The school is really neat and unique with very kind, well-intentioned people running it. The "meditation as a way of life" and "consciousness-based education" is really amazing. I spent over three years at this college. I served as Student Body President, founded several clubs, and was a very active member in the school activities department. The quality of education, however, lacks greatly. In my heart of hearts, sad as it makes me to say against this really unique place, that I could have (aside from very few features) gotten a college education of this level from watching YouTube videos. I found there to be no competitive, real-world applicable models to gear me for real-world success. The labs were deplorable and barely existent. There were no helpful school organizations, career-oriented, or intensive educational programs. The courses and professors provided a fun college experience, but, certainly not an overall valuable one. Many departments have old, run-down equipment and facilities and are running on steam. Very sad. I stayed because of the people. Now, having been out for four years, I find it was a bad decision altogether and would not recommend it for those wanting to go to college for career or educational purposes as a focus.

MUM is a very good school with very knowledgeable professors. It is located in one of the peaceful areas in USA. It is very cold in winter, but I never experienced summer time yet. The school is fully accredited, and lots of financial aids are usually given for international students for master of computer science students. You can graduate with merely 3k (USD) or a little more. Unbelievably, you can never find such a good school in USA. Meditation is awesome, helps you a lot. Admission office is great a help in all kind of matters, ranging from admission to on-campus issue. They are also very gentle. However, food is not very good, if you are not a veggie guy, of course. Always, you need to eat some veggie food that tastes awful, which I hate the most or you gotta go 4 miles away to have pizza. Study is in a very fast pace, which you can barely learn something scientific. You just learn the techniques but not science. Sometimes how well you learn one particular course depends on what professor teaches the course. Some professors are very experienced and knowledgable but can't explain well, some of them are a bit lazy, some very sensitive, at least it is my experience. If you are a beginner, your purpose is to learn and improve your CS skills, MUM is not suggested, because one month one course means if you are not good enough on that particular course you will be jammed with lots of information and at the end of the day, you remember nothing but if you have very good experience but you are international a student looking a way to get in USA and your sole purpose is to find a good job to work for in USA, MUM is strongly suggested. Overall, you can enjoy and have fun in MUM. Life is good. Fairfield is one of the peaceful and a relaxing city I have ever found in USA.

I've hired a few people from this school. The quality of education must not be very good because these people had resumes that looked good, but they couldn't really do the work. I've since read that they're taught that they can "absorb" knowledge via some kind of osmosis concept, which is patently absurd given the complexity of the work. I have no knowledge of the school itself and don't claim to -- I'm only providing my experience having hired two or three people from this school who "looked very good on paper."

Excellent university. All the courses you take are professional and very useful in your career. They prepare you in all aspects of life. Staff are very friendly and caring and tuition is fair, once you start working you pay it off pretty quick. I had so many friends for life that I got from there. I also refereed many friends, family members and others who are already successful from the program.

This is a unique university. You can find the most friendly faculty and students here. The atmosphere is peaceful and happy. I studied MSCS here, and the quality of education is excellent. More universities should follow suit, and start incorporating meditation to their learning experience.

This school is truly one of the greatest places on earth. Such a supportive community here in Fairfield. The teachers are incredible and one of a kind. I highly recommend this university to anyone wanting to get a really great education in not only their area of interest, but in life and consciousness. MUM has changed my life, I finally opened my eyes to the beauty of life and that is because I came here. I can't emphasize enough on how amazing this university is. It is truly special.

This school is run by some truly bizarre and unstable people. Do not attend or allow your kids to attend here; it's not just a waste of time and money, but it's also a waste of life. It will ruin your life, and damage your ability to think rationally and engage the real world, it is almost like a cult. The only department in the school that even functions somewhat properly is the computer programming department, and it is practically a separate entity. Nonetheless, even the computer programming department regularly turns out failures and incompetent students. It's best to not even consider this school, and I don't even feel right calling it a "school". It does not give a student any valuable skills or credentials, it does not teach them how to engage life in the real world or do anything practical, in fact it does the opposite. The professors here are mostly foreigners and filled with neo-Marxist sentiments and general hatred for America; mostly they just impart socialist dogma to their students and anti-capitalist rhetoric. The Sustainable Living department is a joke, all they do is engage in disconnected rambling and wishful thinking about green energy, but they don't train students to actually work with renewable energy technology in the real world. Most of the students who attend this school are foreigners, so they are truly getting a bad footing for life in America and they are being filled with anti-American sentiments, they are basically being taught to hate American culture and capitalism, so it is very plausible that this school will be an outpost for violent radicals in the future. Most of the American students are drug-addicts and they pay very little attention to their "studies". It really is the worst environment for young people. DO NOT send your kids to this school. They will be filled with mysticism and superstitious thinking, and a lot of anti-capitalist dogma, but nothing else. As one might expect of a socialist institution, this university is always low on funding and on the way to bankruptcy, and the appearance of the campus reflects that. They are actually very close to losing their accreditation as well. They don't pay their own staff and faculty livable wages. Over 70% of the students who attend MUM do not graduate or stay at the university.

Whatever words I use, that will be insufficient to explain what I got from this University.
