Very friendly staff that went out of their way to make my visits pleasant ones. They are far and away better than the facilities, attitude, and treatment that I have received repeatedly at the Montgomery VA! I will gladly forgo my travel reimbursement pay to drive the extra miles in order to receive superior treatment at Tuskegee.

Worst place on earth by far the most horrifying place. Lies and the over use of drugs. All mental heath providers are useless. Never want to hear your concerns but if you express anger towards your treat ment they will lock u up.

Got better in person service here than I ever did in active duty. Not the greatest with answering their phone though. Pharmacy is awful, probably because employees are doing this most of the day.

I have called a patient advocate for the past three days. Each time I have been caller number one but on Wed , hour and 10 minutes, no answer. Thursday hour and 25 minutes no answer. Today, I have been on hold already for 29 minutes, caller number 1 but no answer. I, called in a refill on Jan 30 and I am being told that the claim is still not filed. 16 days and completely out of medicine, but not one seem to care. Have called Pharmacy, but all I get is bad attitude. Worst service I have ever seen.
