The most beautiful campus with mountain backdrop. Amazing building architecture.

Student Alexander Kohn

It was amazing. Went there for 4 years and had A great time. Great education and sports.

Yu Wang

Beautiful campus full of knowledge! Unique style of building walls. There are many different kinds of food choices in cafeterias.

Julia Manchester

Ridiculously expensive, advisors are little to no help, the stearns dorms need to be re-done, and everyone cares about partying. Little to no diversity, and the food is quite awful.

Mumu Torres

Beatiful campus, courteous staff, and an awesome city! We visited CU and walked around the campus just to admire how massive the campus was. Tucked in the mountains of CO, the campus alone feels like a small town rather than a school. We checked out an art exhibit, rode some bikes, saw some football practice, and took in the outdoors lifestyles of the locals. Room for improvement: A more guided visitors guide outside and within the campus.

If you didn't attend CU Boulder like "Vishnu J."'s bad review, then you can't be one to say that it's a bad school. You're probably just mad they didn't accept you. I've been to many college campuses and CU Boulder is by far the nicest one. It's one of few that kept its architecture theme throughout the entire campus, which by the way is from Tuscany. It was the best years of my life and would do it again in a heart beat. Great student government, great programs, great classes, and a few weird professors here and there.

Lennae Seevers

Scenic views, but the students there are awful to opposing fans.

Kirby Michael Wright

A great school for a writer-to-be! It serves as the backdrop for my MADE OF STEEL chapter in my forthcoming Coming of Age book. The varied activities and the dorm experience were terrific. Plus, I was one of the original streakers on campus back in the day.

Derrik Dyka

Did a college visit summer 2018 with my twin boys. The campus is beautiful and the immediate area around it is fantastic. No students there yet, but the location made a major impression on 2 potential applicants!

Will Burris

Really beautiful campus. Open to walk around and see it for yourself at your own pace. Stadium has a wonderful view, and the grounds/facilities are well kept.

Luna & Co.

Beautiful Campus! The hospitality by the students was unbelievable. I wish I was a student here!

Chris Lehr

Been coming to games for decades. Always a great time.

John Carrico

Attended a conference here; Great campus, staff, and facilities. We stayed in the dorm rooms and ate at the cafeteria, which was very convenient and relaxing.

Karla Anm

Beautiful and well-coming campus.

AZ Dave

Visited the Boulder Campus for an ASU vs Colorado football game. Colorado prevailed

Alyssa Evans

As a non-traditional student I've enjoyed the opportunities and flexibility in classes so I can continue working and have had great feedback from staff and the Continuing Ed office

TinyChild

I didn't like this school AT ALL. Horrible education. The teachers weren't even focused on teaching us most of the time. Campus is really small. Way more expensive then CSU. If you're thinking about going here, DONT!

Derrick D'souza

Best 2 years spent!

UCB UNIQUELY AND COOPERATIVELY MET MY NEEDS FOR 11 YEARS. HALF MY COURSES COULD HAVE BEEN TAUGHT ON LINE. I EMPLOYED WORK STUDY. GOT GREAT VALUE. NO DEBT.

Eladio Yanez

From my experience talking with my girlfriend, the flaws in University are very apparent and incompetent. The community surrounding certain programs (such as computer science) are toxic and most people stick to their group. The general workload within certain fields is absurd, the way the university handles students class schedule is poorly done.

Bridger Keally

Im a freshman here in the Leeds Business School and I am having the time of my life. Amazing academic content, faculty, and resources. Not to mention the amazing culture and people. Lots of fun.

Chase Pennoyer

Minor concerns about the school's prioritization of sports over academics but overall it was a great experience. I also got a job right out of school so that helps.

Kristy Robinson

a really beautiful campus. love seeing the mountains in the background.

Ainur Zhadrassyn

This place had a great impact on my life during my visit in 2004. I was in love with this University.

Harmony Johnson

I really enjoyed the programs offered to students here. The staff are very caring and the campus is so beautiful. I love how many events we have availible as well as different student organizations. I am sad that I have to transfer to a different school in AZ because I had to move but I will always be a buff at heart.

Newsha Makooi

Gorgeous campus right at the foothills of the Rockies. Great programs and highly respected university. What else might you want?

HART DAVID

Enjoyed meeting Dr. Johnathan Bravman. Concurred with part of his recommendations, his knee stability assessment- not so much...Then again, it's hard to turn off 'involuntary gaurding' in the presence of greatness, lol. Not sure how I feel about being knifed while unconscious, also not sure that he thinks it's necessary, oh well. In all seriousness: Goodness, what an incredible facility this place it is...What an incredible staff. Hope for more there, e.g. massage, deep tissue, etc., someday soon. And, to think I was here for a Sooners game back in the day with some of the other Boulder bubble verts...('locals'). Sure glad mom went to this medical school (Denver). - Still a fan... Hart CPT

Alex Simic

Coolest looking campus i ever been to. Maybe if i went to college here i wouldnt have dropped out haha

Tanner Soykok

If you're not in the Business or Engineering school you're wasting your time and money. Zero exposure to companies outside of those fields, and the career counseling is a joke. Seriously, If you want a job right out of college you're screwed unless you're in one of those two programs (even a STEM degree from the A&S college is close to useless). Also no matter what anyone tells you, your study-abroad credits will not transfer. And lastly, 75% of your classes will have 200+ people in them. The quality of education is severely lacking, but if you're just looking to party until your parents stop giving you money this is the school for you.

Ahmed Alharby

Beautiful campus that was built on top of boulders

Ash Darbin

I went for the taming of the shrew and it was amazing and all but I got a "parking warning" (no fine) for parking in a lot with a posted sign that says the paid parking or whatever is not enforced past 5pm. I arrived at 7:30 pm. Are you serious? Surely you don't need to patrol parking lots when you're not even enforcing the goddamn paid parking.

Tim R.

Famous for its lack of parking and draconian crackdown on 420 gatherings, the University of Colorado is a perpetual middle top tier denizen in the Playboy rankings, which is more than I can say for its academic ranking. Though there are occasional pockets of excellence, the corporatization of this once noble University has rendered it bland and toothless. Maybe someday they will drop football and get serious about academic excellence, but the tail continues to wag the dog at CU.

Dear whoever it may concern, I feel absolutely crushed by reading different e-mails from the university. The admissions team lack understanding between them and especially the woman that I had a conversation with on the phone. I asked her for her good name and she replied with "have a good day" in the rudest tone I have ever heard. The school might be rated well with a decent academic record but they are extremely rude and do not know how to treat people. I hope this matter is taken seriously because it's a shame for a university of your level to treat any human in this manner. Kind regards, Will Newham.

Sam Vier

This school cares about the bottom line only. Education is not a priority. Switching instructors during a class multiple times and administering exams that are not consistent with the class syllabus are common practices. Veterans being denied the same class opportunities that other students have is a perfect example of this schools priorities.

Mohamed Adil

Best school in Colorado and nothing beats the flatirons view.

MANGLE XOXO boi

My alma mater and always my second home

Oluwaseyi

Beautiful campus right in the heart of Boulder downtown.

David Boxall

A must visit if in Boulder. Wonderful buildings, park area, close to the hill for shops and restaurants.

Amanda Horst

We visited campus to attend an event at the Planetarium, as well as the Observatory. We had time to kill while waiting for the Planetarium to open so we rented bikes from a nearby kiosk and rode around campus. The campus is extremely clean and inviting, and is very bike friendly! It sits at the base of the mountain, so it is very picturesque.

I actually got my degree here in Environmental Studies a few years back. I ended up taking classes through the engineering department this year and it was then I realized the quality of teaching had drastically fallen. In the fours years I attended, at least in one class each semester, there was a professor that really gave the impression she/he cared about the students. In the engineering department or maybe this is the direction the university has taken, there was not one teacher that really cared about their students. The problem lies with both the professors and the university. The university hires professors based on their research (aka money) each will provide (as more than one professor has explained). Then these people are required to teach classes. So the majority of them do the bare minimum to present the material to students as their research is more important. Thus many "professors" do not have the drive to teach their students. This is incredibly prevalent in the engineering department. It was a bit deceiving at first because the engineering department boasts quite a few accomplished, world renowned researchers, but they are just that, researchers, not professors. I actually passed my courses this semester, but I chose not to pursue a degree at this university. I'm a tad bit surprised at how far the university's standards have fallen since I've graduated. If you don't believe me, check the top 100 universities world wide for each degree offered; the University of Colorado at Boulder fails to make the majority.

Tanya Cardwell

Fabulous Colorado university with a beautiful mountain back drop. Close to Denver, a major city. And the town provided a nice school / life / job balance.

Mandip Goswami

Beautiful campus amidst the mountains ! Very close to wonderful hikes and trails. A small drive away from Rocky Mountain National Park. A highly renowned Engineering school too.

Rrari Kahn

The best campus and university in the world!!!

Kristy Whyte

I enjoyed a campus tour from a friend that studied there.

Neil DiMuccio

I went to CU for grad school and CSU (Fort Collins) for undergrad. The difference between them is night and day. Seriously - take a day and tour each campus. I'll be amazed if CSU doesn't feel more welcoming, vital, and interesting to you (and/or your children). Some good things happen at CU academically, but they happen in spite of the administration and the toxic environment on campus, not because of it. Avoid.

Dan E

My first and only visit to this beautiful campus was from running in the Bolder Boulder 10k. Sprinting into the stadium for the finish was an amazing experience!

Matthew Moore

Great academics in the most beautiful town I've ever been to. For the most part, Boulderites are pretty cool, relaxed, easy-going, and interested in diversity. The student population can be poor at times but it's all a matter of finding the right people and I'm proud to say that I did.

Albert Race

Sub-optimal

Student Charles Timmons

amazing collage

Mike Baldason

I m working there

Hassan Barzani

University of Colorado at Boulder is a beautiful campus. Boulder is one of my all-time favorite college towns as well. Can’t wait to make another visit soon!

Jack Rapture

The students are over privileged little brats that know nothing about the real world.

Ethan Irwin-Student

I think the school is overall ok, but the racial ethnicity can be expanded

Sam Pressprich

Beautiful campus with a unique and breathtaking Rocky Mountain backdrop. For the most part, top notch facilities and excellent professors.

Emily R

Beautiful campus. Must see if you’re in Boulder.

Student Chase Pearson

worst school ever torchered me and techers are awful

C S

The school is substantially more concerned with promoting false political propaganda than actually educating students. Save your money and put it towards an education you can use

Maria K

Good school #96 in US (US news)
