A good place to learn. There's a quite study area near the back entrance on ground floor.

The building itself is a little outdated but it works well for what it is. Most chemistry, math, general engineering, CE, EnvE, and ME classes. Any engineering major will get to know this building well. A new building to move engineering out of Otts is currently in the works.
