Recently moved here from Florida. My first couple of visits went nicely. The last two were not so great. Different staff with horrible attitudes. I love my animals and expect the people I pay to also love them. If I could give negative stars I would have definitely done so.

We recently had to put our pet down due to cancer and old age. The staff was very kind, understanding and supportive. We were given plenty of time with our pet before and after the procedure. They also stayed in contact with us after the process. We are very grateful.

I took my dog to this veterinary last year because he was having trouble with his mouth. I was told he must have suffered some sort of trauma. A year later I took him back once again for mouth problems. They performed an expensive surgery on him that corrected nothing. I was told he was in a lot of pain and maybe I should just put him to sleep. He is only 2 years old I told them no. Long story short after being told he may have cancer test disproved this now I am told he has peradontal disease. I want to know why they didn't find this out a year ago. Plus humans suffer from this same disease you don't put them to sleep so no I wouldn't recommend this Veterinary Clinic at all.

Very helpful when I found a dog and they scanned for a microchip to get the baby home!!!! Have taken our dogs there also and they were very good with them. Just wish the prices weren't so high. But guess it's like all vets! They do offer military Wednesdays I believe but you have to make sure to mention you are military so they can honor those prices on the specific day or you are out of luck like I was which was very disappointing!

I was looking for a vet who would provide my Doberman with exceptional care. He is my service K9 and I needed a clinic that would understand how important that is. To have him in the best state of health is the least I could do for him, considering all he does for me everyday. Companion Animal Hospital has exceeded my needs and expectations. From me they will always be highly recommended.

$198 dollars for check up and blood work. I'll be finding a different vet. Let me remind that they said they felt as if the only way to help him was to spend thousands of dollars on testing which they said most likely would not solve anything, but “may” help. My dog was very very sick. I wasn’t aware of past treatments going in because my mom had taken him to Florida with him for a couple months. I had brought him back in hopes that it was just depression causing the issue. When signs got worse I tried to find a solution just to get charged an arm and leg for them to tell me my dog was going to die unless I spend tons and tons more money to maybe find out something. He was only 6.. he died two nights after I visited right at my feet.. At this point I’m furious because even if I was able to get all that money to spend on treatment he wouldn’t have made it to even get started.. you guys did absolutely nothing. No medicine, no we’re sorry, nothing. I went home crying because I was given nothing and we were in the same spot we were it. I was back to watching him suffer every second until he gave up. I will NEVER come back to you guys.

I didn't have an appointment and was worried I'd have to wait, they saw my dog instantly, and was very careful and caring. They are awesome. The staff was amazing and kept me up to to date on everything. The doctor was super nice took care of my dog helped me out alot.

We have had 3 visits at this Vet since moving here and every visit has been an excellent experience. From the front desk staff, nurses, assistants to the Veterinarians, every person is pleasant and demonstrates through good service their commitment and love for what they do. To show just how vested they are in good customer service, we had an experience that they handled with absolute professionalism and courtesy. I got an an appointment time mixed up and sent my husband with our dog on the wrong day to have a procedure. Instead of sending him and the dog away, the staff coordinated and the vet was able to perform the procedure that day. Even if they had not been able to see her the same day, the politeness and respect they showed us in handling the situation really made us feel confident we had chosen the right Vet. I highly recommend them for excellent customer service, excellent quality of service, and expertise in veterinary care.

We were new to the are and had yet to find a vet here. Our golden retreiver started to quickly show symptoms of something being very wrong. As soon as the office opened I was on the phone to try to get her in as soon as possible! The front desk staff that answered the phone was amazing and got us in right away even though lybee wasnt an established patient! The nursing staff was outstanding. So kind and loving to my girl. And the docs were amazing as well. We got some really bad news and ended up having to put our girl to sleep. I can not begin to tell you how tremendously kind and empathetic the entire staff was with us! Even days later we received a sympathy card with hand written notes from the doctor that was there with us and the nurse. Losing our girl was the hardest thing! But the staff here did their best to make sure we felt love and comfort! So thank you all!

This is one of the best vets to take your animals to. They are thorough and take their time with your furbaby. The facility is always clean. Staff have always been friendly to us. My dog has always come out of boarding safe and sound with no issues. I would recommend to pet owners who are not necessarily on a budget. Companion is certainly on the high scale of prices, but I feel like you get what you pay for here. I could not give them a 5 star rating because of the prices. I actually had to switch vets because I just couldn't afford to bring my pup here anymore

I love Dr Davis and the staff at Companion! They always put your pet's care above all else! My Bully was hit by a car, the Emergency Animal Center wouldn't see him because we didn't have $150 on hand to give them! Companion didn't care about the money! They gave our baby the best care and saved his life! They worked out a payment plan for us and continued to care for him. He's alive and well because of these wonderful people who understand how much our fur babies mean to us. If you need an excellent vet, you cannot go wrong with Companion!

Have lost some due to age and health problems. Dr. Cashwell was very compassionate and made the process easier with her love for her patients. ❤
