Dr.Pyle and the clinic staff are amazing. We recently had to put down our sick, 17 year old cat. They were very, very affectionate, caring, and gentle. They were understanding and were there to support our family trough the whole thing. They made the arrangements to have cremated, as well as returned to our family safely. They also provide care to our other family pets and are always great with them. I would definitely recommend Dr.Pyle and his staff to anyone.

Yesterday I took my dog Cody to get his leg look at cause he has a spot on his leg that he’s been licking for the last few months. Dr. Pyle goes oh it’s just a callus and he’ll be fine. Nothing we can do and charge $65! So I go back this morning and they fit him for a cone and give him spray and charge another $45. I said if we did all this yesterday it wouldn’t have to cost another arm and leg! They laughed and thought it was funny and cute!

I just moved into the area and called this clinic first based on reviews. I have a sick dog. This clinic completely blew me off, and when I asked if there was a local emergency clinic, I was told they open at 6 pm, and I should keep in mind they’ll charge me “an arm and a leg,” to see my dog. Hands down the worst, most unprofessional treatment I’ve received from a vet anywhere. Zero compassion. We are an Army daily who moves every couple of years. I’ve has to find a lot of new vets over the years. I absolutely won’t be using this one.

Very disappointed. This is the vet we have been using and now that we need them for our big boy who needs to be seen for an emergency I am told he can’t be seen till tomorrow at 4:30. Our big boy can barely walk and was seen while on vacation. A mass was found and he continues to get worse. I feel there was no concern for our big boy.

My bichon frise is over 15 years old and going blind from cataracts. I brought him in to get his nails clipped. I explained to the girl that he was old and nearly blind so I have to approach him softly and gently touch him so he knows I am there; otherwise he gets afraid and snappy. The two girls attempted to quickly cut his nails by holding him in an upright position while seated and cut one nail too short so that it bled. He was screaming and scared, tried to bite them and peed all over the place. He has never behaved in this manner before and I feel if they had taken some time and not placed him in a vulnerable position he would not have been traumatized. They need some training for elderly/blind dogs.

I had an emergency on a Friday morning, my regular vet wouldn't even fit me in...receptionist said for a 250.00 deposit, I could drop him off and they would TRY to get to him. I have been a faithful client for this vet since before she even had an office and was working out of her truck. With 6 dogs, 3 cats and many horses. I won't be back there, but Dr Pyle fit me in within an hour!! I will be changing vets today. I received excellent care with caring staff and Dr. Thank you Dr Pyle

Dr. Pyle is a thorough and thoughful vet who takes the time to find answers. I took my dog, Bindi, to Dr. Pyle for sinus issues. A previous vet had dismissed it as typical allergies. The problem had grown into a throat irritation, so I was looking for help. I wasn't Bindi's first owner, so I gave Dr. Pyle a long written history of the problem that had spanned most of Bindi's life. He read it carefully and encapsulated it in his plan to isolate the cause. We are still resolving each variable but I'm confident of the steps we have taken and that the desired result will be achieved in the end. The staff is also very pleasant and efficient. Glad I found them!

My dog was in distress and I needed a good veterinarian. There were no appointments available, so they allowed me to drop her off. Dr. Pyle is a great veterinarian, if he doesn't know the answer he'll tell you. His staff is wonderful they are so caring. It really makes you feel like your pet is in the best hands as if it's their pet too. We are lucky to have them in our area.

Dr. Pyle performed surgery on our yorkie's broken leg. Because the break was at a joint, Dr. Pyle warned us that Charlie might have a limp or chronic pain. That was 8 years ago, and Charlie has never shown any signs that he was ever injured. He runs and jumps and plays as if he's still a youngster.

My first experience was very good. I can not brag enough on the staff. The staff made us feel so good when we took our sick German Shepherd (Marco) to them. The care that they gave Marco was outstanding. Knowing that something was wrong with Marco and not knowing what was wrong with him was very worrisome to me. When Craig Bendickson DVM examined Marco he was very caring, concerned, and determined to find out what was wrong with him. I can keep going on and on about the staff. But if you have a very sick pet give them the opportunity to reach out to your pet because they are just outstanding.
