I attended this school for their computer security and forensics program. It was almost pointless. Almost every teacher treats you like a child. They expect you to know everything before you step into the classroom, so when you ask questions they all act like you are stupid. This teaches students to shut up, write down their questions, and ask them of the internet when they get home so that they don't feel embarrassed in class. It has a very bad atmosphere to it. I agree with ICVideo completely. It feels more like a vocational school and not a real college. The degree is expensive and actually useless in the world. getting the degree in security is pointless if you don't get the administration degree as well because most places are going to start you off in low level it not security. They teach you all of the security aspects through administration anyway, so the only difference in the degree is that you get the secutiry+ cert if you go through it too, which is cheaper to get without the degree. They lie about prices, the book store prices are pure extortion, and the student services people are just plain rude. They are a service industry. we are paying them. they treat you like they might not let you come back next quarter. well if i'm paying 30+ thousand dollars to be here, you need to be a little bit more respectful. they lie and will tell you that the credits wont transfer anywhere. Financial aid will tell you something different every time you go in there. The admissions officers have no idea what they are talking about. I've heard that if your going for graphic design, this is a great school. but if your going for IT, don't bother. you can get a better education elsewhere cheaper. You have to pay very close attention to your payments because there will be magical charges not listed on your original tuition. The computers are all at least five years old. where does our money go if not back into our education?
