pets are left in their care. As someone who travels often, I find myself with comfort knowing they are always well taken care of. From the time you walk in the door and greeted by smiling faces to your time in the back with the vet and staff there is never a moment you feel like you are being rushed. Everybody takes time to explain things and always goes out of there way to take care of any issues no matter how big or small. Wouldn’t trust anybody else in Montgomery!

We board our dog here whenever we go out of town. She's a tiny chihuahua mix and we worry about her like she was a child. We always get her a suite as it has the feeling of just being on the back porch with a screened door. She's a picky eater but the pet resort weighs her and monitors her eating throughout the stay to make sure she's ok. They take very good care of her there, and the people who take care of the pets are especially nice.

Originally we took our pup to a different vet bc they also boarded. Recently I took a tour after hearing several positive comments about Goodwin & I was blown away! Zoe did my tour & was fantastic. She answered all my questions & concerns. I immediately booked my dogs next boarding reservation here. They have an indoor salt pool, which is also is solar heated in the winter months! That's right, check out my pics, you can see the doggie hotels from the lobby. They also have separate entrances for dogs & cats. The back play area has astroturf so you don't have to worry about allergies.
