We've been going to Camden Village for about 4 months now, ever since we picked up our puppy. It's been a great experience so far. Always easy to get appointments without much of a wait. The part we like the most is that they have a lot of very good advice as we're going through our growing pains with our puppy. And pretty much most of them have helped. The only slight negative is that they're a little more expensive than some other vets we've been to in the past, but we highly recommend them.

The entire staff treats your furry friend like it’s the only pet they are taking care of that day . My bulldog goes for his weekly bath and he can’t wait to go see his pals at Camden Village Animal Hospital. I shopped around for a vet that would love my dog ao much he was Excited for a trip the vet . Rob the bulldog is happy the moments he walks through the door and that says a lot. Usually animals are scared to go the doctor . Remember he’s a bulldog so he goes there a lot so if it wasn’t. Good place he would freak out . They have early hours too so I can drop him on my way to work and pick him up afterwards .

Dr. Stacy was at our previous vet's office. We missed her compassionate demeanor and complete explanations of everything that was going on with our dogs. Months later, when one of our dogs took a turn for the worst I decided I had to find out where she went. Dr. Stacy was her last hope. I found her at Camden Village Animal Hospital and she saw me immediately. Her whole staff was amazing! She took the time, that I know she didn't have, to spend with me and my dog to help me make the toughest decision of my life, letting her go. It was a devastating decision, but Dr. Stacy and her staff were so compassionate and sweet. I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. My other pets will be patients for life.

I cannot recommend this place enough. I came to Camden Village desperate for help as my fairly young cat was suffering sudden heart failure. I'd previously been a patient of another local Animal Hospital just across the way, but they were "too busy" to see my cat the morning his health was failing. Never again. Dr. Morgan Smith and her staff were absolutely incredible - hands down the best pet care experience in all my years. They were patient, kind, understanding, sympathetic, and offered wonderful advice for next steps. I called in hysterics and they said to come in, regardless of the appointments they had on the books, because they understood the severity of his condition, and I'm greatly appreciative of their effort and support in such a time. The hospital itself is inviting and warm. The exam rooms are huge - wonderful for your pet who feels intimidated in those small, uncomfortable exam rooms at other animal hospitals. I was so pleased with the doctors, staff, and the environment that I converted my pets and my parents' pets as new patients at Camden Village. Please, if you're in any doubt of your current provider, give these guys a call!

Having cats for the first time, we did not know much about how to take care of them and we asked some stupid questions. The vet answered our questions in detail patiently. They did a thorough inspection for our cats, and the babies were even more relaxed at the hospital than at home. LOL.

Boofy went in for an exam with Dr. Smith and to talk about getting his teeth cleaned. We arrived and were taken back right away. Once we were in the room we waited maybe 10 minutes. The waiting room and the room we had the exam in were very nice and new and clean. Dr. Smith was so nice and friendly and knowledgeable. She gave us a tour of the dental unit and answered all of our questions and explained everything completely. Also I'd like to say the receptionist (Julie) is top notch and the nicest person. We are scheduling in February to get his teeth cleaned.

We recently adopted a "spirited" German Shepherd who when we took to our personal vet, she wasn't as well received as our other playful pup and so we took her to Camden Village, where she was treated during her stay at the shelter and the staff there could not have been more patient and understanding with her. Our girl had a host of issues that needed to be tended to and they took great care of her during her lengthy stay. They encouraged us to call and check on her as often as we wanted and were eager to help us get our girl on the road to her new and healthy life. We cannot thank everyone who treated her and we will continue to take her back there for all of her veterinary needs.

I love Dr. Morgan Smith. She is so kind and caring with my dogs. I feel that the prices at Camden are reasonable and the treatment is excellent. They are very thorough but they don't recommend unnecessary tests to pad the bill the way a lot of veterinarian offices do. The vet techs and the receptionists at Camden are also wonderful. My Poodle, Julian, actually looks forward to his visits with Dr. Smith. He gets excited every time we pull up to the building. That's enough validation for me!

Started taking my sweet little dog, Franklin to see these AWESOME folks about 5 years ago. As a 'geriatric dog', it seemed like I was there a lot with one thing or another but they never once lost their patience with me (AKA: CRAZY DOG MOM) and were always very thorough/understanding/caring. Recently, I had to make the toughest decision ever to have my companion of 16 years put to rest. This office was NOTHING SHORT OF AMAZING. The vet (Dr. Hurst) was just as emotional about the decision as we were but gave me plenty of time to say good-bye, come to terms with, understand and process it all. I live in Woodstock but when the day comes for our family to have a new dog...I have NO DOUBT we will choose Camden Village Animal Hospital.

Dr. Hines and staff were awesome. Very clean and friendly place. They were attentive and supportive. I found a stray dog and they made themselves available to have the dog examined and gave immediate medical care. They provided great suggestions and offered support in case I couldn't locate the owner. Luckily I ended up finding the owner, but want to thank this team for their service, professionalism, and passion for animals.

I can not recommend this establishment enough!! They are EXPERTS and REAL PEOPLE. Story time! I adopted a new cat about 4 months ago. Since then, she has been a complete nightmare. Before adoption, she had irritated and dirty ears. First thing, we had her checked out by our vet. She tested negative for ear mites but was treated for them as a preventative. Her ears continued to get worse so we tried a different vet. They also tested her for ear mites, which SURPRISE, was negative. She was given a salve that I later found out was for ear mites. SIGH. Once again, we took her to a different vet. She was treated for an inner ear yeast infection. I thought to myself, FINALLY this will help! After about 3 weeks of religious treatment, my poor kitty was not getting better. In fact, she was getting worse. She was losing hair and destructively cleaning her legs and head. I took her back to the third vet to discuss my thoughts. I was suspicious she was developing ringworm! She was tested and given more medicine for the yeast infection. A week goes by and I wonder what the results were. Does she have ringworm?? I call the vet and they LOST THE SAMPLE. I am beyond mad. It has been about 3 months of treating this cat. 3 months with NO results and constant stress. Poor kitty. She was tested again. AND! The tests for ringworm came back negative! Phew, right? WRONG! She absolutely had ringworm. At this point, it was all a sick joke. I dont have to be a doctor to know that! She had circular patches of fur missing everywhere from her head to her tail. There were about 15 lesions in total. After a recommendation from the local shelter, we reluctantly visited Camden Village Animal Hospital. Review time! We brought my poor kitty in for the consolation. She was treated with love and kindness, showered with treats and scratches! She was immediately tested for a yeast infection, a bacterial infection, and ringworm. Before we left, she was started on a few medications and injections to get her stabilized while we waited for the test results. I cried. They took one look at this poor kitty and jumped into action. No time was wasted. Any question I had was answered with detail. I never felt so relieved to have answers! As you can imagine, having ringworm in your home is a nightmare. CVAH told me exactly how to help prevent my OTHER cat from contracting the fungus. We worked diligently and followed their advice. Knock on wood, ~1.5 months later, and my other cat is still healthy! My cat DID in fact have ringworm and a second degree bacterial infection. All of which could have been negated if the other veterinarians would have been more alert! After 3 months of this cat suffering from a serious developing issue, she could finally start to feel better. The staff from CVAH called every other day to check on my kitty. I loved this. They take pride in their community. Every receptionist who called was up-to-date on my cats issue and was willing to help out. My kitty is still on the road to recovery! She hit a few minor road bumps which CVAH handled quickly. I have absolute faith in these people. They are god-sent. I would recommend this establishment to anyone. In fact! I would even convince you to switch to their care immediately. After my poor experience with local vets, I will be coming here for the foreseeable future. They are extremely patient with you, as the pet parent. After spending close to $1,000 on my cat without prior results, I shared my financial frustrations with the CVAH staff. Before any treatments or tests, they would discuss the cost and possible alternatives. As a young adult, knowing an establishment is sensitive to your wallet is EVERYTHING. I was never surprised by a bill and never expected to do-or-die with a treatment. The staff is beyond superb. Anyway! 10/10 Love this place. You should too.

I've been going to Dr. Smith for several years and so appreciate the dedication and caring of the whole staff. She takes care of my 2 cats and a senior chihuahua I just adopted. She had cared for my Mom's toy poodle for several years before she passed in her sleep. I highly recommend Camden Village. I have been going there for several years now and are so compassionate and thorough. I recently had my chihuahua in for a dental cleaning and 5 teeth extractions. Dr. Hurst was so patient and nice explaining what teeth had been pulled, how it would affect her etc. I usually see Dr. Smith who is also wonderful!

UPDATE: I just brought Oban to Camden Animal for a grooming appointment when I learned my normal groomer was closed for the holiday. They did a FANTASTIC job! The groomer they bring in is amazing, very friendly, took such good care of Oban and he came out looking so dapper! Continually impressed by this vet!

I have taken my dogs to Dr. Morgan Smith since Camden Village opened. I am always greeted with a friendly welcome upon arrival or by phone and my dogs have had excellent care and attention. Dr. Smith listens well and has solved every issue that we have had. The clinic has state of the art equipment and is very clean. I have been to several other Vet Clinics in the area for over 25 years now and had OK experiences. When I got a new puppy 2 years ago, I decided to give this new facility a try. After my first visit, I knew I had found a new Vet to care for both of my dogs. I can sincerely say that we are receiving the BEST care ever and LOVE the relationships we have at this Clinic. I have also found their services to be significantly lower in cost!

Awful! The Vets in this clinic keep changing on every visit. Dr. Laura Buntrock and her assistant were literally playing tug of war with my 15 month lab to give him his vaccination, without realizing that the puppy was just scared and petrified. The assistant was pulling him by his leash and trying to grab him by his skin, whereas he could have been calmed down because this was certainly not his first vaccination and he has always been a very welcoming dog. Dr. Laura would have realized by the end of visit that Zach is a good dog as he didn't pick the treat from the floor. He waited for the treat to be offered to him by hand. This certainly is my last visit.

DO NOT go here if your pet has a serious or life threatening issue. Yes, they're very friendly here and yes, they can handle standard wellness visits, but they're incompetent when it comes to serious diagnosis. They misdiagnosed my dog three times over the course of 3-4 months. When I finally went to a reputable vet hospital to see a specialist, they quickly discovered the large tumor in my dog's urethra. I was then told my dog had a limited time to live because of this tumor. Thankfully, I am able to somewhat treat the tumor with a sever steroid to give her a little more time. I know finding the tumor when I first took my dog into Camden would not have changed the ultimate outcome, but it would have been nice to know she had this tumor sooner rather than later. I could have started treating her sooner. I could have started coping with the reality sooner. I could have had peace of mind sooner when my dog was struggling to urinate. I could have helped my dog be more comfortable sooner. It would have been very unfortunate had my dog's time run out during or very shortly after taking her to Camden because they were unable to diagnose her properly. I will just say that the folks at Camden are very lucky that did not happen and I did take my dog to a specialist to find the tumor before it was too late.

GREAT PLACE! Great care, great people, great prices. Used to take my daughters dog to a high priced vet in an old run down house on Nesbit Ferry road, Roswell. Got really tired of them way overcharging for minimal care and caviler service. Tried Value Care in Johns Creek, just a tennis ball throw away, and what a difference. The establishment is new and CLEAN and the personnel act like they are glad you came. The Doctor was knowledgeable and professional and the treatments(s) cost 1/3 of the same medicine/tests as the other Vet.

Took me 2 years after moving to find the right vet. My fur babies and I adore Dr.Morgan Smith. The staff also is very kind and friendly, my babies are 12 years old , never left anywhere before. Due to my male having medical issues he has to stay for hours at a time. I am more then calm knowing the dr. And staff love what they do and take great care of them.
