Visited Mt. Vernon and Cedar Rapids. Cornell Campus tour with my twin daughters and felt a positive discernment, friendly atmosphere, diverse faculty and programs. Looking forward to visiting while they are in school and graduation.

Not Safe! College allowed a woman abuser to graduate from school after receiving only a one year academic suspension. Allowed V to attend school while victim was still a student. They allowed him to be a part of the wrestling team and graduate with no notes for future employers to be aware of the situation.

I graduated from here and I have nothing bad to say. I enjoyed my experience. The best part of Cornell is the One Course At A Time structure. The overall environment is great too. I was part of a social group/fraternity that enriched my experience as well. It might not be perfect for everyone, but I’d recommend anyone looking at colleges to at least look into and consider Cornell.

As a 1964 graduate of Cornell, you'd think that most of the experience would have, uh, aged. Well, it hasn't. In fact, it has grown in a most perculiar way. The facets of what I learned--drama, English Lit, poetry, socialization--all have stayed with me or amplified themselves over time. Their value, their substance and their timelessness have only ripened. I can trace my adult enthusiasms back to the hilltop and feel how they have grown inside me. If tis is the kind of education you desire, if this is the way you want four years to become invested in your life, choose Cornell. Believe me, you won't be disappointed.

Cornell College has a pretty cool little campus. I was here for a track meet and it was a pretty nice track facility for outdoor. The one issue I had was the train tracks and the very fast/loud trains that come by on a regular basis. If I were not there for track, it would have been interesting to watch the trains.

Applied for a job here, they never got back to me. I followed up two times and ignored me. A simple "we are no longer hiring" would have been sufficient. Pretty disrespectful for a college to work this way.

Had 4.0 in high school, national merit scholar, 35 ACT, and placed in the google science fair. Applied binding Early Decision, thinking this was Cornell University (You know, the Ivy league school). It wasn't until I accepted the offer, that I realized i had applied to the wrong Cornell and it was too late.

This institution has great professors but staff and care for students needs much improvement. I was in a car accident late 2016 and so I was disenrolled to avoid unnecessary tuition fees during the 2 months I was in the hospital and when I returned to the college hoping to reinstate my enrollment I was told I would not be able to until my balance was covered in full. I begged the school to tap into school funds and help me and my request was denied, instead the school raised money to renovate the football field. I also was told that since I was not a student I was unable to reside in my old dorm room, despite the fact that all of my clothes and belongings were being held in there. Having no place to go I had to stay in friends dorms until the earliest flight home a week and a half later. I did not have money and was not given a meal pass so I would have to settle for snacks throughout the day to get by. After about 5 days of staying with friends I explained my situation with a resident Assistant (student friend of mine) and they allowed me to stay in my room. I had a broken back, hip, pelvis, and hand from the accident along with nerve damage in my left leg and two dislocated shoulder cuffs. I contacted a church and they held my items for me for a year because I had no way of getting them home. Mice got into two boxes and I lived off of a duffel bag full of clothes because the school offered no assistance to me in my time of need. I reached out at least two times after this and was refused aid yet I kept receiving tuition statements in the mail. Send your children somewhere that is willing to care for them For the professor's who care For an institution who's main concern is money
