They fixed my car at a decent price, but when I wanted updates on my car I left multiple messages and was never updated /called back. I called multiple times and I had to actually wait till I caught her on a day she answered the phone to get a update on my car. So if you want updates I would just walk in and ask cause calling doesn't work very well. If you need a car fixed within a certain amount of time that probably won't happens either. It's kinda frustrating and even stressful but they they do have the best prices.

Very unprofessional. Very poor structure and if you enjoy showing up to class first day just to see the students outside and find out the administrators changed the time and days of the class without informing the students which happened to me two quarters in a row then this place is for you. I hope you enjoy youtube because that's going to be your only real teacher in about 90% of your classes and course work. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. AVOID THIS SCHOOL!! 0 stars.

I had the worst yet bet experience in CPTC cosmetology today. Prior two years ago I had a Brazilian no issues however this time I faced something traumatizing which I later on learned wasent a big deal thanks to their instructors. I am a true brunette and of course I had wanted a darker shakira type blonde hair. Previously I had done something lighter doing DIY with disaster out results so I came here thinking it would be safer than ever. (Not to mention more affordable) Came in got a free consultation. They tested my hair and I was ecstatic for the results. It was at least 1/2 the blonde I was looking for so far so good because I didn’t mind going back next month to do it again. So then I came back and they had proceeded to doing my hair no issues was on my phone enjoying myself until something was wrong. Somehow it turned red due to me prior dying my hair with black drugstore dye that has chemically effected the process of my hair lightening however it had been so long it didn’t really occur to me that it would have made that much difference. I wasent freaking out until another instructor came in because she could tell I was unhappy (it’s pretty obvious) and told me at this state if I wanted to get the blonde With the least damage it’s best to do it without the black dyes and to grow it out because of its contamination. At this point I was afraid I didn’t want to lose all my long hair after so many years of growing it. So I held myself from panicking (I still did) and proceeded to dye it back black. Yeah it didn’t go as planned but this was something out of their control and I didn’t blame a single person as to what happened. I was angry at myself for not predicting the worst but in the end of the day during the consultation everything was fine, she just so managed to pick a piece of hair that wanted to cooperate while the other 80% didn’t agree otherwise. At this point I was afraid and asked them to do it black. They accepted even knowing it would take time. And they did something they didn’t have to do. They REFUNDED MY MONEY and didn’t mind having me not pay for the black dye knowing the large amount of product I had used already. Something they didn’t have to do. Trust me they didn’t have to but they did it regardless. I was thankful also as another instructor who I remember was African American with beautiful blonde curly short hair spoke to me and reassured me about how my hair would be alright and would not have any get the damage I’m imagining because of the traumatic DIY I had done. Another voice of security I needed to hear. She checked up on me periodically because I have a feeling she knew what I had probably felt and reassured my color would be perfect. I felt bad the entire length of having them turn me blonde knowing I had it back black however they were very professional about it. It’s left asking without drying because I had to leave for work soon and they were okay. I hope those girl know I’m thankful for the effort and I was not mad at how this had turned out even with the microscopic amount of damage it took. After the bleaching blow drying and constant shampooing. I’m thankful and still am recommending my friends to go there even with what happened to me and my faults. This of course was the most agrivaringly (stressed myself out to much) but perfect outcome for this scenario. I thank the instructors and students handeling me like how they did. I will be going to order myself a frequent deep conditioning like she had the last instructor who saw me recommended. I learned a lot and thank you.

just wanted to let yall know this school is ignorant of student success... all the administration BUT the teachers and Bfet office , dont know what they are doing lol at one point i was asked to apply for a job their...why would i want to work for an incompetent school. they dont even follow their own rules and regulations and formal complaint process for the students. hear me out ...im for the students, but this "college" is not professional. the little girl at the lemonade stand is more professional. if i pay for some lemonade i want lemonade, not Lemons...with a 30 % ish grad rate this school will indeed piss off the citizens that attend it... not so much the teachers but i have a bullshit story for all of the 7 quarters i have been their...also, junkey equiptment, no sylabus for the last 4 quarters has been followed, the wharehouse is under construction so they took all the teaching equipment away from the teacher, he has no projector and hasnt been given the proper aauthority to do his job...they havnt helped him get what he needs for the students, one qurter the teacher showed Youtube videos all summer, then he started hiring students and using school / state equipment to go to jobs after school and make an extry dollhair, when i said somthing they said we cant just fire him. i said yeah you can dont lie to my face he hasnt been doing his job and what he was doing is ILLEAGLE ...thats the kind of addministration here...i dont have all day to to inform you. sincerelly, im a concerned citizen

I'm a Pastry Arts student at CPTC and I love it. They easily transferred my credits from my other college and were very quick to get me on the track to graduation. I'm very satisfied!

The classes here are alright. Depending on what program you're in, your equipment and training could be seriously outdated. If you go to financial aid prepare for it to be hit or miss. Sometimes they're mildly helpful, sometimes they hate you and are not helpful at all. Registration/Records ladies are amaaaazing. They're incredibly friendly and will help you with anything your heart desires. All in all not too bad for a technical college.

Love it here for learning new technology but as another reviewer mentioned, definitely not as a formal college. The grounds and facility are beautiful. I would suggest that you go to a regular college and take technical classes in addition to regular studies. However, compared with someplace like Devry, or other tech schools, this is much better.

I acquired my degree in Massage Therapy from Clover Park and I'm glad I did. Everyday in my career I come across therapists who are awed (maybe even a bit jealous) at the level of training that I have. There are few schools in this country that offer this kind of degree and this level of in-depth training in my field. I could not be happier with my decision to attend Clover Park. :) P.S. My instructor was Michelle Simpkins, L.M.P. She is a lovely, empathetic woman and a good friend to me now. :)

The Aviation course is very thorough, good teachers and a well maintained facility. Great place to get your A&P License.

After 2 quarters at this school I am ready to leave and never look back. 95% of the staff are rude (especially the financial aid staff) and they don't tell you anything you really need to know until it's too late. Both quarters My financial aid has been late because of a mis-communication on financial aid's part. 3 weeks in and I still can't get my books. Teachers are late to class or don't show up at all. Most people go here just for the money and it's all too obvious. If you really want an education to better your life, don't go here. Don't get sucked in by them being nice to you to get you in because once you're in and they got their money, they don't care about you anymore. It's treated more as a business than a higher learning institution. I'm researching more schools so that I don't have this problem again.

The comments giving 5 stars and praise are bogus. They are connected to the school. I give it 2 stars because it's better than Bates Tech.

I can vouch for what others are saying about the admin staff, especially the counselors. A lot of the time they really are unhelpful. I found financial aid staff to be pretty helpful though. If I needed answers to general college related questions I have given up on going to the admin staff and just talk to the instructors in my program. They were way more helpful. I am just completing the Computer Networking and Information Systems Security program and it rocks! I had prior IT job experience so I did a lot of research on schools and knew what I was looking for in a program, especially what employers are looking for/need in a job candidate and if you want to work in IT this program is one of the best in the entire state. You will learn about hardware repair, Windows OS, Server, Server OSs, Linux, Security, Networking, Virtualization. It is a very well rounded education. Several of the instructors also have outside work they do so they stay up to date on the latest trends and technology in the IT world so the program and curriculum stays very relevant. I do have to caution people though, this field is not for everyone, its not for people who want someone to hold their hand and show them every single step of the way. A lot of classes are hands on and you are often taught how to 'swim' by being 'thrown in'. That happens a lot in the real career world. The instructors are just trying to get you ready for that. Some fellow students didn't like that and felt they weren't getting a proper education. Just a thought... All in all: admin staff not the great, fin aid staff pretty decent, and once your enrolled in your program just ask your instructors.

I went to the information session today, and the basic workshop was okay. Then I went to the nursing session and was told how their courses work, it was quite informative. However when discussing what I wanted to do none of the nursing teachers knew what it was and recommended I go to advising. So I went to advising, where I signed up and was taken back immediately with a woman who was very unprofessional. She didn't introduce herself. I was the one who asked her how her day was going and she brushed it off. When I told her I want do CRA (Clinical Research Associate) she said "I don't know what that is, I don't know what program would suit you best." When I told her I was looking for a medical profession I can take overseas she took out the booklet I got at the workshop and opened it to the back and told me "Do your research." There was a computer right in front of her but she was simply pushing a booklet I already had. I was going to attend here for phlebotomy because it was less expensive. However I may end up elsewhere as this first impression left a bad taste in my mouth.
