We enjoyed our stay at the Outpost in Jackson Hole. The home was in a good location in Jackson, close to Snow King. The welcome gifts were a nice touch, as was the email with a list of local events for the week we were staying. There was a great supply of dish soap, laundry detergent, paper towels and toilet paper for our group of 7, and we were able to host family for meals, which was nice.

Great view from our patio. Condo matched the pictures. All expectations met or exceeded. Great location near Snow King. Areas for improvement are: 1. Better linens. Not terrible but there is room for an upgrade based on price charged. 2. Water pressure in the showers is not great. The bath tub pressure was fine.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Thimbleberry condo. Great location for all our summer activities in the area. The unit was quiet and clean. Very peaceful. We even had a deer come to within 20 feet of our patio door one morning. Outpost was very accomodating and kept us well informed in advance of and throughout our stay.

The unit was perfect for our needs -- it was so nice to have a grill and a full kitchen. The location was convenient both to the start of the Grand Teton Half Marathon -- and the park for day hikes. My only complaint was that the people above us obviously did not read the "quiet time - after 10pm" in the binder that was left for us. They were literally RUNNING around at 3am!!

Everything was perfect. We loved the "extra" welcome gifts and the unit was clean and furnished beautifully. We had an amazing week and it was the perfect distance from the park entrance and downtown Jackson. It was quiet and we even had two moose walk outside right past the parking lot. It was nice to have cable with all the channels and also nice to have soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc supplied. We plan to come back and will stay in this exact unit.

We stayed at Wind River 7 and really enjoyed our stay. The kitchen was well-stocked for cooking for a large group. The beds were clean and comfortable. Our family enjoyed playing basketball and having access to the pool. We would surely stay here again.

We stayed at the Tuckaway house in Teton Village. We loved the location and the staff at Outpost was great to work with. The house was really clean and the welcome treats were a nice touch. Our only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom was really hard and all the pillows in the house were really hard. But when I mentioned it to the Outpost staff they sent over a new mattress topper for the King bed and some new softer pillows. It made a huge difference! We also saw a moose and a bear from the house during our stay. It was a wonderful trip! We would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at Moose Creek 13 and it was AMAZING! Beds super comfy, location incredible(ski in side lift out), hot tub was a little dated, but still great to get into after snowboarding all day. The 3 bedroom 4 bathroom home was HUGE! All the necessities we needed were there and Outpost crew was in constant communication to see if we needed anything. I would definitely stay with them again!

This review is for Teton Shadow South Teton F. The Condo was clean and well appointed. My family was very pleased with the accommodations. One morning we actually saw a moose out the living area window and a deer family a number of times The Outpost crew was extremely easy to work with when booking the unit. We had no issues while we were staying there so, I don't have any experience during that time. Outlook was continuously in contact and checkout was a breeze. Next time I'm in the area, I'll be contacting Outpost.

The check-in process was super easy and when we walked into the house, they had soft lights and music playing for us. It made us feel like we were more than just renters, but rather, welcomed family. The house was very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed while we were there. The beds were comfortable and even though there was no A/C, we really didn't miss it. The one time I needed something, they responded right away. They are easily accessible and Outpost's customer service was amazing. The house had a hot tub which was a nice bonus and it was a short walk to Teton Village. We would definitely stay there again!

We recently stayed at One Town Hill, #507 for 6 days. The accommodations were perfect, the latest gadgets and appliances in the kitchen to making your meals similar to cooking at home. The unit came complete with plenty of linens to not have to worry about laundry, even though the unit had a new washer and dryer. Also checked out the fitness center on site, plenty of equipment if so inclined. The unit also has garage parking to keep you covered loading and unloading. The location at the foot of the ski lift was made for enjoyable views of the deer in the fields and the mountains on the sky line. Walking distance to the restaurants, bars, and shops. Short drive up to Teton Ski Resort and Mountains. Airport is less than 15 mins. away. I would recommend staying at One Town Hill and will look to Outpost in the future.

Our family recently stayed at Foxtail Lodge, Moose Creek #22 in Teton Village. It was a wonderful home! Roomy and every bedroom had an en suite bathroom! Everyday we enjoyed the privacy of the outdoor patio, upper deck outdoor space and hot tub. The beds were very comfortable and it was just a terrific house for a family vacation. The outpost crew had everything we needed ready when we arrived and provided helpful information regarding the community activities....all in all it was an awesome trip and great home to stay in! We highly recommend it!

The units were spacious, wonderfully provisioned, modern. One of the units availed themselves of the food stocking feature as well as arranging cribs and other kid stuff; again, everything was perfect, timely and professional. Jackson Hole is a regular get-a-way for us. It all started many years ago, we owned and operated restaurants and came up to help the Bar J's with a yearly event. Since then we have made this a yearly stop. We have stayed many places in the area, but working with Outpost to stay at Crystal Springs was not only a great team effort to make sure we were accommodated to and our needs were well taken care, but Crystal Springs was a very nice place to land! The place was clean, well stocked, and very much like being in our own home. And the support staff at Outpost was just terrific! We had a wonderful experience at Sleeping Indian. Loved that Outpost supplied us with the basic necessities (shampoo, lotion, body wash, trash bags, dishwashing tablets, etc). The best was the Nespresso and the pods! A very nice touch. Only downside - the walls, floorboards are super thin and you can hear everything happening above you. Not a fault of Outpost ... Location was perfect! We were very highly satisfied! We had a few questions while there and the staff responded very, very quickly. A plus when you are a renter.

Overall, our stay was wonderful! We loved the location, the space with its modern touches, and the natural light, which was perfect for getting our hair and makeup done the morning of my wedding! The welcome amenity with snacks and coffee were a great touch as well! The only thing I would recommend is providing more than 2 rolls of paper towels or ones with a higher sheet count as we went through those quickly and had to go purchase more. Other than that, everything was perfect - thank you, Outpost!

Sliding screen door torn and ripped off, Gas grill with no safe way to light (had to find matches), bathroom fan not connected/working, sauna - but said closed/out of order, chair(s) broken and afraid to sit in safely. Beds were pretty soft/uncomfortable. Like I said, little things, but enough that I would recommend fixing to get better rating. (Teton Shadows South Teton A)

We loved our stay in Dogwood 2722. It was a very stylish, comfortable condo with everything we needed and much more (2 dozen wine glasses!) The proximity to the town of Jackson, Grand Tetons NP and Teton Village was great, yet the location was quiet and tranquil. Great property management company to rent through - not only was the property in perfect condition, but during the weeks prior to the trip we received helpful communication about the other services they offer. Had some of their arrival packages (some grocery items and snacks) sent over before we checked in - a real time-saver that helps you settle in quickly. When we let them know we were missing a few items that had been advertised, they brought them over to the unit within about 30 minutes. Great people.

I stumbled upon Outpost when looking for a new vacation home for my family reunion in Jackson Hole this summer. All I can say is that the 5 star review is not sensationalized and if I could give it 6 starts I would based upon my family's experience with this company. First off they have exceptional customer service (very responsive, organized, and go above and beyond). Second, the amenities they provided (guide services, restaurant recommendations etc.) were second to none. Third, the house was stunning inside and out; spotlessly clean, looked better than the photos, and fit the description online - exactly what we were looking for. I felt like we had our own private home for a week with a white glove concierge (Outpost) by our side. If you are contemplating a vacation home in the Jackson Hole area, please do yourself a favor and book through Outpost, you will not regret it. Looking forward to coming back!

Our stay at the Wind River condo was wonderful. Check-in and checkout procedures were simple and clear, plenty of information was provided about the area, and the condo itself was exactly as advertised. The kitchen in particular was extremely well-stocked with cookware, which if I had realized ahead of time meant I might have brought some recipes to cook dinner! The Teton Village area was a great one to stay in, Jackson is close, and in short it was a great place for my family. Outpost made things very easy.

We recently booked a our first ever stay with Outpost. The Condo in the Teton Village area was really nice. We were greeted by a moose our first morning there! The kitchen was pretty well appointed and the bedrooms were spacious. I will say the twin beds were not the normal size twin beds in our unit as they were quite small. You cannot beat the location and proximity to all things GTNP. The Outpost staff was great to work with and very helpful throughout the process.

We appreciated the refillable shampoo, bath gel, etc instead of the wasteful sample size bottles. The communication tablet was awesome and they responded to our inquiries every time. We are looking forward to our next rental with them in December when the whole family goes!

Our stay at One Town Hill 507 was very nice ... at the base of Snow King Resort with a view of the Tetons out one side and a small grove of cottonwoods out the other, heated floors in the bathrooms, elegantly decorated, plenty of room, comfortable beds, and we had everything we needed. Loved having the list of upcoming events and the restaurant recommendations were spot on. Only thing is wish we had two keys but I think it was a new unit so maybe they are working on that. We enjoyed staying at Geranium 2622. It was clean and welcoming. Checking in and out was very easy, and the welcome gift was greatly appreciate. We were consistently updated throughout our stay. A storm passed through, and the electricity went out. We were quickly emailed regarding the status. The lack of electricity allowed us to enjoy the light show outside and have a relaxing night. They have an "iPod" filled with features the provide recommendations. My family loved it. Note: we did have some bites on our feet after sitting outside. In the morning, I checked and there were some spider webs on the patio, so it may help to wipe the cobwebs out between stays.

Very lovely property staying at Hollyhock in the Aspens. It was my parents' first time staying in a rental instead of a hotel on a trip, and they only want to do rentals for future trips now. The kitchen was awesome and included everything we needed to prepare our meals, which was so nice as we didn't have to go out to eat and could just relax after a long day of sightseeing. The staff at the Outpost were great with communication, and we felt very comfortable during our stay; they even sent a checking-in email halfway through our stay that included a brief summary of some fun events around town that we might be interested in. Only minor issue was the two small beds in the main area are a thin mattress on a wooden board, and my back ached every morning after sleeping on it; ended up sleeping on the couch, which was much more comfy. But I'm old and with back problems, so mileage will vary depending on the person! We still plan to use Outpost again when we visit the area in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; well situated to Jackson and other spots, easy to get around. Condo was clean, comfortable, and stocked with the essentials. Exhaust fan in master b/r didn’t work but I also didn’t ask them to fix (i’m sure they would have quickly). Only “negative” (wasn’t a big deal) was the floors in bathrooms and kitchen were pretty dirty- found this out when a wet wash rag got dragged around. Floors hide the dirt well. That said, would definitely stay there again!

The property was clean, the online pictures were accurate representations of the rooms in the house. Our stay at the one bedroom condo at 3712 Raspberry was great! It is a small unit but it worked for us as we stayed in the park most of the time and it is a short drive to both Jackson and the park. The unit is tucked away in the Aspens complex and it was very quiet. The condo was very clean and Outpost provided us with a rental of a yeti and bear spray. The small yeti was perfect for keeping our food and drinks cold and thankfully the bear spray was not needed. Also Outpost provided the coffee and some chocolate animal cookies as a welcome gift. We were definitely pleased with the cleanliness and the location of the unit and would stay here again when the opportunity arises.

We rented a unit at Grand View and it exceeded expectations! Beautiful, thoughtfully appointed condo with a mountain view. Everything was in perfect order and check-in was a breeze. Close to downtown, but right at the base of Snow King, so quiet enough to have the windows open at night. It helped that the August weather was phenomenal the entire week.

Beautiful property, exactly as pictured. The Outpost was very professional to work with, answered all our question quickly while providing additional activity ideas during our stay. Condo was spacious and stocked completely with items for the duration of our 8 day visit. Toiletries, hair dryers, detergents, paper supplies, washer/dryer, plenty of linens, even found bear spray after we had already rented 3 cans. Location was private, yet close enough to downtown Jackson for shopping and dinner. GTNP entrance was a 30-45 minute drive but we enjoyed the car time trying to find the abundant wildlife. We are already planning a return trip. I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Highly recommend.
