The quality of the education that I received at Illinois at the College of Commerce (the old name) was excellent. You worked your tail off and a lot was expected of you but in the long run it prepared you for the business world. I taught junior college and at a state school on the east coast in the 1970's as an adjunct instructor and the student population was inferior to the students at the U of Illinois. As a CPA and business consultant with 40 years of experience I matured and grew while at Illinois. I would not give it up for anything.

The College of Business at U of I is great. The new building (BIF) is top-notch, and the professors are engaging and experienced. I'm confident that the COB is setting me up for success.
