I’ve dedicated 5 years to this school. The professors were probably the best thing about this school. If you’re in the School of Public Health you’ll love Prof. Scarpulla. She is probably the most influential and most caring professor I’ve ever had. The location is not the best. Parking was always an issue. Safety is also a concern. During orientation they teach on how to avoid rape.....so that’s not a good sign. The campus is pretty clean though.

Great school for media; communications; and Business majors (i.e. finance, marketing, accounting, economics, MIS, business management and entrepreneurship); good night life; excellent food; lots of educated black people. Be sure to watch out at night because campus police on bikes don't really do much. Also the school is very bad at helping transfer students obtain employment and internships.

This school is a joke. I Would never recommend this school. Some good teachers, but at this point Temple is just trying to make as much money as they can on their students.

Mediocre staff, most students are beyond rude and racist. Hard to find good parking! Classrooms are outdated with technology! Only thing this University cares about is it’s football team. Advisors don’t give good advice and teachers don’t really teach. CAUTION: Apply to a different school.

Temple is one of the major universities in Philadelphia and carries North Philadelphia on its back. It continues to grow and there's been non stop construction for years now. Safety issues? Yep. The school is trying to get with security offering a 24/7 shuttle from campus to surrounding residential areas where students reside.

I loved my time at Temple! They have really great resources! I liked that they have multiple campuses, because it adds to the experience if you're able to go to each one. I was able to go on a world tour (Mexico - India - Brazil) through the International Programs Office at the Fox School of Business. It really added to my education. The campus is extremely diverse so you really can make friends anywhere. The proximity to the University of Pennsylvania allows you to get an Ivy League education at a fraction of the cost.

Best decision of my young life!

Wonderful school with great professors! I graduated about 10 years ago, and the University has had several additions put in place to help students who live on/near the campus. For instance, there is a grocery store within walking distance and a movie theater on the campus. When I was in school, we had to take the bus or subway to get to most places. As an out of state student, I think Temple offers a great education at a competitive rate. My undergrad degree continues to take me far within my career today.

Had a nice visit by bicycle on the day when bikes can ride freely on North Broad St

I fell in love with the school since I was a second grader, when my mom took me with her to a meeting she had on the campus. These past 4 years has been some of the greatest moments of my life. Temple is a great value for the cost. Stay great owls!!

Excellence epitomized! The facilities are pristine and beautiful and this was only surpassed by the quality of care and the superior level of dentistry I experienced throughout the years I have been a patient. Thank you to the wonderful student dentists an staff. Highly recommended!

Worst school ever!! We had problems with registration and the advisor was useless , they put two classes that conflicted in time for seniors students who about to graduate .. This school gave me nightmares..

One of my proudest accomplishments in life is working my way through Temple University. I transferred from Villanova when I decided I wanted to major in Communications and a very honest advisor at V.U. said, "If you've been accepted into Temple's School of Communications and Theater, you need to go there. It's the best". He was right. (Temple is alot less expensive, too). Because I had so many credits in religion and philosophy when I transferred, that was my minor, and I am honored to have known. learned from and become life-long friends with the late Dr. Franklin Littell, Professor Emeritus of Religion when he died, and the world's foremost scholar on the Christian response to the holocaust. I had plenty of other fabulous professors there, as well, both in and out of my major. I went to school to learn - no time to party with working full-time - and Temple is known as a commuter school, easily accessible from all of Phiily's suburbs. I don't know about "campus food', and who cares, anyway, but the food trucks all over the campus had some of the most varied, affordable, and best-tasting breakfasts and lunches I ever ate. I am retired now, with a comfortable pension, and getting my degree from Temple made all the difference in the world in my career, the jobs I was offered, and all of my professional successes. It is a world class school in a world class city. Thank you, Temple University!

Temple has been nothing but a nightmare to me. I chose temple because it has great academics and it does! The classes and the support for classes is phenomenal, but what really makes this school miserable to me is everything else. This is just my experience and if you like partying and city life, this is a good school for you. But what has been terrible for me is the food, the health services and the overall campus itself. I live in Johnson and the nearby dining hall is j and h dining hall and it has the worst food I have ever tasted. The variety is non existent and the food thy do serve is not acceptable. I got sick eating the burger and because everything is so horrendous, I refused to eat their and I almost starved to death. When I went to get myself checked out after I vomited blood, the people at the health services told me to come in the next day when I told them I was vomiting blood and I had to have my mom come all the way from home to philly to take me to the local hospital where I had to have surgery and stay a few nights! If I did what they said and waited for the appointment the next day, I could have been in terrible shape! It scares me that the food services and the health services are practically worthless in this school because instead of trying to have fun, I'm more concerned with surviving the year! I have already decided that after this year I will transfer out because I can't take the lousy services this school offers. But like previously stated, this is just my experiences and the academics are wonderful which is why I chose temple. But don't expect decent food or care because u probably won't find it here. Sorry Temple but you just aren't for me

The level of violent people surrounding the campus needs to be explained to your children. Do not go off campus...

Temple is an excellent university. It is well respected throughout the Delaware Valley, Tri-State Area, and particularly in major Northeastern cities. Temple provided me with a top-notch education and a strong academic foundation allowing me to pursue some highly ranked graduate programs. I can't emphasize enough how great my experience as a Temple undergraduate was. Temple is very noble in its mission and boasts a diverse array of students from different ethnicities, nations, races, and socioeconomic backgrounds. I can genuinely say that Temple U is a wonderful university that provided me with an excellent undergraduate education and an overall great college experience. Lastly, Temple University is a sleeping giant as it is one of the largest national research universities in the United States.

Temple has an abundance of activities, clubs, and real world experience to offer its students. The school has a bad reputation for its location however, the surrounding area is truly much safer than most make it out to be. Just be smart and you'll be fine. I would never regret attending Temple. It has been the most fun and most important time of my life.

Graduated in 2008. Chose another place to go to law school, even though I got in. Mistake. Temple has been and will always be the crown jewel of acceptance, logic, and real world preparation in Philadelphia. None of the other universities in the city come close (I made the mistake of going to a different one for law school and ended up not finishing as a result). Took a class at Temple Law as a visiting student -- was 100% better than the classes I attended at the other school I chose. People were nicer, professors were more prepared, just the best experience I've ever had. Met some of my best friends here and will be thankful for life that I went instead of going Ivy as I wanted. Wasted so much money on private schools. Temple was a better education, better people and the best community experience in the city. I'm tough because of Temple. It made me who I am. OWL FOR LIFE.

I contacted these people ONCE.. and now I'm getting nothing but spam upon spam with no way to 'unsubscribe'. It would be cheaper to go back to my own college for grad school than to take them up on their "online courses".. which require you to stay at their facility for a week during "orientation". Most graduate programs will offer you tools and resources to ensure you'll get the best, but also have the opportunity to grasp a job upon completion. If you're looking for just the degree, fine. If you're looking for the degree and the possibility to meet contacts and have a shot at a job scouting you.. look elsewhere. From what I've experienced from just the contacting/information phase.. there is no way I'd trust these people with my money. Not to mention that none of the e-mails you get are directly through a representative nor can you respond back through that e-mail. If I'm sent an e-mail through a company, I want to at least be able to respond back directly to whom sent me that e-mail. Very low transparency = Temple University is hiding something. Do not trust.

A great university! A "Diversity University" in an urban and diverse setting. On the busiest streets of Philly. A vibrant campus where something is always happening. Great opportunities fot everyone. Loved it so far.

Attending Temple University has been one of the best choices I've made in my life. I transferred from Penn State, which is itself a fantastic school, and found Temple's urban campus to be a great fit for me. Temple offers great academics, internship opportunities, extracurricular activities, sports programs, a beautiful campus--which they are always building up to be even bigger and better, caring and highly educated professors--many of whom will give their personal numbers to students for any extra help they may need, and a friendly and diverse student body. Having been to two of Pennsylvania's flagship universities offers me good insight. While both schools are great, I don't think anyone can argue against the more clear advantage Temple enjoys over Penn State: its geographical location. Having its main campus located in the heart of Philadelphia provides a wealth of opportunities for education, student life, internships, cultural experiences, and employment opportunities. I've enjoyed Temple so much I'm planning on sticking around for another three years to attend Temple's highly ranked Beasley School of Law. --Just one of the nearly 10,000 proud graduates of Temple University's Class of 2017!

Amazing college experience! I wouldn't trade my experience at Temple for anything in the world. The students are fun and friendly, the campus is beautiful and close to Center City, and I have had a great overall experience.

All female clerks have an additude and act like they’re too busy to help patients. Need to learn how to communicate with us! Catch additudes when you’re confused on what is suppose to happen!

Everything is good except for the parking.

Temple Made! The school is in a great location in Philly with easy access to everything the city has to offer. Campus is lined with some of the best food trucks in Philly. Temple's student resources are excellent and improving. The facilities are currently being upgraded. Overall, I had a great experience with my undergrad.
