Pixie Lent

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff, clean clinic and great prices.

Derek Bowen

Great service for my animals. They are a very caring and respectful establishment. Fees are a bit high.

Meri Wilbourn

Had a really good first visit my dog doesn't like to many people but she really took to them . I was really impressed with the service there. The people there are super awesome with animals

Alee Pasqualotto

Dr. Lowe and his staff were so kind and patient with my aussie! As a new Huntsville resident I am very pleased with my google choice for a veterinarian!

Kathleen Myrick

We had to use their boarding due to oyr regular boarder was filled. The attendents were awesome, very attentive to the boys needs! Wasnt pleased i had to get $30.00 flu shot for each dog then was supposed to turn around in such a period of time to get another shot-more money! However that did not take away the care the boys received! The employees were awesome!!!

We just moved here from FL and needed to find a groomer for my maltipom. They completely butchered the cut that I wanted and then had the nerve to charge me an extra $10 claiming they found a flea. I have five pups that are all on trifexis and not once have we ever seen a flea. My maltipom came home acting crazy. He couldn't stop barking, he would only walk the perimeter of the house. I called asking if they gave him anything. They gave him a 24 hour flea meds. I asked if this was a side effect. They said no. The receptionist asked a doctor and the doctor said it was stress due to grooming a lot of pups. If he knew that stress could happen due to grooming a lot of pups, why wouldn't you try to eliminate that. I will never go back and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to go there.

Andrew Jezewski

I've been bringing my pets to Flint River Animal Hospital for the last few years. Every visit I make I'm always very pleased with the staff and doctors. Truly dedicated professionals that really care for your pets health and well-being.

Wendie Echols

That gave excellent care to my pet. He was neutered. They called me and gave me updates through the day. Thanks Flint River staff.

Jessica Williams

I dropped my puppy off to be neutered on 5/26/15. I let the lady know that he was timid of people and needed to be easy and slow with him. They staff was very nice, when I told her that I would not get to pick him up until 5:30pm when I get off work. The lady said that was fine, a few hours later I received a phone call saying that my dog was ready for pickup. I told her that I couldn’t get there until i got off work, and she told me that it was fine but he would be staying in a kennel all day because he tried to attack them(never has happened before with anyone) I then left my job and went straight to get him. After I got him in the car I noticed my puppy was covered in his own feces, then noticed that they cut his nails way to short, to where you can tell they had been bleeding. Not once was i told they would be cutting his nails, and the fact that they did not tell me that they had even cut them to short and I made the observation myself. Though this is not my regular place to take my puppy, I will not recommend anyone here.

I just used this Animal Hospital for the first time and had a wonderful experience. They treated my beloved cat Scooby with kindness and Doctor Simpson was extremely informative and friendly. I was given detailed explanations of everything that was going on with him and an itemized list of costs including separate estimates for different treatment plans. Even the surgical option was reasonable compared to previous experiences I've had. Unfortunately, surgery was still out of my budget right now but Doctor Simpson went out of her way to assure me the problem would still correct itself over time and did not make me feel guilty for not doing it. When I called later about a medication they recommended and carried (I was going to order it online) they told me right up front that they would match the price and have it shipped to my house if I'd like. All in all, Scooby was examined and treated for several issues for less than $150. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Lydia White

This boarding facility was recommended to me by another dog owner that shared my very bad (horrific) experience at the same, fancy veterinarian-run boarding facility. I was very happy with the care that my dog received here. I could tell, when I picked her up, that she was well cared for.

Beth Powell

Great place, is always accommodating to my dog Crimson and his needs!

Faye Moore

Fantastic people!!

David England

They are the best Vets around! The staff is great and my dog loves to come here.

stacy gill

Awesome! They vetted and spayed or neutered 10 babies and mom in one trip! Did a great job!

Mongolian Pete

The euthanasia is awesome.

Katerina DiChiara

Outstanding kennel, boarding and day boarding. Staff of veterinarians are experienced, up to date on illnesses, care, feeding. Boarding staff are trained, experienced in handling and management. Bathing and grooming, you cannot find elsewhere. Been a client for 5 plus years. My dog loves them as well and more than me! I went to Greece for 13 days and when I picked up my dog, she looked better than when o left her! I trust them.!

The Angry Bootneck

I took my English bulldog in here and found all of the staff to be wonderfully accommodating. Kevin was so good with my dog Cromwell that I swear he can speak to him.. Basically, he's like Cesar Millan if he went to the gym 6 days a week. The only downside to my visit was bumping into a mental woman in the car-park... Amanda Madds or something I think she was called? Anyway, she had a tin-foil hat and a head like a melted wellington boot. In fact, she was so hideous to look at, she reminded me of the face my bulldog pulls when he licks his piss off a nettle.

James Luladakis

Best Vet around, saved my cat three times in the last 13 years. Excellent care and service.

Jim Ferrell

I took my dog to get groomed at this place, and have been there several times and was happy with their work. Yesterday, however, when I came to pick up my dog, they told me that the groomer had cut my dogs eye (or near it), and hurt him. They then told me they had the vet look at it and say it wasn't bad, that it should be ok, but then proceeded to try to sell me $40 worth of medication "just in case" there's a problem. Seriously? You cut my dog, and injure him, and now I have to pay for the medicine to treat my dog? Their answer: Well we didn't charge you for the vet examination"....Really? I won't be taking my dog back to these people if that's the way they treat their customers. They kept emphasizing that the medication they were offering wasn't mandatory..etc...but more preventative to keep a possible infection from occurring. Absolutely unbelievable. I didn't buy the medication, but if he has problems with this, I will be filing a lawsuit against this vet. This was a total shock to me their attitude after they hurt my dog. Granted, not on purpose, but if you screw up, you make it right. UPDATE: I appreciate the apology, and will await to see your response on Monday. I can understand mistakes can be made when grooming the dog, that's fine, but to tell me when I arrive (they asked me at least 3 times "Didn't someone call you about this?" and I did get a call, just no mention of this issue until I arrived), then tell me that my dog was hurt, here's this $40 medication he MIGHT need, but it's your choice, you don't need it, it's preventative. Then still charge me for the groom as well. So what am I supposed to do as a customer? Baxter, luckily, is not showing any signs of issues, but I guess I was just surprised that an accident would happen, and then it's my responsibility to purchase medication for an issue caused by your staff. I have a computer repair business, and if I did my customers that way, I wouldn't have any. Sorry, I was just appalled at how I was treated. That's just not right, and I appreciate you seeing that.

Ralph Griffith

My dog had sustained an injury to his lip. FRAH gave me quick appt, review of his injuries and extremely reasonable estimate. They have always taken great care of my dog Bear and I am grateful for their love of our animal friends. I highly recommend them to take care of your pets! Bear was in and out in same day and I am so happy that he is healing at home now. Thanks Flint River Animal Hospital staff!!

Lynette Dimick

They refused to treat my dog. I had been there but they lost my dogs letter

Heidi Hill

I have taken two pets to Flint River Animal Hospital, however it was my kitten that ended up giving Dr Lowe a hassle on figuring out treatment for him. Dr. Lowe was so wonderfully patient as we tried different meds and after a few weeks, we were able to get little Loki's stomach under control. I can't thank Dr. Lowe and his staff enough for their time and patience. Also, they are all so helpful when I call for any questions. I highly recommend them.

Seth Wahle

Very clean facility with exceptionally friendly staff!

Mandie Gee

Staff and Dr. Lowe were extremely nice. My daughter and I brought our puppy, Harley, in for his very 1st visit. We will be back in 3 weeks for his next visit.

Our dog was dropped off for boarding 18 July 2014, in normal health. On July 24, Flint River Bed N Biscuit calls and states that our dog cannot use its rear legs. After hip radiographs were taken, Dr. Kevin Lowe treated our dog for an enlarged bladder with SMZ/TMP. We never received another call and returned from our vacation July 27. At pickup, our dog had no use of his rear legs and had to be towel walked out. Boarding provided no explanation as to whether his condition had improved or worsened. We demanded Dr. Lowe call first thing Monday morning, July 28. We were devastated, ruining our vacation memories in the process. At home, we immediately researched what could cause such sudden ataxia. Tick-borne infection was the top results. After we (the patients) suggested to Dr. Lowe that a neurological infection must be causing the ataxia, he prescribed Minocycline July 28 and sent the July 24 blood off for additional tests (which Dr. Lowe even excluded the eventual neurological infection from this test order). Not until we visited with an AVSS Orthopedic specialist and a regionally renowned veterinarian, did we finally get the correct blood tests ordered to find out that our dog during boarding was infected with Rocky Mountain Spotted Fever (RMSF). Both second opinion Vets stated that the enlarged bladder would have been a secondary effect to the neurological infection and that the enlarged bladder (or urinary tract infection) would never cause sudden ataxia. Veterinary and human research also support their findings. Furthermore, the CDC states that SMZ/TMP may worsen the RMSF infection. Our dog (while under the care of a medical professional - Dr. Lowe) had to endure a minimum of 5 days with RMSF without the proper antibiotic and possibly causing long term neurological effects that we won't know for several more months. I strongly advise NEVER to treat or board your dog at Flint River Animal Hospital.

Ina Scott

Always gets me in for appointments quickly and boading/daycare has done a great job with my two fur-babies.

Russell Berger

This is the only vet clinic I've ever taken my dog to that he was excited to visit. Excellent staff, and very professional service.

Ed Phillips

I originally decided to try out Flint River Animal Hospital after reading mostly very good reviews here and elsewhere. After a couple of trips with my dog I thought they were mostly okay, but certainly not above and beyond in any way. One day a stray cat wandered over and I decided to take him to the vet and keep him. I can say that while they may be mostly adequate with dogs, they are TERRIBLE with cats. They did nothing to fix the original problems he had upon his first visit, they actually exacerbated them in some cases. I finally took him to another clinic and they fixed him right up in no time. If you're considering taking your pets here, I would advise you to look around a bit first, there are DEFINITELY better options out there, many only a very short drive away. The prices are higher than the norm for the area as well. Re: your response - Sure, this latest time you did offer to exchange the antibiotics, which I specifically noted that he had taken at an earlier time with no negative reactions. I fail to see how that helps at all, instead I was instructed to bring him in yet again, so I could pay another $200 vet bill. My real issue, however, is from the very first time I brought him in. On his first visit, I noted that he was throwing up after each meal and expressed concern. I was told that it wasn't an issue, that he was probably eating too fast, etc. I wasn't very happy with that response so I made sure to ask again, are you sure that's normal? Again I was told that it was nothing to worry about, just to monitor him. The next morning I decided to take him to another clinic and upon performing an X-ray, they found a major obstruction (He had ingested a large portion of a drinking straw) that prevented him from defecating and forced him to vomit everything he ate. Certainly life-threatening if not addressed. I'm not sure why I went back to you, I guess I wanted to chalk it up to an honest mistake, but I won't be returning. You can dismiss my complaint if you like, but that won't do anything to address what I believe is sub-par service, at least in this case.

Quinn Otte

Excellent facility and staff. The service is beyond anything I've ever experienced at any other vet clinic, the attention and details that they put into every single visit is quite frankly amazing- I'm not sure how they invest that much into each and every pet. The boarding and daycare services are second to none as well, every request is filled and care for each pet is personal and caring. Highly recommend.

Garrett Totcky

The doctor and staff were fantastic. Fiona was scared but they treated her wonderfully and helped get her fixed up quickly and at a reasonable price.

I have read previous reviews and my personal interaction with Dr. Lowe and the rest of his staff begs a major difference in opinion. I originally brought my dog, Lily to FRAH because another animal service misdiagnosed a fungal and bacterial skin infection as a seasonal allergy. They did not do a skin scrape and my dog was prescribed Benadryl. After two weeks of watching my dog loose more fur, I decided to try Dr. Lowe. He diagnosed and treated my dog with care and I have been going to him ever since. His staff has always been understanding, helpful, and professional; and they seem to have personal relationships with all of their furry and feathery clients. I recommend FRAH and the Bed and Biscuit to any of my friends looking for vet services.

Josh Roberts

I highly recommend this animal Care facility. The practitioners are highly skilled and we'll educated with modern veterinary procedures.

Laura G

They treat my animals like family!

archana maharjan

Both environment and people are very nice, "call us back if you have any questions or problems" is the most assuring thing they say when you leave the hospital, and they respond to it very kindly. They provide you cute nice report with snap of the pet which is awesome. If you're a beginner pet owner like me, then this is definitely a good place to keep your fur baby up to date with the vaccines and prevention!

JonMichael Williams

This place is the best! Great staff and Veterinarians who are very caring. Really clean facilities! I highly recommend them for all of your pets for anyone in the Huntsville Madison County area.

Linda Rufer

We have 2 dogs and have been very happy with the care and kindness Dr. Lowe and his staff have shown our four legged family members. Flint River Animal Hospital is a wonderful place for great care

Jeremy Gillilan

Was able to get a quick appointment when everyone else was saying wait 2 weeks! Did a good job too!

Laura Griffin

LOVE Flint River - The vet techs are all super nice and friendly. The grooming side is ALWAYS very accommodating, and they are consistent and fantastic at what they do. So happy to have a great vet clinic close to home!!!

Shannon Johnson

I absolutely could not be more satisfied with the front office staff and the healthcare I get from Dr. Kirsten Struthers at FRAHospital!! I just can't put into words the professionalism of the COMPLETE staff there. I have a "special needs" almost 2 year old cat and Dr. Kirsten takes her time with me and helps me get thorough the complicated times I have with my sweet cat. She is so knowledgeable and talks to me about all options of any issue we are having at that time. She is very proactive and not pushy on meds and suggestions of highly priced maintenance drugs for my cat. I highly recommend FRAHospital to anyone and highly suggest Dr. Kirsten Struthers!

Stephanie Curtis

Great vet facility. It was definitely out of the way for me, living in Madison but it was worth it.

Andrea Parker

I have lots of family members that are well taken care of by Flint River Animal Hospital. My Great Dane Lavender loves it there. Delta Blue my Blue heeler is a big fan. Dr Lowe and Dr Roeder work hard and passionately. The clinic is clean warm and friendly. Thank you so much for the above and beyond care that we receive all the time! Another wonderful experience at Flint River! Professional. Caring. All my pets love Dr Lowe and Staff!!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

I cannot say enough wonderful things about FRAH. We have used them for over 6 years now and they are excellent! The building and grounds are beautiful, the interior is always very clean and smells nice. All of the staff and doctors are wonderful, nice people! They take awesome care of our Great Dane Scooby. They have saved her life in the past. After a recent scary trip to the ER clinic over the weekend, we were in and out of FRAH in less than 2 hours with an exact diagnosis and the medicine she needed. We love FRAH and recommend them to everyone. They're worth every mile it takes to get there! Thank you to everyone at FRAH!!!!!! Our sweet girl Scooby thanks you too!

I met Dr. Kevin Lowe through The Huntsville Rugby Club and after developing a friendship with him decided to start bringing my pets to him. His staff is amazing. They know how to schedule and not have you sitting and waiting forever. Their prices are amazing as well. Dr. Lowe is a no non scence Doctor. He wont waste your money on scensless tests or encourage you to keep hanging on if your pet is suffering. He has always had the animals best interest at heart and his compassion for the animals is very transparent. Don't hesitate to make Dr. Lowe your new veterinarian. He also HEAVILY supports A New Least on Life. I do some volunteer work for them and have taken rescue dogs to him that he oversees for ANLOL. He truly gives back! I hope you find my review helpful in making your decision!

My pets have been a patient since the Hospital opened. I've also used the spay neuter program for some feral cats that lived near my home. FRAH has seen me through the death of 2 of my pets. I was treated with compassion and care. Now FRAH has seen me through the addition of 2 kittens and a puppy. I also use the boarding and grooming facilities for my Great Pyrenees (he is now 1 year old). He LOVES to go to the daycare. My previous Great Pyrenees that passed away boarded and was groomed at FRAH as well. He had several health issues toward the end of his life and we spent a lot of time getting treatment for him. I've had no problems the entire time I have used FRAH. I have recommened FRAH to many others that have been happy with the care there as well.

Christina Meeks

The most amazing animal vet hospital in town!!! Hands down!

Ariel Jebeles

I have been taking my Corgi to FRAH for regular shots and checkups since we got him at 7 weeks old. The doctors and staff there are extremely caring and knowledgeable. A month ago Brewski was having bloody diarrhea and I was so worried. But he was well taken care of by FRAH. He just turned 6 months old a few weeks ago and is happy and healthy!! We will continue taking Brewski to Flint River, even though we travel for quite a distance -- it's definitely worth it.

*Updated Review* After posting my original review a little time passed and I even decided that I was going to give this facility another chance in hopes the events I experienced was just a one time event. But I am sad to say that instead of working to earn my business and trust back this facility has chosen attempt to bully me into removing my review. Even after going and speaking personally with Dr. Lowe and coming to an agreement that things were misinterpreted, I have been blacklisted and refused services until I remove my review. I feel it is important for other customers to know how this business treats customers that disagree or have negative experiences. I was willing to drop this and hopefully feel like I could update my review in a positive way after they showed me they wanted to change my opinion. But that is not the case. The office manager has confronted me in front of other customers and talked about private matters where everyone to hear. My name and personal information about my dog were shared in the response to my review. Which if you read other responses to negative reviews you will see this is a pattern. I have made a formal complaint and review with the Better Business Bureau . Below is an email that Flint River Animal hospital sent to me regarding this situation. Beware because this is how you may be treated if you share a concern or disagree with this vet office. I am happy to say that there are MANY wonderful vets and boarding facilities in our area and I will never return to this facility. "Mrs Pollard, We have been trying to contact you about your fall break boarding reservations. We need to know the action to take regarding the google review and your agreement with Dr Lowe. He advised you that if the google review was not edited or removed you could no longer use Flint River Animal Hospital for any services including boarding. We see that you have a reservation for Neela and Flower October 4-13 2014. We would love to have them stay with us, but action must be taken before we can confirm your reservation. Please contact our office as soon as possible if you have any questions or concerns. We will hold the reservation until Monday, September 15, 2014 to give you time to edit or remove the review. Thank you, Flint River Animal Hospital" *Original Review* I have used this vet for 3 years and the daycare and boarding has been wonderful. Yearly and everyday care has been fine. A little more expensive than other vets, but when I needed them for an emergency for dog we were not treated with compassion. O brought dog in close to closing for suspected bloat and the vet on call made me feel like she was more concerned with making sure she was able to leave at 6 then doing all that needed to be done for my dog. They did treat her and stabilized her but they sent us home with a critically I'll dog. I had to call another vet to care for her through the night and do emergency surgery. I was very disappointed because we had always been happy with this vet hospital. When I came back to explain my concerns I was argued with and agian made to feel like it didn't matter what concerns were. Very uncaring about the care of my dog or business. Disappointing :-(

Great place to take your dogs. I just moved here in Dec. and my babies were in bad shape. Flint River is very close to my home and they do everything from grooming to vet care to boarding. It's the whole package. Everyone was so nice and friendly. I really am happy to have found Flint River Animal Hospital.

Ourania Murphy

Great place for your pets

Mark Moore

I use this place to board my dog whenever I am going to be gone for more than a couple of days or it's too cold for him to stay outside for a weekend. They are great. He is always all smiles when he comes out and looks happy and healthy.

E ES

Dr. Lowe is wonderful to deal with.

Ron Bolen

Great groomers. Definitely recommend!

Caden Carnes

Always love the staff at Flint River. I gladly drive 2 hours to come see them.

Overall, a very good experience. Prices seem a little high, but the quality makes up for it. I had an appointment for rabies shot. I walked right in and was taken to a room. The room was very clean. I only waited about 1 minute before the tech walked in. She took my German Shepherd with her and said she would be right back after the shot was done. She came back a few minutes later and said my dog was nervous and it would be better to do the shot with me holding her. Shot was given and I had my record and tag a few minutes later. I was then checked out. I may return and make them my vet, but I will shop around to compare prices.

Great custoner service

Jeremy Owen

The vet and boarding facilities are fantastic, unfortunately the only issue I have ever had is that the grooming hasn't been what I expected. I always give a few chances and obviously fault could be with me not knowing what to request or expect but the dog day care, boarding and vets have been great and set remindes for when the important things need to be done.

I evacuated for hurricane Irma from Florida. My dog was having issues going to the bathroom so I was very worried. They saw us that same day, and sure enough my dog had a uti. They were very accommodating and nice. If I wasn't so far away I would be taking my dogs here all the time.

Streeter Michael

What a great place staff is nice and they have everything for your pet

Thomas Campbell

I was pleased with the deshed bath they did for my malamute. I incquired about boarding, but felt they were over priced. They require a flu shot to board and required boosters to be updated even though they were in date. The staff was nice for the most part. I would use them again in an emergency.

T Smith

My pets have been patients of FRAH since Dr. Lowe opened his practice on Homer Nance. We have always been pleased with the care our cats and dogs have received. They have been their from the arrival of a new pet to the passing of a longtime beloved companion at our home. Last Labor Day the staff at Bed and Biscuit went above and beyond staying a few minutes late to allow me to drop off an abandoned dog I rescued on Winchester road. They fell in love with her and cared for her over the weekend while I worked with rescue groups to get her into a foster home. This past Monday night the hospital staff went above and beyond. My dog was attacked by another dog. I did not know how badly he was hurt. I called the office at minutes before closing and they agreed to stay and check him out. I was so relieved they were able to determine that his injuries were minor enough that he could have some pain meds, stay there overnight and get full treatment in the morning instead of having to head on to the ER vet. Bravo to Dr. Lowe and all the staff at FRAH.

J. Burgess

Good place.

Brandon Horowitz

Great staff that are kind and very friendly. They have taken wonderful care of my daughter's best friend.

Incredible staff. Excellent service. Cutting edge technology. I wouldn't take my best friend anywhere else.

Pamela Bateman

As always everyone was so nice. Dr Lowe took time to explain what needed to be done. After surgery he called to let us know all was good. Well pleased.

I've been bringing my family's dogs and cats to FRAH for the last two years now. Best in town, hands down!! Thanks for all the help guys!!

Adrienne Marlow

They take very good care of our new pup! We get in and out in a timely manner!

Angela Eastham

My dogs have been seen here over 6 years! I am now searching for a new vet. My oldest dog had a lump pop up I asked a few times at visits what it could be. It was ignored and I was told fatty tumor its harmless. Well turns out it was cancer in the last month it grew like crazy. He suddenly stopped eating and acting strange so I took him in yet again! Now they test lump and give me the bad news. 2 days later we had to put him down due to getting worse. As far as I'm concerned they killed my dog/best friend. I will never take my other dogs back here again. Do not bring your furr babies here!! They just called me about my review. They are claiming they did not see my dog last week that i am lying for some reason?? I was there 6/12/19 i put my dog to sleep 2 days later and the emergency clinic has copies of all paper work from the 12th as do i!! I f i was not there im sure i shouldn't see another charge on my debit card right?? you people are a sorry excuse for a vet. Tell a few more lies!!! Do not call me again. I had him and my dog Luna in there the last yr for allergies, shots and colitis. I asked about lump because thats time frame it appeared.Nothing was done to test it. And the phone call this morning!! Who ever she is she needs to be fired very rude and just mean. She said there was no record of me brining him in. Maybe better record keeping should be worked on because my step daughter is with me every time and she remembers me asking about it in the last year. And looking at all other replies on reviews someone has a horrible addittude problem and does not need to work with public at all. Not professional in any way! I will have new vet send for records. I am done with flint river.

Tyler Steele

Friendly staff, very helpful even for the sad event of having a pet put to sleep

We have 3 dogs that go to Flint River Animal Hospital for care, grooming and sometimes doggy daycare. Great people and service everytime. Highly recommend FRAH!

Emily Jones

Bed N Biscuit is the BEST! The staff is always super friendly--even at 7 in the morning when I drop Paprika off-- and I know they care about her. She loves going there, too! Highly recommend Bed N Bisuit for boarding and doggie daycare.

Christina Wallace

Wonderful people and great service!! They really took good care of my babies

Carol Shelley

Took my dog to Flint River Animal Hospital to see Dr. Rene' Holt. My dog received a comprehensive and complete annual exam from Dr. Holt. In addition Dr. Holt very efficiently evaluated Kylie and set goals to effectively address her ongoing skin allergies. I was very pleased with Dr. Holt's caring demeanor and proactive approach to Kylie's problems. I always worry about remembering everything that is discussed but I received a thorough written report of everything we discussed, the doctor's prognosis and treatment suggestions in addition to an itemized estimate before anything was done. I really appreciated the detailed report I received about my dog. It covered all aspects of our visit. I feel the next time I take Kylie to see Dr. Holt she and her staff will be prepared to follow up because of the excellent record they have generated during our first visit.

Brandy Duchaine

Great friendly service for my furrbabies!

Justin McDaniel

I have two dogs, a Doberman pinscher, and a black lab mix. I have utilized Flint River for their animal hospital, boarding, and day care. The experience my pets have had is top notch at all three, and when I pick them up they are always happy and smiling. We previously used North Alabama Animal Hospital in Hazel Green and are extremely glad we switched. The staff is friendly, the facilities are very clean, and I don't have to worry about my pets while they are there.

Tim Landingham

Love these folks....and they love our dogs when we need help.

Ray Williamson

I took my dog Tater there when he got sick .They provided excellent care. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. The office and kennel area are clean, sanitary, and under constant watchful eyes. I highly recommend them.

George Howard

Excellent care for my dogs at this vet.

Josh Rufer

I have been taking my cat here for the last several years and I couldn't be happier. Dr. Lowe really cares about the animals he treats and it shows in the care he provides. The entire staff is very professional and friendly. I can't tell you how good it feels to know that your pets are always in good hands.

Luke Kinton

The amount of care and service this office provides is truly top notch. We had to put 2 of our dogs down this past summer and they were extremely compassionate and supportive. I recommend these guys to eveyone I talk to.

Very helpful, very friendly. Would definitely use again.

Great staff! Always so helpful. Wonderful doctors that really take the time with you and your pet. All the people that work there are very kind, friendly and seem to enjoy being there.

FRAH is absolutely AMAZING! I brought my pitbull Bear in to Dr.Roeder, after his health declinded very rapidly the night prior. Him, along with the staff jumped right into finding out Bear's issue. Along with Bear's clinical symptoms that were present, I stressed my concern about a large lump on his stomach, that was passed off as a "bug bite" to me from another vet in town. Dr. Roeder had no issue with checking it out for me as well. I confidently left Bear in the hands of their staff to be monitored. Dr. Roeder contacted me later that afternoon to inform me that Bear most likely had Rocky Mountain Spotted Tick fever, and upon biopsy of the lump, it came back showing precense of mass cells (Cancer). His quick diagnosis SAVED Bear's life. By that night, Bear had lost all motor function in his hind legs. Dr.Roeder, again called me personally to assure Bear would show improvement within 48 hours with the antibiotics he prescribed. Within those 48 hours, Bear was back to dragging me around me the neighborhood. He also advised me to do an abdominal ultrasound to make sure Bear's Cancer has not spread internally, thankfully it hadn't and I scheduled surgery to remove the mass. During the wait for surgery, I found three more smaller masses on Bear. I took him back in, was not charged an office exam, a biopsy was done to confirm mass cells in these, and he told me would remove those as well, and during surgery have his entire staff put their hands on Bear to assure they didn't miss any other masses. The surgery went flawlessly! As did Bear's recovery. I've made several worried phone calls up to FRAH during this time, was treated with the upmost respect and compassion during every one! I owe Dr.Roder and his staff more thanks than words can describe! My animals will always go to them! As far as the claims stated on here negatively against them, I have been in their office multiple times, witnessing the exact same treatment to other clients that was given to me. They are not over priced either. I was shocked actually at the low amount I was charged for everything they did to Bear. The bottom line is, you cannot put a "price" on the well being of your pet. That is the PRIMARY concern at FRAH, they want to provide the best care for the animals they see. Bear would not be here playing around with my daughter if it wasn't for them! If you want your animal family in good hands, take the time to visit them!

michelle tidmore

Helpful and friendly staff.

Very clean! Friendly staff! Took 2 of my cats to get fixed using the SNAP program. It only cost $10 for both! Even though I have a regular vet they treated me as though I was a regular customer. I definitely recommend them!

Excellent service, great staff.

We "adopted" Boots from Dr. Lowe's sister. Previously we had been bouncing around from vet to vet in Huntsville. We never felt comfortable at any of the other vets for one reason or another. We decided to go to FRAH even though it's about 30-40 miles away. It was TOTALLY worth the time and drive. We have three large (Labrador sized) females, including Ms Boots. FRAH has always been able to get us in on time, and shown excellent knowledge and care. Sam has been excellent in his attention to detail and knowledge of the practice. He gave us a tour of the boarding facilities and was able to answer our questions well. Very knowledgeable staff. We believe we have finally found our vet as long as we stay in N. Alabama.

I love my vet !! So does Rex!!

I got two extractions for the price of one! Lemme tell ya, I have two Border Terriers (NOT to be confused w/ hyperactive, pseudo-smart border collies). If you know BTs, you know they like to lick. Everything. Including you. And me. And your kitchen floor. And the cat (keep your litter out of reach). They will lick the chrome off of a trailer hitch. A fun party trick is peanut butter on the roof of their mouth but I'm digressing. Borders are amazing at Earthdog digging and flushing small animals out of their dens, usually to lick them, too, so you never know what kind of breath to expect in the morning. We don't need alarm clocks. Usually a quick tweak of bottom (gland) and a teeth brushing takes care of any breath issues. Not this time. My little girl Phoebe smelled like she'd been licking all the wildlife's butts for about a month or more. Then I noticed plants and insects were dying around her, which is actually okay with Spring on the way ("Hello, TruGreen? Yeah, don't need ya. Thanks@!"). But things quickly made a turn for the worst when my Border boy and the cats refused to play with her and I noticed my eyes started watering any time she came around. So I fired up the gas chromatograph and mass spectrometer in an attempt to narrow down exactly what Phoebe was emitting. Sure enough, her breath had evolved into a volatile organic compound. The computer couldn't match it to anything so I got a little excited that maybe we had inadvertently discovered a potential new bio-weapon! I attempted to isolate her emissions with various means of ionization but I added too much power to the electron ionization process and it blew off the garage door. I was done playing around so I called Flint River Animal Hospital to see if they could help isolate the source of her problem. FRAH quickly noticed that Phoebe's lanced tooth was decaying and ordered an extraction. I thought it would be super expensive but it was actually quite reasonable -- Dr Lowe (Kevin) is really good about working with people on costs. During the extraction, one of the lab techs blacked out temporarily after discovering the real source of the VOC emissions -- another tooth that had decayed and become infected more so than the lanced tooth. They went ahead and pulled that tooth, too, and kept the price within the original quote which included meds. FRAH's facilities are quite robust and have superior ventilation to anything at home so no one was harmed during the extraction and subsequent isolation of what will certainly earn me a new lab, contract, and potential DARPA support on the Arsenal. Those booms and shaking you're hearing and feeling? Strange blips showing up on the weather radar? Yep, that's me. And I couldn't have done it without FRAH :)

The first place we went after adopting a puppy was to see Dr. Lowe and his staff. They are thorough, friendly, and effective. I highly recommend putting your trust in Flint River Animal Hospital, they truly care about the animals in their practice.

Shane Parsons

They have always done a great job with Baylee.

E Briggs

Very very nice staff. My dog gets happy when we pull into the parking lot.

Kristin Farnsworth

I wanted to love this place and we tried. They are part of a community and choose to not really engage or take their neighbors into consideration. Every time I boarded here my dogs came home sick. Sister in law had same problem. Felt like I was a number and how much could they get out of me money wise. To us it felt all about the numbers here not about the care.

Samuel Seiver

Very friendly service, took care of our pup during an incident where he got mistakenly quarantined and got him out ASAP. Lifesavers! Thanks Michael.

Sarah Norwood

My dog goes there

Kayla Oliver

Thank you so much for taking care of my sweet baby Belle. (my 7 week old lab/bulldog mix) I am so glad that she can be taken care of during the day while I work and not be left home by herself. She is always happy when I pick her up and the staff truly love her. It is worth every bit of money for peace of mind. Thank you for giving that to me.

Charlie Crowe

Our Yorkie urgently needed some dental work. We called several vets; they were all either unresponsive or unable to perform the procedures. Flint River performed the procedures at a very affordable price (lower even than their reasonable estimate). They took the time to explain everything. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I recommend very highly.

Charly Hill

Every time I've gone here I've had an excellent experience. I've taken my animals there since they opened. They have seen me through all phases. From shots and annual checkups to having to make the decision to put one of my dogs down. They are very kind and compassionate. The only gripe I have currently is that one of their front desk people is not very good at customer service. I hate to label or judge based on looks but this is purely for identification. She is a heavyset girl. She just doesn't smile or seem nice at all. If you have questions she acts like you're bugging the heck out of her. I'm still giving it 5 stars because of everyone else there and the fact that this has been my first few times dealing with her so I don't want that to cloud how I feel about this business. I hope that someone speaks with her about her attitude so that she has the option to fix it. Other than that, my experiences here have been stellar.

Ben Stewart

Bruce Deck

Friendly staff and knowledgeable veterinarians. Also comforting to have care onsite when boarding.

Porter Family

Both my dogs are rescue pups and can be a little jumpy or timid. The staff is great with them. When we had to say goodbye to our old man kitty, Dr Rader was so comforting and he cared and mourned with us. Dr Lowe takes care of numerous rescued pets. In fact he vetted our dog when he was rescued and very vulnerable. It makes my heart happy that just by chance, Dr Lowe gets to see one of the many abandoned/neglected pets he’s volunteered to help become his patient and be in a great home.

I took my pup in the first time today. It was my first experience with FRAH. I was most impressed by the cleanliness and attention to proper sanitation. I love the fact that they pay close attention to detail to insure that disease or sickness does not spread from one animal to the next. The staff could not have been any friendlier, or helpful. All of my expectations were met, and then some. Every question and every concern I had was addressed. I will be a return customer. I could not be happier.

Poor girl had a good stay at bed and biscuit, she seemed to like the lady who took care of her and all were professional and friendly

We have 3 Italian Greyhounds and appreciate the excellent, superb care from Dr. Lowe & his staff! Our 11 year old dog Rocco has seizures that have been controlled for 9 years now. We moved from Florida in Sept 2015 and were nervous to find a vet to continue his care without disrupting the balance in treatment that had taken years to establish. Dr. Lowe was amazing & had no problem continuing what had already worked while giving us a new option for seizure intervention. We have used diazepam, liquid rectal insertion, as well as pills for years at the onset of a seizure. Dr. Lowe advised us there was a form of diazepam that can be inserted in the nasal passage which works even faster as the medication is closer to the brain. He allowed us to continue using the pill form when necessary in our case because we often catch break through seizures before they become full blown based on his triggers (stress, change in environment/people, etc) and the pill helps to intervene in the preceding aura. But with a full blown seizure, the nasal diazepam is a life saver! We are so grateful to Dr. Lowe for working with what we have been used to as well as giving all of our dogs the best care possible! We drive over an hour round trip to take our dogs here because Dr. Lowe and FRAH is worth it! The office has helped us order special food (they do not routinely carry the brand we had used in office) and transition Rocco to a different food based on his needs. I wish they had Saturday hours but that is minor compared to the care we have appreciated for the last 8 months. We typically interact with our vet & the staff more than we have to with our child's pediatrician because seizures must be monitored regularly and medication tweeked when necessary. Through many visits and phone calls, everyone has been so kind and professional. We finally feel comfortable boarding our 3 dogs while never having done so for vacations in the past-we trust them that much! In 12 years, we have only boarded our dogs once with a long distance move. We finally get to take a much needed family vacation while having peace of mind our dogs will be extremely well cared for! I am unendingly grateful to everyone who has cared for each of my rescues and the unique needs of Greyhounds. Their prices are very reasonable but I would never take my animals to a bargain basement facility. You get what you pay for. It is a 5 Star facility without the 5 Star price. And Dr. Lowe does the tests needed while not ordering anything unnecessary. He balances our pets well being with the cost to care for 3 dogs who are all deeply loved. I did my research before choosing a vet after moving to Huntsville. If your animal has seizures or special needs, you can rest assured that the education, experience, and dedication are here at Flint River Animal Hospital! Your pet will be treated like the family member they are! Thank you Dr. Lowe & everyone at Flint River Animal Hospital for making us feel we are home! We are eternally grateful! -The Cureton Family (Rocco, CoCo, & Izzy)

The traffic is oppressive on Winchester so I am changing vets and not boarding there anymore.

Kathryn Smith

We recently adopted an older, special needs Australian Shepherd. We switched to Flint River Animal Clinic based on recommendations from several friends. We have visited the vet’s office numerous times (too many to count) in the 7 weeks since we adopted her. We even boarded her when we went on vacation. Our friends were right to recommend Flint River. We are happy we made the switch. So far, we’ve seen Dr. Lowe and Dr. Holt. They are thorough, knowledgeable, caring, and patient (with us and the pup!). We like that they treat her like she was their own. The office staff and vet techs are also wonderful. We appreciate their follow-up calls to check on her progress. The office is clean, efficient, and modern. We especially like the health reports we get with every visit. Sometimes during an appointment, we miss things about her health issues and her follow-up care. With the health reports, we can refer to them at home. If you are looking for great veterinary care with excellent prices, please consider Flint River Animal Hospital.

My dog has had excellent care at both the vet and boarding facility. When I moved to Huntsville I did not know the vets in the area and Flint River was recommended. I have taken my dog for shots, worming, boarding and general check ups and have been more than pleased with the prompt, professional service we received. The price is in line with what most small animal vets I have been to in the past. Best of all, my dog likes to go there and isn't scared one bit. That in itself tells me that the care is good and the staff treat her well as she is ordinarily a very shy dog in new situations. The boarding staff play with her and the only thing I do wish they had was a dog cam when she is at the facility. Perhaps they will add one soon!

Great staff and facility! Dr. Lowe and his team took the time to answer all my questions and I felt like our fur babies received excellent care. Dr. Lowe made reccomendations that I feel have improved the quality of life for our dog and two cats. We've also boarded our dog at the Bed n' Biscut and the facility had a higher quality of care and cleanliness than our usual boarder. We live in south Huntsville and it's worth the drive to Flint River Animal Hospital.

Nicole Douglas

This is fit for your knine or Feline You just feel the upgrade hospitality and good care (All in One) GREAT

Susan Keegans

I love Flint River! I started using Bed and Biscuit because I needed a better place to board my dogs when I was out of town where they could actually play and enjoy themselves and not be confined to a small cage and 2x/day walks. When I started fostering more and getting involved in rescue I began taking my fosters to Flint River for their vetting because they had the best price for a spay (and, as a foster, I end up paying a lot of costs out of my own pocket) ... I am going to move all my animals over now! They are great!

Jason Hughes

Everyone is great here! Awesome staff and everyone is very friendly! Wouldn't trust my pets with anyone else!

ML Champion

Always professional and helpful. My animal rescue organisation uses them

My mother and I had been using Flint River as our general vet between 2010 and 2015 or so. The staff is great, but the vets and techs seem to change after a few months which is a little discomforting. It is not a visibly dirty place by any means, but on two occasions we have witnessed exam rooms being cleaned with Pine Sol which is not an antibacterial cleaner at all. My dog had been going there for 5 years and developed an odd condition causing him to tear his skin at the base of his tail open, diagnosed as a hot spot. He does not have fleas and I have taken him to many vets and had him tested for all sorts of allergies but everything is negative. He's been suffering from this on a near daily basis for about 4 years and no cure or cause has been found. I spend upwards of 500$ a year on medical bills to keep his sores at bay. My mother's miniature Dachshund was spayed at Flint River years ago and is also suffering from a skin condition since then, but affects her entire body. She has seen multiple vets as well and no cure or cause has been determined. She is 8 years old and is nearly bald from her skin being blistered open like a burn. I spoke with a friend who had her dog spayed at Flint River recently and her dog is suffering from extreme rashes and itching as well. But my mother's male Dachshund is fine and so is her Malamute which leads me to believe they cannot get it from each other, but It can be transferred via contaminated hands or maybe even sitting on the floor. My dog nor I have ever met my friend's dog before and my mother's dogs obviously live with her and have no daily contact with mine. I'm not sure if there is some strain of bacteria or parasite that dogs are picking up but I find it an odd coincidence that the only common factor that these dogs share is that they were treated by Flint River right before their conditions arose. It's too late now but I wish I'd been warned beforehand, my poor dog has had an entire life of dealing with his butt being shaved and bleeding and scabbing off and on and there's nothing anyone can do for him despite how much money I throw at them.

Ross Brewer

I had concerns about my bill. Made several attempts to get in touch with owner to no avail. Did eventually talk with office manager but no progress even though she said would credit me. They wasted a lot my time on another issue. Former loyal customer.

Sabrina Presto

Excellent! My puppy Callie, loves going to see her Dr. the groomer and even boarding. You can see in one of her pictures, they painted her nails. :)

Nola Morris

Jessie Leo Angel-Wolf

They are fabulous ppl. With great prices.

My chihuahua Cosmos absolutely loves going to daycare or "school" here a couple of times a week and the social interaction has done wonders for his behavior. The staff is AWESOME, from the receptionists at the front desk to the employees that take care and oversee the dogs in the play yard!! I would highly recommend FRAH's doggy daycare to anyone, whether 5 days a week or as a "Mother's Day Out" once a week. The staff is very capable, personable, friendly, and caring. My little guy considers them his extended family and on most days he wakes me at the crack of dawn, eager to get to his "school" to see his "teachers" and play with his friends! That is priceless!!

Andrea Edmon

There aren't enough words to say all the good things about Dr.Roeder!! We have seen all three doctors and they were good but Dr.R has gone above and beyond. He has answered every question I have (I've had a TON) and the enouraged me to always ask. He has also been on the phone which me several times helping me with our seizure issues and calling in new meds! We won't go anywhere else! Thank you Dr. Roeder!

Nadine R.

Best service ever. Extremely professional staff and Dr. Would highly recommend this vet for any of your needs!

The Flint River Animal Hospital has some wonderful employees who really care about how they treat your pet.

Very polite. Quick operations. I won't take my babies anywhere else

Yesterday I took my dog I rescued from a lady who had multiple pups she found out in the woods to Flint River Animal Hospital to be fixed. The lady I rescued her from got in touch with HAWS before I took the pup to ensure that all the pups were fixed before they went to a new homes. Keeping in contact and telling her I would take her to that appt, she said I could have the pup before she was spayed. I had her first set of shots done at our regular vet but with this spay appt already in place I followed through with this vet for the spay. When I went in, the lady at the front desk treated me like I was a piece of garbage. Her attitude was awful. The lady who came to the room to take my pup back was extremely nice. She gave me a sheet to sign so they could do the spay and then she asked multiple questions, one of which was if I wanted pain meds to go home with her. I said yes because any other pet I have had spayed or neutered I gave pain meds. Also when I worked as a vet tech for many years, in another state, it was mandatory that pain meds went home. After I went to pick her up, there were then two ladies sitting at the front desk. Both treated me like trash. Looked at me with disgusted looks on their faces and had snooty attitudes. For what reason, I have no idea. Maybe because my dog was getting a reduced price spay? I was told to go back and wait in a room for my dog. The male that brought my dog out gave her to me, went over the surgery and gave me a paper. I went up front to check out and asked the lady about my dog's pain meds (which were clearly stated to be given on her discharge papers) and she told me that it's not necessary because she had a shot that would last another 9 hours. She then told me if I felt it was 100% necessary that I could call back tomorrow and pick some up. I don't know if they typically work with HAWS for the low-cost spay and neuter or what, but I will NEVER go back to that place. If they treated me that nasty I can only imagine how they treated my dog. My pup woke up last night shaking and whining. I called our regular vet and took her in first thing this morning where we were treated with respect and kindness. Edited to reply: I appreciate your reply. My issue was with the front desk and the way that they treated me, also with the fact that I signed a paper stating that I would like to PURCHASE pain medication to take home with my dog. Even with it declaring that I was to give her Deramaxx on her discharge papers, I was told that I would not be able to get that until the next day if I felt that she still needed it. Why would I need to drive all the way out there (45 minutes) the next day, when I could have just PURCHASED it the day of her surgery? I would also like to state that this was a low-cost spay because three rescued dogs were brought in, two to be fixed and one for vaccines at the price of $60!!! Not free! Even though the price is irrelevant to my point, I should not have been treated the way that I was, and I should not have you telling me that my feelings about the way that I was treated were erroneous. They are my feelings which are not wrong and based on multiple interactions that you were not a witness to. I am sorry that you feel that you need to take up for your staff instead of just apologizing for their actions and treating me with the respect that I deserve. I am a well educated, mother of four children that was doing the correct thing by rescuing an animal that needed a home and having her spayed. The lady that I rescued her from had already set up this appointment and wanted her to be spayed with the date that she set up. Had I known that I was going to be wholly disrespected, I would have kindly asked her to keep the dog until the spay was completed.

Michelle Sheridan

Dr. Lowe and the staff of Flint River Animal Hospital are top notch! They delivered compassionate, consistent and knowledgeable care every single time we've been there. We moved here from out out of state a few years ago and our German Shepherd was a senior with multiple issues. We had extraordinary care for our old girl back home, but weren't sure we'd be able to find that level of service again. We were relieved when we finally found Flint River. They took the time to not only get to know our dog and her history, but also took the time to listen to our concerns and questions. We never felt rushed and they were always willing to give us the information we needed. We would highly recommend them to anyone. They go above and beyond and their passion for giving animals and their family the best care shines through!

Alicia Conchin

If there was an option to give zero stars I would, unfortunately I have to give one star. My three dogs stayed at the Bed and Biscuit for four days. Normally, we use Cove Pets/Hampton Cove Animal Hospital and have been for 10 years but unfortunately they were booked for spring break and this place was our last resort. At Cove Pets once shots or exams are done/given the vet/staff will always call prior for permission and after to check the wellness of the pets after shots. NOT ONCE were we notified about any shots or meds that were needed after their examinations that supposedly were needed even with updated records provided. An estimate for their stay/exams was given prior and when we picked them up it was nearly $100 more than estimated. Which would have been alittle bit easier to swallow if we have been notified prior. Still no one from Flint River A. H./Bed and Biscuit has called to check on our pets after meds/shots were given, that is extremely telling of just how poor the level of care for pets is from the vets/staff. There is a great deal of miscommunication between the staff and the pet owner regarding services that are required and what they will be given. It's poor customer service and laziness at it's best. I have already told 15 pet lovers about how awful the experience was and will continue to tell as many other pet lovers/friends as I can. Avoid Flint River Animal Hospital/Bed and Biscuit and I am happy to provide more accurate details if needed. Reply to owners response: SINCE you like to mock customer's concerns/complaints... AS EXPECTED you have completely missed/ignored the entire point of the whole ordeal because one you were not present unfortunately you are relying on information provided by a complacent employee, rather than act as a mature owner and contact the customer you reply on a review. Your response is very telling of your unprofessionalism and your level of compassion for pets and their owners that come into your practice. It's situations like this that actual show your true colors. After reading concerns/complaints posted by other unhappy customers on multiple sites I knew your reply would be some form of downplay or you would place blame on the customer. Be assured I never REQUESTED ANYTHING outside of boarding and shots due or required for boarding. ONCE AGAIN I will mention the fact that after their exams NO ONE called to explain their condition or a treatment plan moving forward during their stay, which should be common practice. Pet owners should ALWAYS be notified of shots needed to treat any condition or meds required prior to doing so, in order to keep the pet owner informed at best. As an owner you would think it would have crossed your mind to reach out with a phone call for resolution or an apology for the misunderstanding and definitely not put the blame on the customer who paid a $700 4 day boarding plus plus plus stay IN FULL. No, you continue to display your complete disregard for concerns by replying to reviews rather than reaching out... this seems to be a reoccurring theme at your practice. Most pet lovers will surely see from this review along with your response or lack of acknowledgement why they should take their pets elsewhere... in 10 years with Cove Pets/Hampton Cove Animal Hospital NOTHING of this nature has ever happened. I will continue to share this experience and how strongly I disagree with how you run your practice.

Adam Moore

Don’t ever come here to euthanize a sick or old pet. Any request you have will not be passed onto anyone else in the hospital. The bedside manner of all the doctors and techs is terrible.

Patrick Cate

my family and I have been taking our cats here for years. Always pleased with the care and attention Dr. Lowe gives not only our pets but our family as well. Thanks for everything!

They r VERY Nice

Very helpful and friendly.

We love this place and the staff. Our pup enjoys highly going to daycare and playing with his friends throughout the day when we are at work. On the hospital side, their staff is top notch and very knowledgeable. If you have something that they can't fix, they will send you to the top rated referral. Also important to note, the daycare space is quite large and they separate the dogs by size & energy. All of the spaces, including boarding areas are kept super clean! Dr. Lowe and his staff are awesome sauce!!

Recently boarded our dog at Flint River Animal Hospital. Our dog came home with ear mites and fleas. Contacted the office but they offered no solutions. We've boarded there a few times before but will not in the future. Edit: After Flint River Animal Hospital saw this review, they contacted us and offered to see our dog for the fleas and ear mites. We declined, saying that we would take our dog to our veterinarian. This review was specifically mentioned in our conversation.

Carolyn Saint

Got there early for appt. But got me in and out in reasonable time, my cat seemed very at ease with all the manipulation..

I took a foster dog there to get neutered. He was a mess, came from living in the wild! It didn't seem to bother FRAH a bit, and I appreciate that. I had a very good experience with getting him neutered. He is a completely different dog now, so healthy and beautiful! I do wish FRAH would participate in the reduced neuter and spay program, like "SNAP". But thank you for good service and a good experience! I also like how nice and clean the office is! :)
